Wasnt 1happy arranged a one night stay couldn't get in to my room the phone number on the door at the reception for after hours wasn't getting answered I was freezing I had a early wake up for a course last week and I wasn't very amused by not being able to get in contact with the night shift manager either she was incognito somewhere on the premises I had notified them I would be late . Paid for the room . And wasn't happy after about 2 and half hrs freezing waiting after ringing the local police to try and help . Finally I got my appoligies about the wait ✋. I was fuming I finally got to my room everything looked nice . I had to warm up so I turned the heater on and jumped in the shower the fire alarm went off because of the steam from the shower I was so embarrassed. Then I realised even though I had put the splitsystem on high the room was still colder than a freezer when I got out of the shower which I stayed in that was nice . For 1 good point was the bathroom the bed wasn't bad when I finally got it warm enough to sleep I rekon I got 1hr sleep that night and I had to pass extensive firefighting training and re do my survival training let's just say I passed but it was very wasn't easy fatigue and achs wernt helping but all passed and ready for my next adventure needless to say the place looked great but yah just don't ever really no do you untill yah stay somewhere like that . Oh and a good friend of mine was also staying there but for a two day course and he didn't have a heater in his room either . Poor management and poor maintenance people they won't go very far with a work ethic like that so dossapointed .

The pool facilities was great however have walked away very disappointed. Room had all the extras like oven, wine glasses cooking utilities etc however at least 3 dead insects/bugs not cleaned up after spraying. Curtains were shappy with no privacy blinds. Worst part was, a bond was required at time of arrival, this was a hearty sum of $500. Taken on my credit card and released day after my checkout. This transaction I was told would be quick and at most 5 days I have just seen the money release after a long 10day process! Not only that but they took a scanned copy of my drivers license and visa card! This I felt was so far over the top and really unsafe and unacceptable but when you have booked with no refund and just wanting to not cause a fuss or spoil your holiday what choice do you have. Handing over cards for them to copy and put their 500 bond freeze on my card. Will unfortunately not return to a quest again (previous experiences had been great with other quest locations around nz) staff were friendly however and stay was enjoyed beside the few rather large factors that will prevent my future decisions to stay at a quest again.

We loved this place. we've been here twice over the last 2 weeks, it's a beautiful, tranquil and quiet location. Perfect for business traveller or urban holiday. We chose it because it;s Within walking distance to beach, bird hives and beautiful lakes and wildlife, shops - both safeway and food shops, great asporto pizza, thai, fish n'chips, and great bakery. Train station 10 mins away and allows 2 vehicles parking per apartment (very good considering we had 1 bedroom. I can't fault this place. the pool looked incredible, I'll be back in summer. lots of staff support, always friendly and willing to help. Loved the fact that it covid safe, contactless check in, appropriate distancing, but a really nice feel around the apartments because you can see people in apartments or in communal areas, even saw cats and dogs. Lovely feel at this strange iso time - I'm thinking of moving here. Great balcony beach views.

Stayed 3 times on 3 seperate occasions. The first there were bugs coming up from the drains we just put up with it. The second time the air conditioning was faulty and not working. It was winter and very cold. We had a new born baby that needed to be kept warm. We notified the management, whose solution was one tiny bar heater for the entire upper and lower apartment. No offer of moving was offered or some sort of credit was offered. The third time we stayed 5 days and had a big bug infestation coming out of the drains in the kitchen and laundry. Managements solution was to spray bug spray once, which didn’t stop the bugs. They never checked to see how the bug infestation was going and refused to leave any bug spray, so we could try and control the bugs ourself. Not good enough for a 4 Star motel.

Excellent customer service. Both the ladies in the front office were very friendly and helpful. Well stocked with required kitchen ware. The unit was presented clean and tidy. The car parks are on a first come first serve basis. A Car park allocated to each unit will be a good addition, as it is very possible to end up not finding a park and exploring other parking options which is not something one wants to spend time on when on a holiday. Locating the place is a bit tricky, a bigger Quest sign lit up will not only be helpful in locating the placed but also provide more publicity for the business.

Such an incredible place to stay when we visited on Saturday 22/01/2022.The 2 bedroom apartments were so immaculately clean, tidy and absolutely family friendly with a safe location and a beautiful view. The booking and check-in was stress free and the staff were so amazingly friendly added bonus was that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Staying here was like a slice of heaven. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience my family and I will definitely be back here soon. Gareth & Sandra Price

Was extremely disappointed. Had been before a couple of years ago and feel the Quest has gone backwards. We stayed 8 days. They only cleaned our rooms once and very poorly. For days the pool had multiple bandaids floating around as well as other foreign objects which was disgusting. Pool had maximum 7 people for covid distancing but this rule wasn't monitored and they would allow more people if it broke up a family thereby having multiple families. Don't bring your favourite car because the car parking is not safe and they don't care.

Noteworthy details
Quiet lagoon in front of the hotel, close to the nearby beach, with plentiful waterfowl in the lagoon, including a pair of beautiful black swans. Stroll out of the room onto an easy walk around the lagoon, over a couple of of islands connected by walk bridges.

We needed to stay near family for Christmas, and this was the only place that would actually accept the family. Most other places would only accept a couple. Apartments in Silva quite nice down stairs has a dining room with a lounge room in the kitchen I'm upstairs has the bathroom with 2 bedrooms. There is also a balcony that you can sit in and admire the view. The apartment itself is extremely clean and modern, and the staff were helpful on arrival. I can't comment on the facilities as we weren't around during the day to use them, but we good see them from the balcony and looked really nice.

  • Pete Gent

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The beds were comfortable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful walking path filled with amazing wildlife. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Bella and Katie! This was our first time in Australia (we were here 2 weeks) and I would absolutely stay here again!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Excellent location for business or leisure. Nicely kept apartments and its very quiet, you can wake up with the sound of the ocean and birds moving around in the wetlands that surround the apartments. Private parking is very convenient, also there are well kept walking and cycling tracks. Shopping centers, and coffee places are close and so is Altona Beach just 15 mins drive away. Quest Williamstown definitely will make anyone think about coming back again and again.

situated away from the hustle of the CBD located south west in Williamstown, the place is accessible by bus or by car. Reception was friendly, told where to eat and where the nearest woolies is. The room was well presented overlooking a central swimming pool. The only issue was the washing machine during the drying cycle which banged side to side probably due to balance issues. Otherwise, an awesome experience and swell place to reside once the Wuhan flu blows over.

I've had two short 1 night stays here. Both times the reception staff were very friendly. The rooms are good (not great), but for the price paid that is quite acceptable. Since I didn't have a car there weren't any restaurants in the area within walking distance, but the room did have a takeaway menu for a delivery service. Or you could just used one of the many mobile food delivery apps. So it really wasn't a big issue. I just wish I had some time to go for a walk around the surrounding areas, as you can see from my photo.

  • Christa Thorburn

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Needed a place to stay for one night as we had been driving all day. Payed an obscene amount of money for what it was. Arrived at 3pm to wait over an hour for the room to be ready. The room was hardly cleaned, dust everywhere, spiders, hair in the bathroom, stunk like wet dog, tiles were wet from the mop. The place looked like a worksite with container ships and bags of old laundry in the carpark lying around. Pretty fowl really.

All together our stay was nice - the apartment is dated yet very spacious and clean and the location is great for walks along the beach and wetlands. The staff were also extremely kind and friendly. The massive downside for us was that the spa was dirty and unusable plus the pool and bbq area closed at 6.30pm on a Saturday night meaning we couldn’t bbq the dinner we had bought. Super disappointing as the only reason we booked this hotel was to use the outdoor facilities.

Walking into the apartment was a lovely experience. Plenty of space, pleasant views and windows that you could open to get a refreshing cross breeze. Very clean and comfortable and good-sized kitchen and bathroom, complete with an excellent bath. Really enjoyed the easy access to the walks around the water. Supermarket just down the road. The pool was as good as it looked. Ran into a few minor maintenance issues, to be expected and not serious enough to report at the time.

  • Peter Mondora

I had food in the fridge for the next night. The fridge was replaced when I was out and all my food disappeared with it. Extremely inconvenient. The cost of the food wasn't the issue. Maintenance person thought the room was vacant. Went to reception to get some milk as all mine was gone and got enough for 1 cup. Bad luck for the morning coffee. Also stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Cockroaches and bugs far outnumbered me. The were in the pillow case as well.

  • Robert Stewart

We arrived on the Saturday and collected the keys for the apartment. When We got in the rooms were large and well furnished Then we headed up the stairs we found the bath and seperate shower and toilet . Down stairs we had another toilet and washing machine and dryer great for a longer stay. In the kitchen we had a gas cook top and dishwasher and oven. Service was excellent Will stay there again. Thanks Robert & Lisa

  • Tex Max

A premium price, but the apartment looked worn, stunk of Chinese food and we couldn't' get the heater hot enough, so we ended up going to Bunnings and purchasing two. The old plastic kettle also looked way past its prime. Worst, the shower head more than a little mould which made my wife very uncomfortable having a shower. This was the worst Quest experience we have had even though it was the most we have paid yet.

We had a lovely weekend at Quest Williamstown North. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with lots of natural light & in a great location. Situated within the beautiful Jawbone Reserve.  Loved the walks around the reserve and lake. it felt like a holiday away from home!

I'm yet to stay here and I'm already not feeling the love. I have booked for November 2022 for my sisters wedding. Due to COVID in Melbourne they had to move their wedding from February to November. From this, there has been a $100 price increase PER NIGHT. I hope it's worth it! Could have booked the Crown for less.....unfortunately it's not in Williamstown.

Wonderful peaceful environment.... I stayed in their 2 bed apartment. It had plenty of room and nearly all what I would generally need. Backyard garden, it's pool and proximity with a natural lake type area made it an added facility to relax.

The only best thing about this is the location. I expected more from quest apartments as the maintenance and cleaning need a little more detail. There are problems with the hotel that are obvious, and are being left unattended to just wish they would repair the issues with the ageing units.

Large, well-appointed apartments overlooking wetlands and out to the bay beyond. Free parking, free WiFi and a shuttle bus on order to take you to local venues. Not within walking distance of Williamstown’s shopping district so consider your own vehicle. Lots of all-day street parking available. This photo was from the door of my apartment. Just beautiful.

  • Nafiza Hussain

This place had everything I wanted. A very convenient apartment. Just 2min drive from Woolworths and a small shopping centre around the corner . We were able to grab food to cook in the apartment. The bed was cozy. The dish washer did a great job cleaning all the dirty dishes. I really liked there coffee saches All thumps up for me for this apartment.

As a priced top end apartment it could do with a renovation, little outdated bathrooms, taps that are very hard to turn, toilets keep running, carpets with stains, dirty oven, cheep appliances !, floor tiles are not clean very sticky, and you need to rewash all plates knife and forks before using them. Sorry but it's below average More

  • Emily Yap

Its a pretty good place but a few things that were a miss. The shared bathroom was big enough to have a toilet included. There is a gap in the door that lets mosquitoes and other bugs to come in. Apart from that, daily cleaning was available and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet which shops that are not a long drive away.

Shocking experience. Very poor customer service and had$300 on card held which took a week and 4 phone calls to get money returned. Was never told about the money to be held until arrival and checking in. Worst experience of my life. Should have listened to the reviews online I had read about the place.
