I stayed here 3 days 2 nights just this past weekend. Adina Apartment Hotel on Flinders Street in Melbourne is absolutely beautiful. From the outside, you would have no idea how stunning it is inside. I came here for respite care with my mum and we were very impressed with how spacious and clean our apartment was. I was able to spend some much needed time with my mum and get out and about in the community. We were very close to everything! Everything is within walking distance! There is even a convenient IGA right next door. The apartment came with everything you need. Tea and coffee amenities, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, dish cleaning items, glassware, mugs, plates, bowls and even pots and pans. In the bathrooms there were towels, hand towels, sanitary bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Here are some negatives potential guests may want to take into consideration before booking at this Adina location: - I really struggled sleeping. This was at no fault of the hotel. There was some sort or bar/club behind our apartment that would frequently empty what sounded like 1000s of glass bottles into a deep drop bin. This would continue until around 3am. - during our stay, only 1 elevator was working. There were often long waits to get in or out of the hotel because of this. - the floor outside becomes extremely slippery when wet. I was exiting the hotel during my stay and noticed a man in the lobby with bandages wrapped around his head and being tended to by multiple staff. I was unsure of what happened but pieced it together when I too nearly slid right out the front. I do not know who's responsible for the pavement/flooring outside, but it is very dangerous. Ambulance, police and firemen attended that day. Sand had to be put down on the whole block to create traction. The negatives aside, this was the best apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in. The amount of space you have is incredible. I have sent photos and videos to family and friends and they are all going to be booking with Adina if they stay in Melbourne CBD.

I'm very impressed & really hard to please! Parking on site a bonus, walkable to NGV, ACME...etc...Athetheum theatre for a show last night (Elvis) afternoon tea...Dinnner...late check-out (11:00! Enjoying a last chai latte on the balcony this morning, great view too!) All the kitchen amenities..pots n pans, toaster (bonus). Microwave, crockery, glassware...etc So, imagine my partner's delight in my words of positive mumblings how well he did!!! Didn't find the room that noisy, considering the trains ran past across the road...and the trams & traffic...the snoring was worse! couch was very comfortable though...blanket would have come in handy. Room was a little stuffy, found the control for air conditioning, that was soon rectificied...only negative and only because l'm not a fan of shower over the bathtub Would definitely stay here again. Paul McCartney coming up next...Tom Jones & Chicago the musical (Anthony Warhol ❤️) in March

Edit: I stayed here for the 3rd time, and I needed to edit my review to express how amazing the service was. The room I originally checked into, unfortunately, did not have the heating working. Coming from QLD, heating is essential for my survival in Melbourne. I called reception and had a staff member take a look (in case it was a user error). I was then given the option to relocate, which I agreed to. The lovely staff member (who I cannot recall her name) brought another room key up to me and advised that she had already turned the heating on and left an extra blanket in my new room. When I entered my new room, I also discovered a bottle of Wild Oats cab merlot with a gorgeous note left on the kitchen bench. Thank you to the Adina staff on Flinders St. You always make my stay so comfortable and go above and beyond! Great accommodation, in the heart of Melbourne. Very spacious apartments and clean.

Our stay here was better than a lot of more expensive/higher rated hotels. Pros: - Great central location, easy walk to lots of attractions - We were on the lowest floor above carpark (Lvl 5) and still had no Street noise in bedrooms - Very spacious living/dining area and bedrooms - Decent decor/furniture that was clean - Carparking onsite - Big convenience store located next door - Staff responsive to guest requests Cons: - Our units bathrooms were getting quite tired, still perfectly functional - No in-house phone system, guests have to call reception from their own cellphone and no way for reception to call up to rooms - Room servicing was a bit hit and miss Will look to stay here again on next visit to Melbourne (this was already a return stay from earlier in the year).

Hotel was lovely and receptionists were kind and helpful. We got a massive room which we think usually is a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was great besides around 5am on a Monday a business was pouring glass bottles into a bin in the alley behind the hotel - which was extremely loud. One of the elevators was also not working, and the one elevator that was felt like maybe it should be fixed too. Be prepared for lots of random noises and creaks and a few bounces when you stop at a floor. It also seems they’ve been saying they’ll fix the elevator for a few months now. Their TV’s were also smart ones, but had no Netflix, Stan or Disney+ etc. So you’ll have to settle for free to air the times you sit and watch. Other than those 3, well worth the money & had a great trip, but I’d give it time before I go back so they get the lifts fixed.

Spent NYE here in a 2 bdrm suite. Sensational views and staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Spacious and large kitchen area in the suite, but agree with others that the curtains, carpets etc are starting to look a little dated. Linen and bathrooms were clean. The top of our fridge was filthy and they hadn’t checked the cupboards as prior guests had left a large box of cereal which was still there? Ability to ‘book’ a car park would be good. Rang twice in the lead up to our booking to double check if we could do this, and was told no. We were able to get the last ‘space’ (the maintenance guy’s car park) - and I had to physically move a few bits of odds & ends for us to make it work. That said, $25 for an overnight park in the city is fantastic - so a solid pro.

Great accommodation in the heart of Melbourne. We spent our honeymoon here and they were so accommodating. We were gifted two bottles of wine upon arrival and staff were more than happy to help wherever they could. Beds were comfy as and our apartment very spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Worth mentioning a few things that could be improved on. The balcony and view from our room were pretty average as in not very welcoming and a little dirty. Didn't matter as we didn't use but if you were hoping to sit out and eat breakfast outside.. I don't think you would. The washer dryer was a great addition, very new and worked well but they had instructions for a completely different unit still on show so we actually had to google our own to be able to use it properly. Worth the money we payed and really grateful to have such lovely staff.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment, great for a family with kids, plenty of room for them to run around in! Great location, and super useful having an IGA mini-mart right next door. On-site parking was $25 a day, expensive but reasonable in the grand scheme of things (private car parks next door around $45 per day). Usual Hotel niggles applied - remote control with flat batteries, extension cord in bedroom wasn’t working so one bedside table lamp couldn’t be used, poor ventilation in bedroom so you have to “waft” into the hallway to aerate ‍️. Whilst the decor was a bit bland, it was all a relatively good condition and everything looked/felt clean. Staff at reception was friendly and welcoming. Overall great for an overnight stay, would definitely work as a basecamp for several days in the city.

Had a wonderful room with amazing view once again Asked about bringing family New years eve to stay and see fireworks but the price was very pricey, need to win tattslotto, would have been nice but not at that price. Will definitely be staying there again on our own we love the new apartments

Don’t book if a light sleeper. Very noisy. A lot of street and train noise. Heater/aircon is on a timer and randomly turns off. Presumably someone is stingy about the hearing/cooling. Weird when there is a split system on the balcony connected to a room you can’t access Rooms good size. There was a second bedroom locked. Honestly a rear room with less train noise would be preferable. On the plus side it’s clean. But the shower is over the bath and has quite a high step out which would pose a big challenge for people with mobility issues. As others have said they still have issues with their lifts breaking down. But there’s usually one working. The aircon in the room rattles when the heater is on.

A good option for those with families. Lots of room. We were unlucky (or maybe lucky) to be given a room that had a broken air con. When we complained we were immediately offered an upgraded room with a view. Compliments to the staff. Great service! However the cheaper room that had the broken aircon looked like it needed a renovation. Lots of brown spots on the walls and the sofas were very stained. The upgraded room we actually stayed in was much nicer, but still had a few signs of wear. But was much more acceptable. I think it's better to choose the pricier 1 bed apartment. Overall great service and nice upgraded room made us very happy. However we couldn't unsee what we could have had.

Arrived at the hotel to find out that our room had been given away because they called the "wrong number", had to fight to get our room back then were asked to pay another $100 on top of our already $300 room (we were told that the $100 would be back in our account between 5-10 days), when we finally got to our room our 2 room keys didn't work and I was forced to go back downstairs and wait for our keys to be properly implemented. Now nearly 3 weeks after staying at the hotel we have not received our $100 back and they have masked the transaction from our bank account. Quality scammers :)

Have stayed here many times but have not for nearly 3 years due to restrictions. So was very surprised to see how run down this place had become. Room extremely noisy, carpets, wall and lounge suite extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles and grout moldy. Furniture outdated. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Made a complaint when we left also overheard others as they were leaving doing the same. It's a pity because it is in a great location but sadly if it doesn't get fixed up we won't be staying again.

My husband and I were honestly so easterly surprised by everything about this hotel. The staff/owners have genuinely taken on all of the reviews and even the very small issues such as 'soundproofing' and "outdated furniture seem to have been dealt with. We truly loved all of the genuinely lovely staff and mini-bar purchase prices from downstairs. Fashionable and up to date rooms just made our stay exceptional, already thinking about when we can return.

Generally you expect to get sleep in a bedroom but Adina have failed to account for being next door to an active nightclub, loud music kept me up 4 nights in a row. Good thing the bed is against the wall adjoining the. Club too or I might have enjoyed sleeping

Absolutely an amazing experience. We didn't ask for much, but got an amazing apartment with full kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Trains are noisy, but hey, it's Melbourne. I'd really recommend Adina for a pleasant, no fuss and elegant stay. Thank you to the amazing staff member that went out of his way to help with our luggage when we got out of the lift and showed us to our room.

Very noisy being adjacent to the railway tracks! I slept in a roll away which was uncomfortable and in the lounge which only had a shade blind over one window so quite light during the night. Apart from that the apartment was good and centrally located. Front desk were very helpful.

We stayed in the newly renovated Loft apartments for the long weekend and were blown away. The room we had was incredible. Spacious, well appointed, wonderful bathroom and the added bonus of a washer and dryer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful stay. Location was excellent, quiet and a convince store right next door.

Fantastic rooms and price. Stayed down over the weekend for a bucks party with a group of 10, no nagging and no fuss. The rooms were immaculate and the view spectacular. Free tram outside and within close proximity of everything in the city makes this the place to stay. I'm extremely happy to have stayed here and would even consider coming back. Great stuff!

We got a warehouse loft apartment which was large, roomy & comfortable. Now for the downside. The noise from the club downstairs was unbearable. The access to the rooms was up a little alley way then up a couple of flights of stairs, no lift. The phone and dryer didn't work as well.
