I have to admit, once in a while i would pop into this store and be greeted by friendly staff and browse, never really pulling the trigger on a purchase. But then after some time I decided to spoil myself and bought a pair of Navigator joggers and oh my god, they are as advertised, the most comfortable pair of joggers I owned hands down. Not to mention they were super comfortable. Fast forward to a year later, my Kit + Ace collection continues to grow as I further gain deep appreciation for the brand. But what really sets itself apart for me and will keep me as a customer for life is the level of customer service I got from one of their retail store managers, Liliana. Liliana helped me with a sizing issue on a pair of pants and was such a joy to deal with that it made me a believe for life. Her attention to detail, listening to me vent, and understanding my situation was a breath of fresh air. Her number one objective was to make sure my needs were met and I would remain a happy customer. I am so grateful that she helped me the way she did and if the owners know better, they will make sure to keep her around. If you want great gear that looks like you can dress it up while being comfortable, this is the store to go to. But my props go to Liliana for making my day.

Buy online with caution. I bought two items during their Black Friday event. I read the terms and conditions that they linked to in order to make sure refunds were possible in case something didn't work out. There wasn't anything about not refunding or that they would only offer store credit if you do want a refund so I went ahead. It turns out they have other sale terms and conditions that applied to the sale even though they didn't link to them within the terms and conditions for the Black Friday sale. The only option is a store credit and not a refund. Customer support responded initially saying they would make an exception and then changed it to a gift card instead of a store credit which creates the same issue as I just want a refund. Definitely not shopping here again, and I would encourage anyone else who does to do the extra legwork on their terms and conditions before buying.

Brutal customer service. Went into the Gastown location for the first time after seeing a top that I wanted online, the site said 2 were in the store. There were 3 people working, hardly any shoppers and I walked around looking for the top for about 5 mins without being approached. So I went to the counter, showed them the top on my phone and asked if they had it. The guy dismissively said they didn’t and walked away. I quickly left the store. I then emailed my experience to customer service and they said I could go pick up the top at the Gastown location…so they did have it in stock when I was there?! Now they want me to drive back downtown Vancouver and pay for parking again, they didn’t even offer to ship it. Disappointing customer service, especially in this economy.

Ridiculous customer service. Called the store and the employee wasn’t able to provide me with any proper information on stock levels and shipping since they were out of stock in-store. Contacted customer service and they provided me with generic copy and paste responses. They claim to offer express shipping but that doesn’t mean anything because they still apparently need 4 business days of processing time. So what’s the point in paying for express shipping when the company doesn’t prioritize people who pay extra for express shipping?! Just paid $358 for a jacket with express shipping and it feels like giving this brand any money was a huge mistake. You’d think the billionaires who own this brand would want to invest in better training and operations.

I'm basing my rating on my experience in the store, not products themselves. So my mom and I stroll in there, get a greeting from a friendly person, another person asks us if we want sparkling water. I look at a shirt for 2 mississippis, another person comes over and says how great the shirt is and how you wash it. Two more steps another person asks how we are. Then another person asks us if we know all about the fabric. I think in a 5 minute stroll around the store, we were approached by at least 6 people. It was weird and excessive and really made me want to leave the store, even though I was really intrigued by a lot of the stuff in there. It was creepy and by the end I was being pretty curt which I don't like being.

!!Caution that this company has limited refund policy, poor customer service, and fit runs large!! If it works great. If it doesn’t good luck For the price of the product, they have one of the least helpful customer service. Typically, you can cancel an order within 1h or 24h of purchase. I made a mistake in my order and immediately wanted to cancel the order but was informed after reading FAQ that I must email customer service. I did that immediately and heard back 2 days later being informed that I am only eligible for a gift card although the item was not shipped. I emailed again and have not heard back.

Love their t-shirts, I got a technical and pima cotton one and they are the best T-shirts I ever owned. The fit is amazing, not loose not too tight, the length is also perfect and the fabrics are great soft. I’m definitely get a lot more in the near future! Their e-commerce experience is also amazing, shipping(fedex) is extremely fast. I was surprised to get my shipment on a Saturday. The only feedback that I got for them is that colours are limited and their combinations sometimes are not of my favourite.

One of my favorite clothes shop! Im not much of a clothes shopper but my wife and I shop here every time we are in Vancouver. I love the gear, it comfortable and works really well for traveling. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the know their product and can help you find exactly what will work for you. The free heming service is great for someone with short legs! (like me). The staff went out of their way to get a rush job done on our purchases, as we were only in Vancouver for as short time.

Wore this top once and it is already unravelling at the hem. I reached out to customer service hoping to get it fixed only to receive a weak response that I should cut it off, but the hem will then just look uneven and keep unravelling :( Edit: Thank you Kit and Ace for reaching out again and allowing me to replace the item with something else. It took a bit of back and forth but I'm glad your team was willing to help me out.

Customer service has always been amazing, are quickly to return my questions and concerns through email. As for their clothing I can only speak about their pants but I absolutely love them. The navigator line are by far my favourite pair of pants I've owned and can proudly say I have 3 of them, with a 4th coming in soon. Recommend for any guys who want comfy and technically driven pants for the office or everyday use.

I shopped at the Gastown store a few weeks ago. Alexander Wong, the educator was fabulously helpful. He took one look at a top I had picked out, and immediately zeroed in on the styles and fit that would work for me. His feedback was honest, constructive and . . . educational. He then asked me for feedback on the tops that I didn't like. I'd shop there again because of him. Thank you Alexander.

Clothing is of good quality and lasts a while as most styles are fairly conservative, but some stuff is prone to pilling. I'm also not confident they'll exist in the long run as they've scaled back substantially after aggressive international expansion. They've also taken a marketing approach using non-Caucasians to model the majority of items, which is odd in the era of inclusion.

First discovered Kit and Ace at their pervious location. Loved the idea of being a local business with little creative ways of making their clothing different but traditional. Went back this year and found they’d moved down the street. I love the fit of their clothing along with the blends of materials they use make them look and feel very comfortable!

this should be your go to store for fashionable and comfortable (yet expensive) mens business casual clothes. Be ready to pay $100 minimum for nice t-shirts and polos. However, rest assured that whatever you buy will look awesome on you. If you need to modernize your wardrobe, this is an excellent place to start.

Like the store lots of nice clothes and not that expensive. They get all the seamstress work that's required within four days. For me it's shortening slacks to the required length. They have some very nice sales a couple of times a year. The staff are very helpful and friendly plus they like my dog .

Fantastic clothing at high prices. I love the clothing but could not get any discount. The other long term concern is the brand. They are going to go out of business at some point as they tried to be international without actually establishing a brand. Go to Lululemon

I like this store as they have some cute outfits and the way the clothes are displayed makes the ambiance cohesive and pretty. The customer service from the staff is great, I love Camila’s and Emiliano’s energy. I would definitely recommend go check it out.

I took a risk and bought $500 worth of stuff I needed, sight unseen. I’m blown away! The t-shirts hang perfectly! The happy skirts fit like a dream! The fabric feels like quality. The stitches are loyal! I’ll be in Vancouver soon and can’t wait to drop in!

I’m obsessed with my purchases from Kit and Ace. They all look so professional but transition to after work so well. And they are so comfortable. I can bike to and from places in them and even demonstrated a complicated yoga pose with ease. I am sold.

Okay, so I was here for a friend to do some pants shopping. Let's say the store caters to the thinner side of a more sophisticated palate of society. Not my cup of tea, especially for us more casual larger than regular boys.

Such great clothes. Fit tall lean people really well. Prices are insane, but that's the way it is. They seem to be pretty durable as well. Some of the softest clothes I've worn.

I bike commute and their Navigator line of waterproof commuter clothing is excellent. Also, I had a problem with my new pants and they made it right. Excellent customer service.

This brand has been my favourite clothing brand since they launched. It's safe to say I wish my entire closet was Kit and Ace. Highly recommend!
