I went in here 100% intending on buying a sweater. I did find a few that I liked. There were at least 4 employees and 1 other customer. None of the customer service people would help me and one even put his head down when I asked if I could try something on. I asked "is this company local" cause there was a canadian flag on the Muttin.... brand and was hit with a "yea I think so".. The taller lady working the cash register heard the employees less than motivated response to a very simple question and gave me a brief history.. she was the only one out of the 4 who made me feel welcome in their store. It's too bad cause they have brands I wear and seem to have reasonable prices for a downtown central clothing store. I don't like reviewing stores negatively but I don't like being ignored or judged by either lazy or judgmental customer service people.. the 3 stars are for the lady who did help me even though she was the only one busy at the time.. the other three must split the -2 three ways..

Was surprised at the range of clothing, as on the outside this place looks a little upperclass to me, but the prices inside are actually moderate/affordable. There was some cool pieces from local places as well as pieces from SanFran/Seattle which gives the place a great variety of items. In addition to all this the place is fairly large so there's plenty of items to peruse and umm/ahh over. This place also stocked some non-standard denim sizes which was a bonus for me, and a decent stock of S/M/L of most items. Will definitely visit again!

Unique, seasonal pieces that are charming and comfortable. The style is more like cottage-core, bohemian, non-fussy and nature-inspired. Lots of gorgeous, feminine prints and earthy color tones. Great service, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this store if the above is your style profile. Two negatives are 1. they do not accept AMEX credit cards, which was a bummer but I felt their pieces were worth this mild inconvenience anyway, and 2. It is difficult to find sizes above L. They primarily carry S and M sizes.

Great store! Exactly what my sister and I, in our early 20s, were looking for. Their clothes are similar to the young adult “bp” line at Nordstrom. The prices are reasonable and it’s a big store. The best part of our visit to the store was the helpfulness of Jared, one of the employees, who gave us endless advice on places to go, eat, and get around in Vancouver (as it was our first time in the city). 5 star employee and store :)

This is one of my favorite stores in Vancouver! A large shopfront with men's and women's apparel. If you are interested in patterned, relaxed casual during then this place is for you. It is not grunge or urban but stocks more European and Canadian brands. I've never found it too busy and the staff are generally helpful. A very moderately priced high Street price point. Great light weight jackets.

Odd, confusing layout, nice variety of clothing from cheap to expensive, popular main stream brands to eco friendly brands, men’s and women’s, huge variety, hard to see everything minimal sizing options on floor , found one garment in xs and none in xxs, pricing fair but make sure to look as it ranges. Service was poor. Very hard to find things as clothing is places everywhere.

Highly recommended, the girls who work there are very nice and friendly AND their store is PET FRIENDLY and that it’s something I always look for when i go out . I don’t support non-pet friendly places as I believe dogs should be allowed everywhere so I really appreciate that they are pet friendly. And they have lots of clothes and outfits to choose from .

Consistently unfriendly and aloof staff. Sales team appears to have been trained to not give eye contanct or smile at customers. One of their sales team was more interested in looking at herself in the changing room mirror than to offer assistance. This has happened more than once. I won't be coming back.

Walked past this store 2x a day since it opened and never went in. (Not much of a shopper.) Finally went it and feel in love with the place. Great variety with nice quality items. Prices are decent. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. I will definitely go back again!

One day I walked in and they asked for a song request, which is great because the last few times I went in some kind of strange hotel lobby trance playlist was on and I just couldn’t handle it. Spooked me. So when they asked, I suggested Whipped Cream by Ari Lennox.

Not very helpful or polite. Walked through whole store on a few occasions without even being acknowledged... I went in with something in mind and could have asked if they had it but they didn't feel very welcoming so I just left and will continue looking elsewhere.

This is such a fun store. Great to support some local brands and also know that not everyone will own the same t-shirt as you. They have 2 locations and I haven't yet been to the original but am definitely planning on it. Good men's stuff too.

Affordable and fun! I love the clothes here. Small selection of shoes but also reasonably priced. I really like the men's clothing too, bought a few gifts from here. They sell Levi jeans here and some good rain coats and sunglasses too!

I love this place. They have a lot of unique items and carry a lot of different and unique brands. There’s also a huge portion of the store that is completely sale items, which is great! You can find some great deals and unique pieces.

i went to ten stores looking for a well fitting pair of mid-low rise jeans and was shown exactly what i was looking for by marcela! they were a huge help and made my evening, will definitely be back soon :)

This store has a larger than average Men's section with a large assortment of fashionable casual clothes at surprisingly reasonable prices. I can't comment on the women's section as I didn't check that out.

The manager was very friendly when I exchanged a jacket for a different size. The new size could only be bought online and he refunded me right away. Ended up buying more clothes online as well.

Bought a t-shirt on sale here for the first time and realized it was torn when I got home. Disappointed with the quality of the product compared to the price.

I think this store has a very good price and nice basic collections of clothes. I haven't been to other brands much but I really like this place overall.

This is one of my favourite stores. I visit at least twice a month. They always have the nicest clothes. The staff is friendly and the vibes are great!

They always have a big sale selection. I've bought quite a few reasonably priced items, similar to other fast fashion stores but a bit higher quality.

Cool clothes at fair price, very nice staff too. I like this better than Flavor in Victoria as they have a much larger and varied selection.

I've only been to this store once, but I really enjoyed it! They have so many options here and the atmosphere of the store is really cool.
