All I can say is my experience shopping for 2 dresses for my children's upcoming weddings was such a pleasant one! I recieved such help. The bonus was I found an additional 2 outfits for their pre wedding celebrations. I am a person that truly dislikes shopping for clothes in general. The staff at Kari's, Kari taking the lead in my experience , were more than helpful. When I returned to the store to have my husband see the dresses before placing my order for another size and Kari welcomed me like an old friend. I have worked in a customer centric industry for many years and can read a genuine person when I meet one, and Kari truly cares about providing the best experience possible. She went above and beyond for me. Mind blown! I now know what an excellent shopping experience feels like. Thank you Kari for your expertise and I'm looking forward to my next trip into the store.

We had a great experience last weekend at Kari’s shopping for mother of the bride/groom dresses for my mom and mother in law. Kari and Brenda were both super friendly, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of dresses to choose from. My mother in law found exactly what she was looking for right away. My mom on the other hand had a bit of a harder time finding her perfect dress, but nonetheless Kari took the time to help her find something that she felt amazing in and even went as far as ordering something in for my mom to try on. She went above and beyond and definitely cares about ensuring her clients are happy and feel good in what they are wearing over just making a sale.10/10 customer service. Absolutely my favorite store for any special occasion, conference or trip clothes. I purchased the most beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding and was able to wear it later for other weddings as well. It is still beautiful and timeless. On multiple occasions I purchased wonderful dresses for my professional conferences and trips to Europe. Kari always was amazingly helpful with all my purchases. All the garments from her store are worth every penny because they are durable, classy, timeless and don't end up in a landfill like the ones from the box stores. Kari's is a little gem in a beautiful Village of Ancaster. Highly recommend this store! Please support small local women owned business now more than ever. Shop local, shop small, be kind.

Had an okay experience at Kari’s. We had gone to look for a mother of the bride dress. They had an okay selection and the sales associates were very nice. What made our experience subpar was being asked to change in the back office (not meant for client use). They were very busy, so I could understand this to a degree. However, we had called in advance and made an appointment and we were her only 11 am appointment. We were assured that making an appointment meant we would be taken care of. But people who walked in the same time as us got the dressing rooms over us. I couldn’t understand why we weren’t given priority as the only ones with an actual appointment.

I was just beginning my mother-of—the-bride dress shopping and decided to start at Kari’s because my sister wore the most amazing dress recently at her son’s wedding. Much of the formal wear is protected in plastic so I couldn’t immediately see what she had in store. Kari invited me to feel free to look around but more importantly she asked me some questions about what I was looking for, and picked a few dresses for me to start with. The process evolved from there and I’m thrilled to say I found my dress! Kari has a real talent for listening and matching style. Thank you Kari for making my dress search such a great experience!

I honestly don’t know where to start. I dropped by Kari’s of Ancaster today in hopes of finding a dress for my son’s wedding. The first thing Kari did was sit me down and ask me what is was I was looking for, and listened with intent. My goodness she spent the time with me not only to make suggestions but also provided me with constructive feedback, which was so important for me to hear. I did find a dress and am so thankful to Kari and her team for the patience, outstanding customer service and the knowledge shared regarding this process that was so helpful. I will definitely be back again.

This shop is a gem! Staff is extremely honest and helpful. Kari’s goal is for you to be the best version of you!! She has awesome promotions and discounts throughout the store. She offers a ‘try on at home’ program. She will put together a few outfits, you pickup, try on at home. Pay for what you keep. Found mother of the groom gown that way. And the grandmother of the groom’s dress too! So awesome!! Kari’s carry formal wear to casual. Whatever you are looking for she will have! ♥️

i went to Kari's looking for a Mother of the Groom dress in a Plus size.. Kari and her staff were very helpful and made the shopping experience fun and enjoyable, which is not always the case when searching for a Plus size dress. They had numerous styles and designers for me to try on. Stores I had visited previously had few, or no, larger size clothes in the store and i felt like a "problem" customer. Kari's is my new "go to" store for evening wear.

Wow - I was very impressed with this store. My sister took me there to Christmas shop for clothes and I found so many wonderful things!!! I am an XL size and to my surprise, there were a lot of clothes that fit. I was assisted by Kari and she is very nice and helpful. The whole atmosphere was nice too - a fireplace, fun and unique jewelry, accessories, as well as casual and elegant clothing. I can't wait to take a few friends there after covid.

I had such a fun experience! They helped me find the perfect dress for my Son’s small outdoor wedding. I hate buying dresses as I find it hard to find things that look good. They kept bringing me dresses and we narrowed it down to a few. They took photos for me so I could see how they looked. I left with a great dress and earrings too! Loved my experience so much I’m sending my Mom to see them next weekend!

A friend of mine recommended Kari’s of Ancaster for a special occasion dress. I walked in to be warmly greeted by Kari and her sweet little dog. Kari and her staff could not have been more helpful. I fell in love with a dress alas too small and Kari was so accommodating to find me places I may find this dress! Customer service plus. I may not have bought this time but I’ll be back.

The store is PACKED with amazing, beautiful, classy clothes... it's great! Plus the owner - you guessed it, KARI! - is just amazing. She's so knowledgeable on what should fit each body type, she sure knows how to make every woman look beautiful! (just like the website says). Outstanding customer service! The staff truly cares about their clients. Kari went out of her way to locate a mother of the grooms dress that had been ordered and due to delays may not have made it by wedding date. She found one after many calls! I’d recommend Kari’s for mother of bride/groom dresses. Huge selection and gorgeous dresses.

Bought 4 sale tops all under 100.00 marked 70% off. Wanted a beautiful necklace from the 70% sale section only to be told that because it was 59.00, she would only give me 50% off. This is no way to treat a customer. Disappointed and won't go back.

Absolutely treacherous customer service. Don’t be fooled- the staff is super warm and friendly when you purchase something. However should you have ANY issues, they refuse to help. So disappointing! Steer clear of this place!
