Tried to enter via car using the east access point from Gilliam and could not due to contractor using 2 parking spaces one for his car and the other for a tablet stand, not able to go around to south parking due to delivery truck parked at a diagnol blocking any entry or exit due to improper use of loading lanes. Driver goes in and starts screaming at staff, and had already screamed at me who was being pinned in position by gilliam traffic trying to enter behind me I used my horn due to fustration. Management should schedule deliveries at non traffic hour time and or allow for marked delivery lanes to be used and delivery drivers should be trained to use the marked lanes and not block access to store.3/4/19 3:pm. Poor planning and non-profession drivers!

Always been a nice 7-Eleven but they can not seem to keep their fountain drinks slurpee areas clean it's always nasty over there trash can hanging out the trash can I'm afraid to eat any food that prepared there wondering if they clean everything they got potholes in the parking lot I do have to say the employees need to be better there even though they're polite and all of that but that doesn't count for the cleansingness of the place because it is their responsibility they work there

It's all about the Concha French Sweetie. And pizzas. The crew here can be bit much - but then again, they have to put up with a great deal day in day out, so I give them a pass. The old owner and her crew left. Parking lot is now turning into a s@* show. On the edge of a "transitioning neighborhood". If you need wine and sunglasses it's okay though. Oh a Conchas French Sweetie.

Clerk and manager wouldn't sell me a box of Dutches. Acted like he never seen someone want to buy a box of Dutches. Said "limited supply" but had 2 other boxes right there. They aren't special edition or anything or I'd understand. Like people don't buy cases of beer, cigarettes etc. Waste of time. Never had something like this happen and I buy boxes every week or 2.

Not open 24/7 as posted. Got here at 11 PM and the doors were locked tight. There were two employees gawking at me from behind the counter though, with no indication or explanation of why the store is closed. One had her mask on wrong, not covering her nose as well. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere, I guess.

This store is not what it used to be b4 the pandemic I mean who ever heard of a 7-11 not open 24hrs. Maybe they wanta be cheap and not pay a third shift who knows but not right. Well the only positive here is the amazon lockers good job getting those I use them all the time.

Currently standing in the store listen to one clerk cursing at the other clerk for asking for assistance. Just to watch the manager come out do one thing then run back into the office. At no time was there any resemblance of team work. At a very busy time for this location.

My local 7-Eleven store is within walking distance. They are becoming a rare commodity in Kansas City. 7-Eleven is known for their slurpees and convenient snacks. Unfortunately, for the last 2 months I've been unable to purchase my favorite, peach Perrier Sparkling ! …

Every week out of fountain drink at least twice a week on lunch breaks. It's not hard to have the pop instead of putting out of order on them instead of changing them. So I end up having to spend 2 to 3 dollars to get one soda. Can this be addressed

Tim on the night shift was very helpful great customer service skills polite even help walk me through how to use the app and the rewards card. Highly recommend this gas station quick service convenient will definitely be coming back

I love 7 Eleven stores. I am upset that I cannot use the cash I loaded into my 7-Eleven app wallet. I loaded the cash while in Denver, CO. I have tried every 7-Eleven store in the Kansas City metro area without success.

I was kicking field goals inside the store. I l oh very the real attitude of the staff. Prices are great, the location is perfect. And though it is always busy, the staff get you through the experience with ease

7/eleven is supposed to be 24/7. I see others have posted about it being closed before, it’s only 12:45 am. Why advertise fresh fresh coffee 24/7 if you refuse to stay open? Seems like false advertising to me.

Take cash or maybe just your cards depends on the day which one they will take. This place just needs to be torn to the ground. its dirty. It's slow. Go to Quik Trip and see what a well run convience store is

Excellent customer service. Joyce is very friendly to customers and makes the store fell like it's our store. It may get a little busy, but I understand. A major bonus is that they're open all night and day.

I'm a driver parked at Costco, its 130am. I have no problem being a paying customer. You cannot expect me to believe there is no restroom, because where does the employee go? A catheter to a 2 liter?

7 eleven Is just ok. It's no QT but it has its perks. A little small and there are only a few gas pumps. I give this 7eleven a 3 only. It seems a bit outdated if you ask me.

Not happy to hear that my friends were assaulted at your location though. That upset me a great deal because i have been a regulàr customer of your store

There's one older cashier that works here that clearly hates his job and is always rude af to everyone. If they fired him this place would be alright.

Ms Mary was great n mike they were great early this morning I was in different place in they made my day n made me smile with there cheerfulness

It was an okay experience, the parking lot is a little small so be careful pulling in and pulling out so that you don't hit anyone or get hit.

Refused to let me use restroom when it gas late at night after i bought gas i had to go drive to the next place without pissing myself

Not open 24 hours. Got off work at 2:30am. Store was closed.

It just closes at 12am. Even there are 2 employees inside.
