After not having success at Home Depot, Rona and Lowe's stumbled across ACME website and glad I did. They had a wider selection of window operator sizes and colours than the big 3 combined. They had several options for my 13.5 inch True Style Right hand operator. Ordering online was a breeze and I chose to pickup in store to save on shipping as I they were not far. Ordering online I didn't realize the crank handle was separate but was able to pay for one in the store. Also no screws provided but I already had this as I was replacing a broken one. Total cost was still much less than 50% of what it costs at any of the other stores. Great find, great experience and highly recommend as the only place you should go for window operators. Very helpful gentlemen looked after me. Lots of advice to repair my casement windows. Offered to accept returns on anything I didn't need or didn't fit. What else could you ask for? Update. The parts were hole for hole completely compatible. Good thing I bought the covers and the crank handles as advised because the old ones don't fit. Once you get the hang of it, you can replace the actuator in 10 mins without a ladder. Thank you Acme!

Window fittings that I didn't get at chain hardware stores, got them at ACME. And the boss's service is very good and professional, and the price is reasonable. I will choose ACME again if necessary next time.

My casement windows insalled in 2007 needed hardware. I found supplier in my neighborhood. I think Santa help me. Guys this is the place. Merry Christmas George
