I travelled with Aalishan travels for Umrah in Feb 2023 with mother alone. The advertisement for the trip over promised and under delivered almost all services. However, my worse experience was when I developed an upper respiratory infection and wanted to avail my health insurance which is mandatory for umrah visa. The agency staff was unaware if the visa included insurance. When I insisted on getting help, they told me that I was “exaggerating”. I couldn’t sleep for several nights and my condition worsened. I had to self medicate and ask help from family and friends. No one from the agency bothered to check. I am thankful to Allah that my mother remained fine and I was not travelling with a child. If you are travelling with children or parents, please prepare for your self for any emergency because they obviously are not trained enough for emergency situations.

I booked a honeymoon trip to Bali, Indonesia with Aalishan Travels towards the end of 2022 and had a great experience overall! I would definitely recommend using their tour packages and services for international travel. I had one the best trip of my life in these difficult times thanks to such passionate and hardworking team of aalishan travel and tours , I say this cause not only they planned my trip to perfection, they also had backups of backups, our trip was singapoor malaysia and thailand with 4 days best cruise (Royal carinbean spectrum of tha sea), we didn’t knew exactly what to do and what not, they were available 24|7 for us, they responded to all our additional requests and tantrums, basically we had such great time, cause we knew theyhad our backs! So we went to Maldives with Aalishaan Travels and found them extremely cooperative throughout the tour. Their point of contact i.e Asma helped us alot in selecting/choosing/customizing our trip. So kudos to her! Especially during covid times and countries travel requirements and all, they took care of everything and asma was always in contact throughout the trip as well. From Male airport to the hotel in Maafushi Island and vice versa they had arranged the speed boats, so there were no issues regarding that too. Misbah our tour guide was also very helpful. In a nutshell, I'll recommend travelling with Aalishaan Travels and thanks to all their team for making our stay in Maldives a memorable one ❤

I would not recommend this travel agency if you are traveling in Pakistan and if they send Imran with you First is they have not setup the trip properly.They mention that you will have bonfire but tour guide didn't have woods to arrange that. Almost daily tour pickup was at 7:30 to 8:30 and if tour guide is coming late you cannot go anywhere on time and because of his late comes we reach to the destination late and He used to tell us that you have only 15 minutes to explore this place mostly he did that in every place He did not take us enough places because of his late arrival The tour guide was inexperienced

I had a fantastic experience travelling with Alishan Travels as they provide you all the facilities which they will commit you t the time of booking.... The fun filled tour we had with them was great and we spend a memorable time in a highly secured environment under the supervision of the guide... Specially I would like to mention that Imran took care of everyone through out the trip and created a friendly environment among the whole group.... We all felt like a family together and it was my pleasant and joyful experience travelling with Alishan travels...

Took my money and didnt book flight and kept giving us excuses that flight will be booked, one day before the scheduled day demanded extra 300k for flight, when I demanded the refund again came up with excuses and kept us waiting for 2-days, and told they sent somebody to deposite the money and will share deposits slip which never happened. After tons of calls they send the money through i-banking which means they never send anyone to deposite the money in bank, deducted the visa fees which is literally useless for me. Waleed was my POC, big fraud/scammer.

I had a terrible experience with Aalishaan. They did not provide us with the services they promised; hotels and transportation. They reached out to us with our travel plans literally the night before, if not two hours prior to the actual activity. So we had no idea what we were doing in terms of the city tours. Pathetic Service. I asked them to contact me regarding Umrah Packages, and i was told their representative will contact me shortly after 5 days. i messaged them myself, telling them how pathetic they are who kept me waiting for days. After one week they messeged me Madam Kanwal will contact you soon lol its been 2 weeks but madam kanwal is so lost. Lol abhi se aisi service hai booking ke baad tou after service zero hi rahegi. Dont fall those advertisements you see on social media. They have zero service.

PATHETIC experience with this travel agency. My family travelled with them and unfortunately fell sick. These guys provided no assistance, had no idea about health insurance whatsoever.. what kind of travel agency does not provide health insurance? They even told my family to “stop exaggerating”. Mind you, the group also had older people travelling with them. Wish they’d spend money on their services rather than giving them to influencers for marketing. I’d give them negative stars if possible.

Multiple reasons to not waste your time even in trying to connect with them for any query. 1. Very late response 2. After one general response, you won't heard back from them. 3. They don't pick up calls. 4. They won't follow up either. 5. Their office location is not clear on maps. I wasted 1 hour finding their office and called them many times as well on their office and mobile numbers but no one picked up my phone. 6. I ended up searching for other agencies and then I found Deluxe holidays.

I just had availed Aalishaan Travel services to perform Umra in group inlast week of Jan, 22. Hotel choice specially in Medina was not upto the mark. Unheigenic, uncleaned, bad smelly rooms, washrooms drain water seapage, without curtains and bath towels etc every thing we experienced while we had to spend just 3 nights. Transportation arrangements were good. I would appraise specially Mr Saim (CEO) who personally attended our calls 24/7 and quick action taken to resolve the issues.

Pathetic. Firstly they don’t have any office rules for customers. They even don’t ask you for water. They doesn’t be transparent with you in terms of price breakdown and always tell you the double price for each and everything suck like flight visa hotels etc. They just want your money oh sorry! Not just money but more and more money! Really unprofessionals running this trying to get the double amount money out of you than the comparative.

I wanted to travel on a tour to Turkey with Alishaan Travels on 20th Aug 2022 and they asked me to give at least some payment right now so they could book my spot. Once i gave the payment, they canceled that tour because they could not find enough people and so i asked for refund and it’s been 6 days now and they still have not refunded my payment and are not replying to my texts and neither are they picking my call. Worst service ever!

I had my very first international trip with AALISHAN Hamza Dastoor was our group leader and he was the the best. Well, if I talk about some of the negative points that were before the journey got started. Peter is an employee of Aalishan and he overcharged me for the visa fee and group package. very bad attitude of staff, I’ll never suggest Aalishan travelers to anyone. however our package went good, but the issue is when you go to the office they do not welcome you, they will just say ‘ bolo’. and if you ask important questions than they start talking in insulting way and using words like ‘abey abey’!! those who can manage that attitude can go for sure.
