**Please read before booking at ACE at Tampa International Airport. Please don't fall for the cheap online prices and please don't prepay online, because there will be extra "required" charges when you arrive or else they will not release the car to you. I purchased the collision insurance and had prepaid online already. When I arrived, the sales person (I think an Indian guy) asked if I wanted to purchase it. I said I had already prepaid it online. Then he asked if I wanted the extra liability coverage? I said no and he did not look happy at all. He went on explaining and trying to sell me the coverage, stating I would not have to use my own personal auto insurance and it would give me better peace of mind, etc. Then, all of a sudden, it went from an option to a requirement for them to release the car to me. He stated if not, then please provide your current auto insurance information. I gave it to him with my name listed on the policy, and he stated I cannot use this as I am not the "primary" holder of the insurance. I told him that did not make any sense. Many US citizens are not primary holders of their auto insurance policies... it's called a family policy. So you are saying if the husband is the primary holder of the auto insurance policy, then the wife and children cannot rent a car on their own, because they are not the primary holder?? He could not explain, but simply stated it's their company's policy, so I have to purchase the extra liability coverage in order to get the car. So, by me already purchasing the collision insurance online and providing my own personal auto insurance information, I still have to purchase a 3rd coverage (almost an extra $100)?? This is absurd and crazy! I felt that it was not good business practice; therefore, I canceled the reservation and walked next door to Thrifty at the last minute and got a car for HALF the price ($140) of which ACE quoted me ($295)! P.S. I travel a lot and have a lot of experience renting cars. This is the first experience like this with ACE. Also, before all of this happened, ACE asked me if I wanted to purchase the unlimited tolls package and I agreed. They try to upsell you like crazy. However, at Thrifty, it was more honest business. She did not upsell me and I inquired about the toll package myself. The Thrifty experience was quick and easy, from renting to returning the car, with no extra hidden fees. When I returned the car, my final price was even less than the $140 that they had initially quoted me. THANK YOU THRIFTY FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, you have earned my continual business. ACE, if you continue to do business like this, you will not have returning customers. ___ Update, in response to Owner: Hello Rodney, you probably did not see any insurance information entered into the computer system, because after a couple minutes of him attempting to enter it in, he suddenly changed his mind and said he could not accept this insurance as I am not the "primary" holder of my auto insurance policy.

The Worse Experience with the staff and vehicle period. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I had a reservation for Minivan for weeks ahead of my trip. On March 5th 2021. When I arrived to Tampa Fl expecting to pick up my reservation for a Minivan there was not 1 available for me and also the family behind me. There was only 2 people at the counter when asked to speak with Management there was not one available to us to speak with at that time. We were told they only work from 8am-3pm. They offered us a 15 passenger and all these free upgrades for our inconvenience. We offered free additional driver, the free toll pass and free fuel when we returned the vehicle back. So we agreed to those terms. The guy goes downstairs to get the 15 passenger van ready miraculous they find a Mini Van for us. As we go pick up the van we notice the Tires in the front where bald and I was refusing to take that vehicle and for them to put me up in the 15 passenger van with all the upgrades they promised us. Adrian the guy that offered all that up started to back down they saying he can only provide one of the upgrades and rudely he threatens to cancel our reservation I have to special needs children with me at this point is late and they wanted to get to our room so they can sleep. We check the Van out and it isnt in any better shape. They did nothing but cause a headache and anger. For this experience I was forced to accept the Minivan to calm my kids down. So I called in the morning to speak with the manager about our situation and they put me on an eternal hold I was hold for 1 hour and half and no one came on to speak to us. And the next day the more of the same eternal holds. Needless to say We will not EVER be USING this company ever AGAIN and I suggest that if you are considering them DON'T. Use other more reputable service.

We booked the car 4 days ago and it was something called “suppliers choice” As you don't know what company will rent you the car and what kind of car it is, but you pay in advance with a promise that you will get the best car available. I had left a comment while making the reservation that the day i arrive would be my 5th wedding anniversary and asked to have a car suitable for the occasion The front desk was rude, tough, very aggressive and did not respect us at all and surprised me that she gives us a pickup truck, unfortunately she refused to change the car with all my efforts to do, knowing that I told her it will be hard for my wife, my 9 months baby and I to jump on the truck When we arrived to take the car, we found a lot of scratches on it, and we also found that the tire has no air, the yellow warning ⚠️is on as you see in the image attached - When we told the pickup officer that there might be a puncture in the tire, he said no and confirmed that its just tire air problem, nothing more, and we waited for more than 1/2 hour for the tire to be filled with air. Once we arrived home, we found the yellow warning ⚠️ light on again and On the way to the hotel, it was raining heavily, and because the luggage were placed in the open trunk, it rained in all the things and we lost many of those things. We tried to contact customer service and asked to speak to one of the supervisors or managers, but they were manipulating us and deceiving us Almost more than 20 hours, we didn't get out of hotel or take advantage of that car at all and we don't know what to do now!

Whatever you do, do not rent from this location. I was visiting Tampa for a family emergency. We picked up the car with no issues. However, it did have some cosmetic damage, nothing major. We drove the car for 60 miles. We had dinner and the car would not start. We called the Tampa location for help. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, we told them that there was an emergency with the car. They told us that we would have to tow it. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional. We contacted our car insurance company. Over the next two hours, I called, my friend called, and my insurance company called. We needed to get the staff member to approve the tow. As a result of them not answering their phone, we had to wait until the following day to get the car tow. The next morning, we had to attend a funeral. We talked to the car rental company and our car insurance company. We got the approval to tow the car and the car was on its way. Half way through the funeral, the towing company said the rental car company would not accept their car. After talking to them, we finally got them to accept it. Next day, we return to the airport and noticed that we were changed for the first day of rental. We were changed a full day for a car that would not work. We contracted corporate because the Tampa manager was not answering our emails. Corporate emailed the manger and started the process to report the issues and refund us. After being emailed by corporate, the Tampa manager told us that we should have jumped the car. Who has jumper cables when they are traveling? Whatever you do, don't rent with them. Pay the extra money and rent from a bigger company.

In my many years of vacationing I have never had an experience like this. On Thursday June 30th, 2023, after securing a rental car via Ace Rent-A-Car in Tampa. We were presented with a vehicle that was below satisfactory. After checking exterior for dents and scratches we did not see the interior of the vehicle. It was dirty and missing a hubcap but we wanted to get to our destination. It seems to only have 1 or 2 working gears but that was not the issue. As I was exiting the car, I noticed a roach as I opened door. I thought it was an anomaly and went to get the luggage. After taking the bags out of the trunk area I saw something I have never seen before. There were ROACHES racing all in the trunk. Were they in our bags too? We are disgusted at this point but had rounds to make. As we are now leaving 4 hours later that night, we see more running across dashboard and into glove compartment. I refused to open it thinking it could only get worse. I just wish I had taken pictures but I was so shocked and appalled by everything on my vacation! After getting to hotel, we saw 2 come out of duffel bag pocket! Roaches in a car is absolutely insane! We could have had an accident or suffered a different fate. That car had no business being given to any customer. I would appreciate hearing from Ace Customer Service before bring it back to airport. We are appalled by the experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I had shown the gentleman at the counter the amount that was on the reservation and asked if he was still able to honor that pricing. He said that he could and stated that usually you would have to wait about an hour for the rental if I were to do that and that he would be able to help me. He asked if I wanted the insurance for 14.99 a day. I told him no and handed him my insurance card since he asked for it. After the total price, I asked him why it was more than it was supposed to have been considering the taxes, and he said that he would adjust and reimburse the amount after I had already slid my card. I did not have time to look at the total costs and or charge until my daughter and I got to the hotel. Funny, during the time there another customer was complaining of gas insurance when she did not want it and they needed to correct it. When we got to the hotel I called the Tampa location, and they gave me excuses about the insurance being included in the daily pricing. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They aren't clear about what is included and will tell you to reach out to a manager when I asked for one right away. Im pretty disappointed at how they handled or I should say did not handle this issue. To boot, the vehicle that was rented has a knocking sound while driving it and is pretty scratched up. The inside and outside did not look clean. Not good.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT RENT from this place. They are rude, condescending and they use high pressure upselling. Read the YELP reviews, because these are not accurate. I had reservations for a couple of months. When I got there I was told the only car they had was a pickup truck. I told them I would take an economy car. If I wanted to pay an additional $40 a day I could have the economy car. I said no. He kept pressuring me talking about gas mileage etc. again a no from me. Next on the sales list was a Sun Pass. No from me. Again basically an attitude that I was too stupid to do math. That would have been an additional cost. Next stop, insurance. An additional cost and was told I had to at least pay for liability. I said no. He whipped the computer screen around and said “didn’t you read our rental agreement?” Hmmm, on a response from a manager to another customer was told that wasn’t mandatory. I said “Why are you being so rude and condescending to me?” He responded by saying “I’m not renting to you”. No sweat, I’ll cancel the reservation, go to another company and not have to deal with your behavior. This is a numbers game. If you fall for their tactics good luck. Next up you’ll be dealing with a car with cockroach infestation. Read the Yelp reviews. Do not subject yourself to this company. Call Uber if you have to!

GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS!!! I swear this place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. They tried to say I ordered the managers special online (I ordered the cheaper option that had a sedan picture next to the price assuming that's what I would be getting. Nowhere did it say I was getting the managers special) and this special was a ram pick-up truck. I'm 5'2" and 100lbs. I'm not driving a pickup truck and spending money on gas for that thing. They ended up charging me an extra $15 a day for a car that felt like a death trap. They also lied to our faces trying to get us to pay for their toll package saying the state would charge us an insane amount of money if we didnt have that package. When I called to talk to them about the check engine light being on and the shaking of the car a man named Pete got on the phone and proceeded to talk over me and YELL at me then hung up on me. I'm a pretty calm person and in no way should I ever be YELLED at by someone in the customer service industry. I'm just beside myself over this whole ordeal. I didn't meet one kind person at that place. The only person who was reasonable was the manager who sent me a different car after they found out I was yelled at by Pete. Go to enterprise.

Instead of using Turo, I tried HotWire this trip where Ace came up as a recommended deal. I booked the rental. On my arrival at the rental car center I met a gentleman at the counter where I was asking questions such as my return flight, two contact phone numbers, etc. Like I am going to leave the country with their Nissan Sentra! When I went to the garage I was met by a young lady who was on the phone. She asked me to take a paper and walk down to the car, mark any damage and return. This should be their job, in my opinion. Then, this Nissan Sentra had white stains on the seats, seatbelts and mats. I returned and was told that the car was used at the beach and that they brought it back that way and could not get the marks off, it was from salt water. I had to return to the counter where the gentleman told me that they charge a low price for their cars so what did I expect. He said the owner would not invest in cleaning the cars or adding staff and that the quality of their cars is poor. He gave me another Nissan Sentra, this time the right back tire was low and the front collision avoidance system was coming up as malfunctioning. They had no interest in that at all. Final opinion... DO NOT use this low budget, barely fit for the road company. Stick with the bigger rental companies.

So on July 8th I rent a car from Tampa Airport. They gave me a Rouge it smell a little like cigarettes and was not that clean. I drove it to Parrish Florida zip code 34219. The car was making a noise. I thought it was the rain and wind. It took me 2 hours to get where I had to go do to weather and traffic. When I came to the light someone stop me and said something was hanging from the bottom of the car. When my brother looked it wS the panel underneath. I called Ace and told them the problem. They were rude and told me if I couldn't deal with the noise bring it back. Honestly I drove 2 hours and I didn't want to drive back. He then told me to go underneath and try to remove it. .he also said don't worry if it fall nothing going to happen. . Then I asked to speck to someone else and I got voice-mail. I left a message no one got back to me. I put in a claim with priceline and I'they told me to speck to Ace. I call efew times and they were rude and told me to bring the car back. If it wasn't for gas and toll and traffic I would've Too many trips. The car sat there most of the time cause my kids got scared. Honestly I got tired of people stopping me to tell me that something is hanging. Never again. Will I rent from them. They could of done something to help me out not even an apology.

STAY AWAY! From day 1 I regretted making my rental reservation with them. It took about an hour just to get our rental even though we had already done everything online because the staff seems to not even tolerate each other. The guy who gives you the keys barely even looks at you and is very hostile. When I drove off I noticed that the tire pressure sensor was on. But I didn’t think it was a big deal because I figured they inspect each vehicle before they rent them out. Well 6 days into it my tire completely EXPLODED on the interstate. It was so bad that you can tell that tire had been flat for a while for it to have just popped like that. I called to see what I could do, and they blamed it on me, but keep in mind that the front desk guy I spoke to told me that THEY DO NOT REALLY ACKNOWLEDGE WHEN THE TIRE SENSORS GO OFF BECAUSE IT IS “NORMAL”. And they have been extremely rude, they will not let you talk and yell at you when you do, and are blaming it all on me. So because of their ignorance, I was put in a dangerous situation, and now I have to pay for their mistake. Yeah they are the cheaper rental option, but like they say, you get what you pay for. Terrible customer service and unreliable cars.

I booked online through a third party, and Ace was the provider (paid at booking). The signage for the rental counter should be much clearer for guests to locate. The gentleman that was assisting us at the counter was not very professional in his speech. I sincerely think he was trying to be personable or carry conversation, but profanity in a professional, customer-facing role does not meet the mark. The system crashed midway through setup to assign the vehicle, and their systems crashed. We patiently waited for a very long time, and while there were some apologies regarding the system being down, there were no efforts made to try to get in touch with support for resolution. One employee asked another, 'Do you think they know the system's down?' And the reply was, 'I'm sure by now they do'. Upon realizing that the systems were not reloading, the lead staff member should have been working to contact support and advising customers clearly of the expectation. We had to rent a car with another vendor and will have to work with the 3rd party on a refund. It was a disappointing first impression and experience with their company.

Be sure to have your proof of insurance and figure out if you need to use toll roads or not. I am giving a poor review for the following reasons: 1) The agent at the counter was extremely pushy about upgrading, add ons like tolls included, letting them fill up the tank upon return, and extra insurance. 2) After I drove away, the passenger side window which I had opened to blow hot sir out wouldn’t come up until after half a dozen tries and restarting the car. Then only the driver’s side window worked. 3) The windshield wipers were really bad. They worked so poorly that it was difficult to see when it rained which was much of the time. On the plus side, I liked that there was a counter at the airport and that you return the car to the airport. I dropped it off about 4:30 in the morning without a problem. I would consider renting from them again because of this, and the competitive pricing. However, I would definitely check out the operation of all the windows and the windshield wipers before I left the lot next time.

Stay away from Ace car rental no matter how good the price looks you will end up paying triple. I rented vehicle 09/18/23 from Ace at the Tampa airport. Car had many dents and scratches and seat was stained smells so bad. On Saturday 09/23/23, upon my returning the rental car, attendant immediately walked to the windshield and circled one tinny chip . It was so tiny and look like dead bug on the windshield. Then she proceeded to accuse me of damaging the vehicle. I did no such thing. Those chips were there when I got the car and the attendant knew it. They are so tiny and nowhere in the drivers view. Two days later they opened claim and want me to pay $1529.71 to replace the windshield! I've found reviews on BBB and other websites ; They have done the same thing to other people from the SAME location. They are scamming innocent people and trying to get money for existing damages to vehicles that have high mileage THIS IS FRAUD ..This rental company needs to be investigated . Be AWERE , don't become next victim!

When we arrived the lady behind the desk seemed annoyed and rushed through the paperwork. The employees expect you to know the ins and outs of the company policies and want you to pay for every add on. I did pay for the pre paid gas tank on the advice of the employee. Returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas and was still charged for the prepaid at the time of check out. Called to ask about the refund and was told no refund and will not do so cause pre paids are prepaid, and to bad. Hostile attitude on the phone and no help they do not value their customers. Update 6/29/2023 Customer service did a great job to resolve the issue and refunded the prepaid amount of gas. Pat and Alberto were professional, considerate and efficient when it came to communicating with the manager at the Tampa Airport location. Quality of service they gave far exceeded the employees behind the counter. Thank you

I am not one to write many reviews, I accept the service I receive and normally move on. If it's good, I'm happy, if it's bad, I complain to my spouse, but rarely am I ever motivated enough to actually say anything publicly. Today is one of those rare days. I have dealt with many rental car companies from the big names to the little ones and many in between. They all rent cars for a price and you get to drive it. There is little difference between any of them. At least that is what I thought until today. Andy (Sorry, I didn't get your last name) totally changed my rental car experience. I was not just a number, he didn't read off a script, and he didn't try to use any sales tricks. He explained not only what I signed up for, but even found a better way for me to get what I wanted and some things I needed! Andy, I can't thank you enough. Not only do you work for ACE, you are one!

They try to talk you into purchasing their insurance even if you already purchased the extra collision and have full coverage. They try to get you to buy their gas package for 3.35 a gallon he told us every place else was 3.65 . I found gas at 2.97 a gallon. You cannot use your own toll pass their cars are connected directly with tolls. I called sunpass and they said that was true. He said theirs was 11.99 a day and I would need it where we were going. I didn’t purchase it and I didn’t pay any tolls . I set GPS to avoid them and it wasn’t any longer . I don’t recommend them. The only good thing was rental price at the time. I left their counter very stressed out and was a nervous wreck because he said to me several times that I would probably get into an accident. I’ve been driving in Florida every year since 1982 and never had an accident.

- [ ] After reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical of renting here, also the rate I booked for (with free cancelation) was extremely cheap compared to all the other rental companies I was just convinced things would not go smoothly. We arrived an hour early and was told to come back at our designated time or we can pay a fee to start early. We waited the hour and came back. We rented a “dealers choice” vehicle which was a Toyota Tacoma (of all cars). Luckily this wasn’t a scam and things went extremely smoothly. They put a refundable $200 hold on your charge. With everything, make sure to take lots of photos before and after you rent to cover yourself form any liabilities. Before they gave us the key they gave us a slip of paper to make all the imperfections on the vehicle. Drop off was quick and smooth along with picking up.

BUYER BEWARE This process is BEYOND RIDICULOUS If you are a Florida resident and renting in Florida, they charge you a $500 deposit ON TOP OF your rental fee AND they limit you to 150 miles per day. This “lady” (using that term VERY loosely) that provided 0 customer service etiquette, could care less and served up attitude while sharing the absurd “Florida procedures” that her company buries in advertising the cheapest rate but sticking it to you at the checkout. For some VERY STRANGE reason, they were insisting that we provide a utility bill to prove our address? Hello!! It’s on the driver’s license…we rent 2-4 times per month and have NEVER been asked for a utility bill to rent a car They charged the $500 deposit and the rental fee was only $280??? You get what you pay for….pay the extra and deal with a professional company.

Rented a car from them. First morning, the tar had almost flat tire. Filled it up. Second day same thing. I brought it to a mechanic who told me the car should not be on the road as the tire is in very bad condition (especially during a rainy season). I paid to plug it out of my own pocket. Spoke to customer service who said they would call me back, multiple times, 3 different managers. None of them called back. The offered to replace my car but since this happened the day before Thanksgiving, they couldn't do it until Friday. I was leaving Saturday. Had to drive 3 hours to pick up a replacement car so it didn't make sense. I still haven't heard back from management. Skip this company. They don't know what customer service is. All they know how to do is sign paperwork.

Got reservation through Priceline. Counter agent didn't seem to care to help me, and was firmly trying do upsell the insurance and the toll transponder. When I denied, he was just going through the motions. Fair price, I guess, however, minivan had its issues. I believe the vehicle was a 2019, and had 44,000 miles. Seemed a little high to me, but then again, usually rental cars from larger companies are usually within 1 to 2 years old. They are also usually more to rent. I guess that is the trade off. Vehicle still had sand throughout and near the gears which open sliding doors. Also windshield dirty on inside and windshield washer didn't work. Also vehicle had tire out of balance in front creating steering wheel wobble.would give 3.5.

Our experience with Ace was truly awful. First off, all of the men that I talked to at the counter were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive to me. Our car died while 60 miles outside of Tampa whole attending my grandmother’s funeral and we tried to return the car by tow but the man at the counter over the phone kept saying i want getting it and he hung up on me. My insurance’s roadside assistance tried to call about the tow and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I was then still charged for a full day even though the car died and we tried to return it and couldn’t. Awful. Rude. And just unhelpful place. Will not rent from another non-brand name place. Spend the extra money! The reviews here tell the same story.

Who ever is the manager please continue creating an environment where more Poole like Yanet and Shaun are around. Shaun Got me in and out after a late flight super easy working 3 min all the while showing compassion and a true drive for his work. I was feeling good after this and that high even exceeded after meeting Yanet, a complete genuine, compassionate, and just exciting to be around , not or less a wonderful human being in a world full of square's… was so happy to drop off and have here there as well, thanks ACE because of these two I will always check first with this company as my rental choice. -Joshua (Rented on Oct 17th Returned Oct 19)

We had interment issues with the windows through out the week. On the final day we had a 2 hr ride to the airport to return the car. We rolled windows down and they would not roll back up. Therefore we drove 2 hrs with windows wide open. I contacted Dave Cook who was rude and condescending. He referred me to customer care this representative was VERY rude and refused to offer any compensation even though this car windows had malfunctioned. They only thing they offered was a discount on a future rental. When I told her this was unacceptable she hung up on me! I will NEVER do business with Ace again!!!

I made reservations 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email. Flew from Massachusetts to Tampa. I arrived in Tampa. Went to the Ace car rental desk and they told me my reservation was canceled. No notice, no one knew why. Went to try the other car rentals at the airport. I couldn’t get a rental without a reservation. I had a hotel reservation in New Port Richey. Had to stay in a hotel near the airport until my family could pick us up on Sunday. I used Ace last year no issues. I can’t believe these people stranded me and cost me more money plus many other aggravating issues. You ruined my vacation

At first I was skeptical because of some of the other reviews, but I’m SOOO glad I didn’t listen! I had an awesome experience and it was holiday time so it made me even more nervous. But NOPE! Pete was my agent and he has been with the company for over 20yrs. He made the process so easy and reassured me on the rental process. I was in and out that day and when I called to extend my rental by 1 day it was an even quicker process/phone call. DON’T LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS, they’re bias! Check out ACE for yourself. I will be back at Christmas time, hope to have the same experience.

Be aware of this location and the people in customer service. I rented a car on May 22, 2023, and they charge overcharge me. I told the person I wasn’t interested in the CDW (insurance) verbally but instead, he included it in the agreement. I contact Alberto, the manager of this location. He told me, Alberto, that he review the videos and audio when I rented the card and I supposedly agreed with the terms. But when I asked for the videos and audio nothing happens because I know I reject the insurance. Worst experience renting a card in my life, I don’t recommend this place.

I’m writing this review because I’ve never had a worse experience with any company in my entire life other than my experience with ACE Rent a Car - Tampa. The service was as bad as it gets. On top of the poor service, I was wrongfully charged over $100.00 in renters insurance despite having provided my auto-insurance. After attempting to get a hold of someone for help, no response. ACE is a horrible company to rent a car from and I strongly advise you go to someone else for your rental needs.

Rented a car for 3 days. Was scratched up and dirty when I got it. Got 1hr 20min away and had issue with 2 of the tires. Wasted a 1/2 day getting repaired enough to drive to where I was staying. Car had to be parked until returned to the rental site. Was told would be called within a few days, would be reimbursed for the repair bill and the rental cost as was unable to use the car. 2 weeks and another phone call later.....nothing. Will NEVER rent from these guys again.

DO NOT RENT FROM ACE!!! They trick you into buying fuel. When we rented they told us if we got fuel from them it was a certain price per gallon. We thought that meant you only paid for what they had to put in the tank when you returned the vehicle….WRONG! They never clearly explained that you were buying that full tank of gas. We used only a 1/4 tank and had to pay for the entire tank. When we called they would do nothing! We will never use Ace again!!! BEWARE!!!

I canceled my car reservation at green motion due to them wanting to charge a $3000 deposit. Went to Ace and was able to get a car, I was told this was the only car they had left, I have rented this same exact car in the past for half of what they charged me, I was taken advantage of because they new this was the only car left, this is price gouging and this will be the last time I book with Ace, this is not how you treat your customers.

A fat beardy L00s3r in the corner of their customer "support" office will harass you if you do not accept everything he is trying to "sell" you, cause $5 per sold insurance term is big deal for him. So he tried to engage me in to a conflict openly harassing. for refusing his insisting non-sense. He is already condemned for $15/hr life sentence. Good Luck.

And Watch out they will try to steal your money when you drop the car by looking for any old scratches on the vehicle and put it on you, then your insurance if your private company will pump up and you will thousand of dollars to them. Very bad experience with this company they ruined my trip. Charged me a extra 800 dollars they gave me a car with a worn-out tires so I got a flat tire which they told me I was responsible for it. I went back to the place to change car there was no manager on duty could not change the car so it ruined my trip. Do NOT rent from this place.

This company is the WORST please do not rent a car with them. I rented a car there and it was unlimited miles. Surprise, surprise! You can do unlimited miles inside the state os FL. When you leave the state they turn it off. They don’t say that when you make the reservation. Unacceptable

Would leave zero stars if possible. Ended up being charged for a damage that was not my fault and got it pinned to me. Insurance only paid 2/3 of the damages so I was responsible for the rest. Very aggravating situation, do yourselves a favor and find a different company.

Careful! Very misleading advertising. I reserved a car and they had a minivan for me. Then they charged me for an upgrade to get the car I expected. They will also charge you for tolls at a rate of $16 for a $1 toll! Very deceptive business practices. Beware!
