Today I had one of the best customer service experience ever in the store. Jessie is an amazing woman who works in the store. She helped me with a lot of different questions. She apparently knew about all the products in the store. Is not always that we receive this service but we really appreciate when it happens. Thank you Jessie!

Went in this afternoon to get bikes for our two boys and could not have been more impressed with the friendly service and the extensive range of bikes on offer. Huge thankyou to Thomas for spending close to an hour with us ensuring the kids got the right bike and gear for them.

Bike repair. Bike not purchased from 99 Bikes. Service was exceptional. Friendly, informative and prompt. Attendant offered to carry out the repair whilst we waited. Within 30 minutes the bike was ready and were were on our way. Very happy with price and service.
