Working with ACR Roofing is probably the best experience I have EVER had with a trade. I'm going to be honest - generally, I find it difficult to trust tradies. I have had too many negative experiences, particularly one a few years ago which included a botched roof job. Very frustrating, and expensive. So, I was apprehensive about finding another company to fix my roof. But I'm so glad I found ACR Roofing. The quote was arranged in a timely manner, and the office always kept me informed of the job start date. The gentlemen who worked on my roof, Leighton and Andrew, were absolutely fantastic! Reliable, friendly, trustworthy and super efficient. Plus, they were nice to my dog, and she loved them, so that was a bonus :) They did such a wonderful job on my roof. Honestly, they have restored my faith in tradies! Thanks, guys! We engaged ARC roofing to remove and replace an asbestos roof and install a new colour bond roof, guttering and facias. Unfortunately Covid19 lock down hit and it delayed the commencement of the work. ARC kept us in the loop by regular email contact , and promptly commenced the work as soon as restrictions were lifted and ran as scheduled. The work was carried out to high safety standards and regulations for both our safety and that of the employees doing the work. The Installation team were professional, courteous and polite and took pride in their work. The quality of their workmanship was of a high standard. Even with an old house where things were not perfectly square and straight they carried on without a complaint and worked to provide a good end result. This was a pleasant surprise , as I have dealt with other tradesman in the past that one would call prima donas. This team was the opposite,they worked out a solution to any problems. I would highly recommend ARC roofing for your roofing work. We are very happy with the finished job, thank you ARC and team.

I could not fault ACR Roofing, after a timely quote they provided a list of properties where I could view their work from the street. They started and completed the job in the time frame quoted. As the job was being completed we needed to amend the initial requirement and add to the job, ACR were extremely reasonable in meeting those needs. I met all 3 owners of the business and they were all personable, efficient and good with detail., nothing was an issue which gave me complete trust in their business. The boys on the job were great in completing the work and the clean up was immaculate in taking away the old roof. Initially I obtained 3 quotes for my roof and ACR were the most professional in quoting and completion of the job. I have and would not hesitate recommending ACR Roofing for a complete replacement or maintenance work of your roof.

The ACR team delivered an exceptional quality experience and product at a reasonable price. ACR was engaged to replace the asbestos roof on a block of flats. The site was challenging physically due to overpasses, but ACR brought in some serious machinery to access the roof from a clear area. They provided relevant insurances and paperwork up front, set-up secure safety fences for the work, performed the work super efficiently and even professionally dealt with some difficult resident issues on the site. There were zero variations on the project. I would highly recommend ACR. They work with integrity and are a reputable and trustworthy company - values that are becoming more rare in today's world.

WORST experience with this company, their LACK of OHS Health and Safety is terrible. As an owner of a luxury apartment complex we had them refurbish the roof. Their LACK of safety barriers and fall protection on a live site was horrendous, I suffered a falling metal plate to the head on one occasion, the final straw was a 10cm near miss of a falling DRILL - worksafe was immediately contacted by myself and finally they provided safety protection. I would never recommend this company to anyone; particularly live site work as they have rude unprofessional and lack any form of senior site foremanship! Nothing was done to resolve the head injury I sustained by their lack of safety!

ACR Roofing recently replaced the roof on our 150 year-old house. We had some trepidation that the new roof might diminish the charm of our home, particularly given that a historic wisteria extended along the roofline of a key wall. We need not have worried, being absolutely delighted with the outcome. Authoritative views suggest that the property value has increased significantly with the new roof. A large section of our Kilsyth Factory Roof was replaced recently by ACR Roofing. We worked closely with the team at ACR to minimise the effect to our business operations. Despite an underestimate in complexity of penetrations and subsequent duration of expected works, the project was completed safely and within budget and only required a few return visits to re seal some minor leaks here and there. The team at ACR did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to communicate and work with throughout.

We are very happy with the service ACR provided recently in removing the asbestos cement roof on our house and replacing it with BlueScope Steel Colorbond. Throughout the entire process, from quotation to completion, all our queries were responded to promptly and pleasantly. We were particularly impressed with their flexible approach, allowing us to do some roof alterations in conjunction with the replacement and also with their patience, given our delays in obtaining local Government permits.

We needed a large warehouse roof and north wall replaced. ACR where prompt to arrive, quote and came in right on my budget. They then coordinated everything beautifully so i could keep my business running while they did the works. ACR Roofing refurbished our 5000 m2 warehouse by removing all of the asbestos on and in the building and relining it with Colorbond steel on the walls and roof. The asbestos removal was done professionally, complying with all the legal requirements and provided certified clearances at each stage. Their attention to safety was comprehensive and documented for each part of the job. They were friendly and cooperative during the process and finished the job to our satisfaction.

ACR were terrible to deal with. Their timeframe of job completion was years off, their communication was horrific, the basics such as applying for building permits were not done. They advertise 40 years of experience but it often felt like this was their first time doing it. Would not recommend!
