We have used Farrs Electrical on 3 major house renovations over the past 10 years in & would not consider using any other Electricians now. Their pricing is appropriate, they will travel out of the city happily, we have never had any issues or concerns, they come complete the work & always to s very high standard. We are always listened to in relation to our electrical needs (sometimes tricky to achieve) & great advice always given. We have been also recommending them to our friends for many years now who have also been super happy. Our builder has started using them also. Staff friendly & professional, including admin staff also. Many thanks for the wonderful service provided.

Very poor dodgy buisness that won't resolve their wrong doings and workers that charge and stick around and pretend they did they job when aurora handles It all but still billed me receptionists are rude and when you run into a issue you have to deal with them as Andrew farr doesn't have a buisness number to contact him on and wont return your calls to fix the issue I haven't been able to have a conversation with Andrew he doesn't seem to want to and the receptionist lie for him and tell you they will sort it out very bad experience over a very simple fix was told the bloke who did the job no longer works for them just a warning to people wanting to use this service

Had a wonderful experience with this company after many disappointing experiences elsewhere. Reception were fantastic and communicated well. The electrician who came to assess the situation told me everything I needed to know in layman’s terms and arranged to come back and complete the works discussed shortly afterwards. Any extra issues were identified and prioritised with the option of pursuing those immediately or in the future. I am super impressed with the speed and quality of the work as well as the friendly attitude of all the staff I have spoken with. Highly recommend.

Picture this, it's Friday afternoon, I change a flickering light globe, the new one is flickering as well, so I remove it and a chunk of broken plastic with a spring on it and some metal connections falls out of the bit where you screw the globe in, disaster. After a few phone calls with no answers I call A.S. Farr Electrical in North Hobart. I send them a few pics of my sad light fitting and WOW. Olivia and Frazer had my problem sorted within an hour. I received incredible service from this company, they really went the extra mile to help me. Thank you very much.

After a lot of frustration and procrastination from a previous electrician, we called Chris. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and completed a number of small jobs at our home quickly and expertly. Prompt, courteous and quick, a true professional. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price was very reasonable. Will not use anyone else in future.

Didn't supply a quote, just went ahead even though they were performing works at a third party site. Didn't follow the instructions given to them. Pricing was too high and attitude wasn't great. Be careful, ensure you insist in writing on being supplied a quote prior to any works unless you will be there when they inspect the site.

Will loose alot a bussiness with reception staff having such a rude attitude. According to her this bussiness don't accommodate to times suitable with a client. We was made feel like we were an inconvenience. She even found her attitude funny. If complaints were taken serious I would complain.

I use to speak with a lovely young girl named Ella or Elenor (something along those lines). she was lovely always helped me with all my needs and concerns in the most professional manner I’ve been privileged too. This level of professionalism has really hurt the business ever since she left.

Very good quality work, friendly, prompt and reliable. We have used them a few times over the years. For a job this week, was pleasantly surprised that they took an old stove away for recycling when replacing with new and disposed of all the rubbish too - a huge plus

We have used Farr numerous times for electrical work and they have always been very professional and competent. Electricians have been good communicators and nice to deal with. Rates are not cheap but are reasonable.
