Chris did an awesome job! We had a leak between our commode and shower and we couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. One contractor was about about to tear out our shower; however, thankfully he sent Chris by to look at it first. Chris was able to determine that the toilet’s gasket wax seal had eroded and water was seeping between the tile and the foundation into the wall (unseen). There was no visible water on the surface of the floor. Most plumbing repairs are obvious; however, this problem was solved by deduction and discernment. Chris is an excellent plumber and saved us a lot of money preventing a costly shower tear out and pan replacement that wasn’t even the source of the problem. I’m very grateful for Chris and feel like I met a great plumber and found a new friend! Chris is very methodical and had a prudent formula for isolating different sources of water to determine where the water was coming from. We knew it was either the shower or the commode on opposite sides of the wall. I’d highly recommend using Chris again. He’s a polite hardworking man, with a beautiful young family, building his own business, and living the American Dream! Want to give shout out to Abbie's Plumbing in Kingwood. Had a toilet back up from main line outside under pool deck. They scheduled me for same afternoon but realized the water kept coming up and overflowing. Called them back and had someone here in less than half hour. Guy showed up and realized was much bigger than just stopped up toilet. Got it to stop backing up an realized it was blocked somewhere outside on my main. Had a crew show back up following morning in the cold freezing rain ready to dig, find, and repair. They decided to dig under pool deck instead if breaking it up to fix. Somehow pipe had come loose at a T so they cut it out put in new, backfield dirt and cleaned up. You don't run across service like this very often. I am long past due in writing a review on AbbiesPlumbing. Chris had to make two trips to fix my bathtub faucet, once for eval and recommendations and then to do the install. He helped me select the kind I needed for my style and it is certainly not his fault I hate what I picked... he was timely, kept in communication, even came out earlier than expected the second time because he knew how important being able to soak my legs can be. Price wise, I am a senior, two service calls was 1/3 of my social security. However, his rates are in line with the area and the service was very good. In an emergency or a task I can't handle myself, I will call Chris again.

Filled out online form Wednesday evening cause we found our main water valve was leaking. Received a call about 5 min later for a scheduled appointment Thursday afternoon. Gary showed up right on time and gave plenty of notice he was on the way. Found the issue, quoted me, and got to work fixing it within about 10 min. Done with the repair and all water back on within a half hour while updating the old (1983) with updated fixtures that shouldn’t fail again. Extremely professional, efficient, and very fair price. Will recommend to anyone who asks.

Chris is awesome! I got 4 quotes to fix a water main leak, 3 of them wanted insane prices, and even one of them actually said he knew his company was ripping me off after I declined their offer. Then I got ahold of Chris. I explained my issue, sent him a picture, he gave me a fair price, then showed up on time, was friendly, did high quality work, quickly, and charged me exactly what he quoted. This is the stand up guy you have been looking for. Only plumber in Kingwood I’ll use from now on.

We called a different plumber and we’re quoted over a thousand dollars for fix a leak on the outside of the house. We took a gamble and tried Abbie plumbing. Boy are we happy we did! We called and the very next day they were out to our house and the quote was eight hundred less then the other plumber! Not only were they on time, friendly, and professional they explained the repair to my husband and I as to why it needed to repaired this way. Abbie has now become our go to plumber!!!

I used a very well known company in the Kingwood area for a while. However, they were not good at helping me in an emergency. I called Chris this morning regarding a water leak in our kitchen. I was not sure if it was a refrigerator leak or a pipe leak in the wall. Chris came at the time I requested, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable service call. We were skeptical about the all 5 star ratings but must confess, the company and Chris deserve a 10 star rating. Starting with the timely manner in which Chris called back, put us in his next day schedule, took the time to explain the various options. We had a suspected leak in the attic, but not sure from where. Chris came twice, once after a good rain in case it was the roof leaking. He was patient, friendly, thorough and determined. He’s always considerate of our property and willing to stay till we’re happy with the job.Very reasonable in his pricing, also. He’s a rare find in today’s world and I would recommend him highly. Abbie Plumbing fixed my issue of roots in my cracked sewer line on time and for a very fair price. Chris was very thorough and also checked the rest of the lines to make sure there weren’t any others issues. Found a leak outside on side of house. We called Abbies and was super fast to respond. He found the leak and repaired for a reasonable fee. They reside in Kingwood and do very good work. We will be calling them with any future probs.
