A little issue with a booking but Luke confirmed it and made it easy. He was friendly and accomodating over the phone. I rang them a couple of times regarding a booking issue and insurance options. Another person who answered the phone sounds like he couldn’t be bothered. I told him the flight number as Luke asked me to and this person’s response was ‘yeah okay’. Then Luke rang me before the flight asking my flight number. This person clearly did not update it. And Despite arranging my pick up time (6pm Adelaide) , no one was at the desk at the time of the pickup. When I rang the number on a note saying will be back in 20 mins, unfriendly voice told me that he is at the wash bay and will be in 10 mins. He arrived later than 10 mins with no apologies and uninterested. I believe it was the same person who answered the phone. All the other staff were friendly and accomodating but this one person made this experience less pleasant.

A good budget car hire service. Car was ok but needed servicing, this is the responsibility of Alamo, otherwise you are putting customers at risk. The thing that I did not like is that there wasn't the usual power supply source plug hole! I needed that for my own GPS that I brought myself! Instead there was an USB port that was rubbish and did not work!!! I do not ever want that type of car again. Why supply this type of car without the important usual features?!!? BIG MISTAKE! I rely on my own GPS to get me to places and I NEED a normal power source, not the USB port!!! Next time, I will be requesting a YARIS not the one you gave me!

upon arrival the cars were not ready as they facility was understaffed with a couple members away sick, Steve worked through the issue and had it all under control and was upfront and honest with the situation and promised a short wait and the car would be ready. Unfortunately somewhat out of his control and he handled the situation and had all customers off into their cars as promised. Can't complain and the service was excellent.

Good -easy pick up procedure. Good little car - MG Excite and good value. Only difficulty was opening the rear hatch. No handhold apparent except the rear wiper. Not sure if hatch should have automatically opened a bit when I operated the release but it didn’t. Only a very minor issue. Arrived back a couple of hours before end of booking and no Alamo car space available at airport but no problem parking in adjacent Hertz space.

Lovely little MG, nice to drive. Staff was very friendly. The only gripe I have is the ridiculously overpriced excess in case of an accident and having to buy a lower excess. Off you're renting out cars make the price more realistic and lower the insurance excess to a realistic figure.

My car allocated was a fairly new Yaris. In great condition and nifty to get around in the Adelaide heavy traffic. The counter was extremely easy to find adjacent to baggage uplift and check in smooth and easy. I would recommend Alamo as a very reasonable car hire company.

The hiring of the vehicle was quick and simple. The vehicle was exactly what I ordered, and in good condition. The collection was simple, and the lady who we dealt with was exceptional. She is a great asset to Alamo. Plus the price was very competitive.

From picking up the rental car at the counter the staff were awesome. Made sure I knew all about the vehicle and it's safety points and where everything was. Great place to get your next rental that's for sure.

Helpful, friendly staff. Easy pick up and drop off. A good deal on the vehicle. A reliable car with a few idiosyncrasies (wouldn’t connect to car play so had no navigation) but a good experience.

Good service and vehicle. Up sell for extras is a bit of a con. You don't need navigation when you have a phone or extra road assistance if you can change a tyre. Apart from this good
