Diana (branch manager) and Mendy at the branch are really amazing . I had a couple of requests and were helped out with these on the spot. It is truly refreshing to have such great care and concern in today's times when everyone is in a rush. Thanks Diana and Mendy :)

One star, just for having a branch open. No stars for customer service. The place is chaotic. Staff making coffee for themselves while we are trying to find a teller. One particular member of staff was extremely rude when I told her I wanted a banker's cheque.

Stood in the long queue at opening time. They opened 5 minutes late, waited a further 20 minutes in line, no seats, staff member asked impolitely what I wanted, told him I needed to close some accounts as we were transferring to a business

The new branch looks like it has been designed by a 5yo with a fake plant obsession. Just sitting at a table and being surrounded by the tackiest looking decorations distracted me from everything the staff member was saying.

Very poor service by one of the staff members. He literally doesn’t know how to print a piece of paper with name and address as a proof. While he was serving me, he said I need another appointment to print a proof.
