I went to the store in the Huebner Oaks plaza and the people there were extremely rude and were too busy playing on their phones to assist me. I left and went to this store on Medical Drive and it was like night and day! The service was amazing and delivered with nothing but smiles! This will definitely be my new go-to store!!!

This AT&T store has the best representatives ever, especially the manager Iris, she went far and beyond to make sure all my problems were resolved and did so in the most profesional and helpful manner. Whenever I need to go to an AT&T store I will go out of my way to come to this store because the customer service is the best.

I had a great experience at this location! The manager Iris was very professional and her employees were extremely knowledgeable. I came in to get a phone for my youngest son but left saving more money and with fiber for my apartment. Highly recommend this location

What an awful experience, I went in to purchase an Apple Watch that I already added a line for online. Saturday evening 10/14/23 Never greeted even though there was only two male employees chit chatting at a table. So I asked for help.

Every time I go to this store my account ends full of unauthorized charges. AT&T needs to pay attention to what the customer representative does, especially if they don't reimburse the charges.

Worst experience with guy there , without telling me they have added insurance and added 35 dollar plan instead of 30 dollar plan. I would say zero customer service. I never recommend this
