I have been a client with Access Electrical Services, LLC, (and Kyle) as a homeowner for over ten (10) years now! Kyle & I met so he could hard wire a hot tub for me. Later he gave me a fair & reliable estimate on a new pole barn for ALL electrical (e.g., lights, garage doors, outlets, etc., etc.,). A couple of years ago, Kyle installed a new electrical panel for me. Just today, he came out to complete an electrical inspection to satisfy a homeowner's insurance policy. Kyle is knowledgeable, trustworthy, super fair & a Great Person to do business with. I would never consider looking elsewhere for an electrician. Simply put, he's the best! If you give him a call, you will indeed receive exceptional service from an exceptional young man.

Access Electrical Service was a pleasure to work with. We had them re-wire our entire house from aluminum to copper and perform a service upgrade. It was a large job that required multiple electricians across 10 consecutive days. Kyle's (owner) crew was very professional and always on time, while working long hard days. My wife and young daughter were at home the entire time and the crew did their best to ensure certain rooms had power at certain times to accommodate my daughter's schedule. Most important, my wife felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time I strongly recommend Access Electrical Service.

I would recommend not using this company. Their employees have serious anger issues and if they interact with customers and treat them the way they treat fellow drivers on the road, then there are serious anger issues. Today, one of their drivers recklessly endangered himself, me and others on Michigan Rd., with his road rage, tailgating, illegal lane changes and outright attempts to cause irreparable harm . I have video of this driver. Indiana license plate # IN TK710L0C. I highly recommend using another company who cares about the wellbeing of others and aren't intent on causing harm to others.

Couldn't get follow-up. It started out well, seemed eager for work but as we moved through trying to refine and finish the quote, communication started to drop. I'd have to call and email multiple times a week to try to get any response, which was usually came late. After several weeks I suggested I'd go somewhere else due to poor responsiveness..... no response to that either. Too bad, seems like it would be a good small business if they could actually get work done.

We remodeled a few rooms in our home and need some electrical work done. Access Electrical was on top of all of it. The employees were super nice and very knowledgeable. Price was good and the work looked great! We couldn’t be happier, and will always keep Access Electrical on speed dial for all of our electrical, phone, and data wiring needs. Thanks, David K.

These guys go above and beyond what is needed for the project. I called them to come fix an outlet that was smoking. While they were there, they tested to make sure my smoke detectors were functioning and even replaced batteries in them since it hadn't been done in years. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for honest and affordable electrical work.

I first hired Access Electric to do a small job for me a couple of years ago. They got the job done quicker and cheaper than expected. Since then, they are my go to whenever I need electric work done. Most recently, they replaced the entire circuit breaker panel in my house for me. I knew their people would do it right. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his crew did a 400amp install with AES and wired up two 200amp panels off of that to our house and barn. They did a great job and worked with us the whole way. This process took months, as you can imagine. Even when Kyle wasn't here and it was just his crew they did a fantastic job and discussed any issues they found along the way.

Had a great experience with access. They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would, and were fairly priced. The guys who did the work were professional, took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all my questions. A+ I’ll definitely call Access for all my future electrical projects!

I had recessed lighting installed in my kitchen and entryway, as well as the old lighting removed. They were prompt throughout the whole process from quoting to finish. Their work was very professional and treated my home like it was their own.

My 81 year old mother called Access electrical from the phone book, because half her power went out after Christmas. A gentleman came out charged mom 308.00. He told her that he would have to have someone else from the company come out. So

This owner is so incredibly professional and makes sure you are taken care of. His technicians are so knowledgable and great as well. Access Electric all the way for any of my home repairs, I would trust anyone else.

Great communication. I have used them several times now. They have been able to get me scheduled quickly each time. They have been very timely with arrival, professional, and informative. I will be using them again.

Not sure about their work but one of their drivers is pretty aggressive. Watched twice as they shot through the lane ending lane just to get ahead of a few people. Nice vans that wouldn’t look good damaged.

It is hard to find a competent and reliable contractor..thank goodness for Access Electrical! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care about what they do! Highly recommend …

Kyle never returned my call. I called back twice between 8a - 4:30p and was told both times that he was in a meeting and would return my call.. That never happened.
