When the brand promises a 48hour turn-around , I have already buried the deceased , no apology and still waiting .How do you deal with this when you still grieving ? No apology has been forthcoming, this is totally unprofessional and unexceptable. I will not recommend AVBOB to anyone. It all explains why the Table View branch has such bad reviews
Beyond appalling service delivery received from Avbob. Disgusting. An absolute contradiction of their slogan 'We're here for you'. A difficult time was only made harder each step of the way by Avbob, my family was lied to and my deceased father treated with utter disrespect. I wish that no other family would have to endure what we did.
Nico and staff provided excellent service from start to finish for my father's burial. From coffin to flowers to pamphlets, we were more than satisfied and all services were executed professionally.
