I have been using this travel agency for years and most recently I was super disappointed in the lack of customer service on their behalf. I booked a trip to the Bahamas and had a flight change with no notification at all...from anybody airline or travel agency. So I lost a day of my vacation in the Bahamas but to add the misery when I finally arrived to the hotel they did not have us scheduled for arrival until March 2019...wt... the hotel we were told was super nice by our travel agent (Nora). .not just super disappointed with the whole experience I would say shop around and do it on your own. I just booked a trip on my own thru Southweat vacations at an amazing hotel with great reviews and not have to be lied to by a travel agent who makes great commission without having to provide the great services. I was extremely disappointed in the fact that all of this could have been avoided by a simple phone call....I'm just a little voice but I assure you word of mouth is the best advertisement ever and Alamo Travel group will definitely not be recommended...

If you work for this place from home, goodluck. Training is horrific, fly you in for 1 day of training, and expect you to know everything without error. If you make a mistake/error they wont tell you or show you how not to have it happen again, owner or HR will just call and yell and wont let you explain your side, it is your fault, no matter the outcome. If you work for these people and they ask you to take a picture of your work Station , more than likely they are going to let you go/fire you. The picture is so they know what equipment you have or sent you. Dont let them fool you that it's to see how your work environment looks. The phone call will come the next day. Hope your business is booming with Travel restrictions and Military/Federal Travel is next to nothing. Dont usually wish the worst, but you do people wrong.

After conducting a thorough investigation we believe that one of our agents did not communicate adequately the fact that it was too late to make reservations for Spring Break because we had tried that week to book vacation packages for Spring Break for other customers. Buyer Beware - go to another travel agency. My husband has been on hold since 10:00am, 4.5 hours. His flight was cancelled due to snow in Washington DC. Apparently, Alamo Travel Group does not have the processes to handle such crisis and leaves travelers stranded! He has been hung up on two times. Customer Service? Not here!

Alamo Travel Group is amazing! I’ve been using their services for almost 10 years and I have never had a problem. In fact they make group travel super easy and less stressful than it needs to be, not to mention the GREAT rates they offer! I’ll never book my own travel again, ask for Sandra she’s the best!

I used their web form to request some information. A few days went by and I heard nothing. Filled out the form again and got an email saying they'd get me the information later that day. That was over a week ago. Evidently they're very busy?

If you want someone to book a flight for you under a misspelled or incorrect name this is the place. Keep in mind they don't work weekends so if you are traveling and there is a problem on a Saturday or Sunday they'll be of no help.

Due to these bad ratings, I will not be calling yall. Thanks to those who leave feedback, helps us much more choosing the best place for any type's of services. Come on guys, work on your ratings!!

Beautiful building with offices for lease. Lovely trees and landscaping add a natural sense to this location. There is additional parking in back. Great location in the medical center area.

I called for a holly land tour and never call me back for information and also asked me for my email and never received nothing information

we went to this place and we were treated very ugly. i would definitely never ever recommend this place to anyone. very unprofessional.

The employee that helped us was very nice but the person that owned the place was talking very loud on the phone and ugly to her staff.
