I came in with my fiancé to get mead after calling ahead. When I get there I ask for it and I’m met with an odd amount of hostility from the cashier and told everyone in my party needs to show id. So I get out of line and come back with my fiancé then I’m told the same thing again. Confused I asked who else I came in with and they’re convinced that I came if with other people but don’t know who. She then tells me she doesn’t mind holding up the line for the other customer because she’s not doing anything. Needless to say we eventually paid and left but not before being told she can refuse anyone and that’s she basically doesn’t care. On the way out her and her friend leave Their registers while many people are in line to laugh loudly about it. I’m not sure if it was because we’re an interracial couple or their just malicious arbitrarily but I highly recommend picking another location.

After lunch on a Sunday, I stopped by this store with my husband and 22years old son. I were buying vodka and they were choosing tequila. When my son hold the tequila bottle the staff asked if he had an ID. Unfortunately he didn't bring an ID. The staff then instructed to give the tequila bottle to my husband or me, and the my son handed the bottle to me. After that, my husband asked the staff where the sake(Japanese wine) was and I also asked the staff where the margatira salt was for tequila. They didn’t mention or saying anything about my son until we checked out. When we went to the counter to check, the cashier and another staff member(looks like store owner) told us that they couldn't sell alcohol to us. It was because my son who came with us didn’t have an id. They said It is Law. They should informed us early so we could save time.

We stopped by ABC Fine Wine and Spirits on Beach Boulevard to pick up some coffee drinks for the Sunday Jacksonville Jaguars game in London that plays tomorrow morning. We found the Pabst Blue Ribbon Hard Coffee and the Guinness Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. Both of which are delicious. We also picked up a bottle of Tullamore Dew because I’m watching my game with my Irish Cousins and we need some Irish Whiskey for Brekkie. Whilst shopping we were offered samples of some delicious vodka and peanut butter whiskey. Which we like so much we bought a bottle of each! We will be back, this store is only 4 miles from our house in Springfield!

Nice, clean store, staff is always helpful. Decent selection and competitive prices. FLORIDA owned business, love shopping local when possible. Bonus rewards program not worth the time, be very watchful as prices, deals and specials often do not ring up correctly. But nice when they do work correctly. Only suggestion in new locations, please skip the 12" ceramic tile, makes bottles I'm metal buggy makes so much noise you do not want to shop for more in fear of breaking a bottle or two.

this place is good but this time I've been there and an African-American clerk at the time of attending me started talking on the phone and told me that I had to wait for me and I had to leave without buying because I had a long time to wait then they talk about racism and I felt discriminated against because of her, maybe realizing that I am Hispanic, I don't know if they have started discriminating against Hispanics in this place

This store had the product I was looking for in stock but the two associates on the floor were the opposite of helpful when I was looking for it. They acted like the product didn’t exist and did not approach me to help me find what I was looking for. Normally when I go into an ABC I expect a high level of service to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. I won’t visit this location again This was a Monday around 7pm

This was my first go at a liquor store and I had some trouble narrowing down ingredients for a drink to make. The staff was extremely helpful in showing me a well-rounded selection as well as letting me use the recipe booklet to help me narrow down my search. I walked out not over-spending, but being satisfied with my purchases. Store was well-lit, spacious, and organized neatly to find what I was looking for.

Last 3 times at store, the workers are standing around talking and when we ask for help, they seem uninterested. Do they not get paid to work there? Is it too much too ask for assistance for cold beer on a Saturday? Crazy! We thought it was a fluke the first time then after the second time we gave it a few weeks but it seems to be an inconvenience to help paying customers.

My husband went here to buy a bottle of Belair. The girl told him he had to be a member to purchase it. He left and went to the competitor and bought it - no problem. Another time we went to a different ABC and was told by the clerk that there is no such policy. The girl who told us this was the manager of this store. Or so she said- I wish I know her name. Very sad!

My boyfriend and I always go here for great deals on liquor and beer. We use the Ibotta app as well, before they started advertising it there, so you can get money back on products. I love saving money!!. Wish they had a little more of a craft beer selection and more Two Hearted available. Other than that we never buy alcohol elsewhere!

Always helpful with wine choices. My favorite wines are always in their chiller. Quick and courteous checkouts. You can order online and they bring to your car. Only ABC I will go to. Prices are good with large varieties in stock. Always asked by employees if I need help. Clean store and employees wear masks.

Solid go-to liquor store. Their textured tile floor was a poor choice, which makes pushing a cart (yes I use a cart...) a bit rough. But I guess the jingling of the glass bottles against one another is like a boozy overture. Check out is always smooth, and there is always a good selection of snacks up front.

It would have been nice if the associate I asked a question to, would have actually stood up, instead of just urine from the floor. I would have saved time in the store if she would have showed me where to find the bottle I asked after. It would have also resulted in a better secret shopper score.

Seems as though they racially profile people at this store. Was accused of being “suspicious” after denying their request to help me. Then was told if I didn’t need help and wasn’t gonna purchase anything I would have to leave. Very horrible service and highly disrespectful

Great selection and prices. Very clean and pleasant environment. Staff friendly and organized. My first Choice when I plan a party. Would be a five if they had a staff member meet you; instead I had to locate a staff member to find my brand but she was very helpful.

Same as all the rest of the ABC stores. Most of the good stuff is hoarded in their "Vault" for the Gold Members. Then on Occasion you get the special privilege of having a shirtless woman in the parking lot asking for a ride 2 miles away …

Kyle should not be a store manager. I have never been so disrespected or seen such a complete lack of empathy/understanding/respect for customers. These reviews seem to have a common theme when it comes to the staff. Will be going elsewhere

I always come to this one, the cashiers are really nice. While the beer is overpriced a bit the alcohol is always pretty good and they have deals and stuff. Plus the cute little party section in the front!

Was in from out of town and needed to grab a quick wine gift during Christmas. They were very understaffed and checking out took over 20 minutes due to only one cashier being on duty.
