Good morning... i am a regular at the windermere pet shop... however i was very disappointed yesterday when i walked into the shop and needed some basic items urgently.. There are no water, feeding or bathing bowls or any other essential stuff to settle in a new bird. No bird perches, ladders, swings or small toys nothing!!!! Those things are not huge and can be stored in the shop. With the only pet shop in the area i think you should cater those essential things. All that is catered for is cat and dog items... tons of it. Please can you look into this as i imagine you are loosing loads of sales because of the lack in essential items for other animals except dogs and cats. I'm sure i will not be the only customer who will request a look into these items being stored at the only pet shop in morning side and surrounding areas in Winder mere.

Even 1 Star is too much for the service received. Terrible service from an elderly lady in the store who is obnoxious, dismissive and unhelpful. This experience frustrates me to no end because we are loyal customers who buy our dogs Orijen food and treats at this particular store on a regular basis.

Called this pet store for a price, staff seem dead on the phone, you have to wait a long time before they even answer, you can't even hear what they are saying!

Absolutely helpful and friendly staff. Good advice easily shared by their wonderful staff.
