My friend and I were planning a trip to Turkey, and were initially skeptical about getting help from a travel agent as we thought we could do most things ourselves. But thanks to Ms. Akram, working with Teli not only made everything easier for us, we got great discounts as well! Due to all the news about Turkish visas being rejected, we were very concerned. We got day to day update from Ms. Akram, and got visa in less than a week! The visa also was relaxed and gave us months to travel. Similarly, all hotel bookings that we were tryinh online were costing way more than what Teli offered us. Almost all of our hotels were in great locations that first yime travelers wouldn't have known. The hotel on Izmir was literally on the beach (despite us paying a very small amount considering). Similarly, while the city of Pamamule was a massive disappointment, we got to our hotel to find out it was a Thermal Spa resort! With over 9 pools of varying healing powers and temperatures, as well as a hammam, all free of cost for us to use 24 hours! Only drawback was that the hotel in Istanbul was a disappointment. But considering that Izmir, Antalya and Pamakulle was great, thats not a big issue. Absolutely brilliant experience.

My parents and I booked our flights to the USA through Teli Travels. They were responsive and supportive from the very start as we were initially booked in Emirates and then switched to Qatar due to cancellations. We weren’t charged any additional amount for the switching of airlines. For our return, our original flight was cancelled but we were immediately booked on the next available flight again without any charges and were being updated throughout about our flight and related travelling policies.
