I had a hard time finding a clean and affordable storage space, until I was recommended by colleague to try Access Storage. The automated phone directory was helpful, and the phone representatives are great and friendly. There are two reasons why I would recommend Access to a friend, especially the one on 1125 Parisien in Ottawa, ON. The first is the facility's cleanliness and security and affordable rates. I was also able to find the odd size storage I was looking for. The second and main reason why is Sarah. Sarah is the Access representative that works at 1125 Parisien. I remember arriving 10 minutes before closing due to traffic and work. Sarah was nice enough to help me nonetheless. She showed me the facility and the unit I wanted to rent. I didn't think the paperwork would take long, but Sarah was patient anyway. From 10 minutes before closing till 20 minutes after, she maintained her professionalism with a smile on her face. I've honestly never seen such service and commitment to a job.

Unfortunately the place is not what I was expecting. The asphalt is in such a bad shape, the drive in is not pleasant when your vehicle is already loaded and heavy! There is no cleaning service, people are leaving their garage in the corridor and its stays there. There is one dolly, you should bring your own as this one is badly made. Also, the dolly will not roll out of the common area since the door is much higher. Be sure to park close! There is not much room in front of the common area door, wich means its always blocked by a vehicle or if its yours, you are blocking the access to the common area and someone locker. The units are dark, the light will shut down if you dont move around outside, be careful as once it does its pitch black. Its also so humid, my stuff is smelling... And the bugs. I hope you are not afraid of spiders!

I needed a place to store my stuff in an emergency, and I went to Dymon, where they didn't have any availabilities, and frankly, the service was bad, the people were very uptight,a dn weren't caring at all. THen I tried U-Haul storage, and as usual, U-haul's customer service is non-existent (guy told me to 'wait for a minute to the side of the counter before serving me in an empty store!), and they didn't even have any vacancies. Then I found Access Storage, and not only was it the best price, the service was nice, down to earth, and the clerk even recommended the best option for me to save the most money. So it ended up being cheaper, and I got a nice storage unit that was heated as well! Getting in adn otu was easy any time of the day, with an access code, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience using Access Storage. The facility felt clean and secure, I felt like a valued customer whose business they wanted to keep. Sarah was professional, prompt, and always eager to go the extra mile for customers. It was really really helpful of her to accommodate my request that I be allowed to move my things in earlier than I had originally intended. If I had one bit of constructive feedback, it would be to request that the facility have outdoor lights installed that could come on at night. Though the interior of the facility is well-lit, bringing my belongings to and from my vehicle in almost complete darkness was somewhat unnerving. I never had a negative experience though. Thanks!

This place is crawling with cockroaches. I saw one on the exit door the first day I moved my stuff in there. I brought it to their attention and they didn't do anything about it. I saw a second one a few days later and decided i was moving my stuff out of there. I called the manager yesterday to cancel and told him about the roaches. He denied it, was rude to me and refused to refund me a penny for the month I paid for and I was only there for a week.

It was my first time visiting a storage unit and I have to say that I'm impressed with the quality of the service offered in this unit. Everything is well organized, well explained, clean, and easy to deal with. I met Luana, who explained everything I needed to know and was super friendly and polite. She was really willing to help and answered all my questions. It was such a good experience that I decided to write this review!

Our current need for a storage unit has come to an end, but should we require a unit again in the future Access Storage will be our first stop. The units have always been clean and we have never had any issues with rodents or bugs. The staff are great and always willing to help as much as they can. We have rented at 2 locations in Ottawa over the years and the staff at both places were wonderful.

One of the cheaper places here in town. ..BUT!! There has been ALOT of break ins ... I know of 4 people as victims. .my apologies, forgot to mention these break in had happened a while ago , either way one rents at yr own risk no matter where ! They all get hit eventually. ..sadly enough.

They are really great, I recommand them if you need a storage, they even accomodate me as I needed a last minimum upgrade for the storage (I was moving out of Montreal and had more furnitures that I expected) and they gave me a new one

Sarah was fantastic to deal with and was extremely patient - we had issues with our movers being delayed for pick up from the locker and she was regularly checking in and very understanding with the runaround. Much appreciated.
