The Southpark ATT&T in Charlotte NC store manager is amazing. Extremely informed about their products, willing to make sure we had a plan that met our needs, patient and very pleasant. I went in on Friday night 10/13 for some phone accessories. Both of the ladies working were extremely nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Ashley helped me with my purchase, and provided amazing customer service. I was impressed she walked me out to the door once my purchase was complete. I’ll definitely be back!
