I like to shop at the Meadowlands store (vs Limeridge...do NOT like the new store there). The Meadowlands store is bright and airy and feels welcoming. The store is always clean and tidy and the merchandise is nicely presented. Staff are friendly, always positive and upbeat and offer great suggestions. They also remember customers and their preferences; now that's some seriously great customer service. Sizes go from 12 and up and include designer fashions. Clothing covers lingerie, outerwear, bathing suits, shoes, formal and everything in between. The clothes are cut with curves in mind!! The prices reflect the quality of the clothing. I often take advantage of their promo coupons and VIP dollars. Email notifications promote upcoming sales, which I like.

Hi Shoppers, I have visited 20-30 stores and affiliates in the past 6 months , sorry to you go , but before I do I would like to say that every store from east coast to Ontario and beyond has the amazing customer service.But today I was in Ancaster ,Ontario store location , I have never felt so hurt , the RUDE customer service that I was given today was the worst every ! The store was clean and followed all the necessary Covid measures but the staff member was rude and unacceptable . I been a member for over 30 years and this was the worse feeling I every had in any store!!! This staff should retire !you know who you are ! Lisa

Super lovely and helpful ladies. I was there to buy a birthday gift for my mom, and knowing that I would just need the time to look around, they gave the help that I needed from the start and left me on my own to come to them if I needed. The store itself is very well laid-out, clean and inviting. I did not realize that Penningtons is a sister company to Addition Elle, and with the only store close to my mom being Penningtons, if what I bought her doesn't fit, we can bring it there for exchange !

Love it! Staff is friendly and quick to help... I do get looks when I go in because I don't look heavy but I'm curvy and their size X fits me.. Yay! Their prices, if not no sale, can be pricey but to be honest... So worth it. Especially if you get a good sale! I love getting my boots here because I have a bigger calf.. Their boots are so cute and I love their styles! No matter what size you are.. You'll feel beautiful!

Great ladies to assist me in measuring and making sure my clothes fit me and look expemplary on me. Great warm and friendly atmosphere. Manager however wasnt in whom is an Awesome and very friendly lady. +++++ to this place. Professional , cheerful and extremely friendly what more could a Customer ask for!!

Came to buy underpinnings. Lina (sp?) was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. This process is no picnic as you know. I bought 3 pieces that fit extremely well and am quite happy with my experience.
