Ordered and Picked up the $49.99 Deli Tray and was epically disappointed with the tray delivered vs what is pictured on their site. Looked like someone made this tray in under 5 minutes and didn’t care. Management really needs to be inspecting these trays before they get delivered. This deli tray looked so pathetic compared to the picture on their site. The meat was fresh and tasted great (hence the 2-stars), just did not look like a centerpiece to the sandwich bar like I wanted and paid for. Sorry, won’t visit that location again. 8/26 FOLLOW UP: I contacted customer service as directed, who said they will have the store reach out to me. Well, I was contacted by a store on 8/22… from Troutdale, Oregon! I’m from Las Vegas, Nevada! This has got to be a joke, right? How could my issue be directed to the wrong state? After emailing with the store in Oregon, and we figured out the error, she essentially laughed it off and didn’t bother to forward my info back to customer service, just leaving my issue unresolved. No further contact since 8/22. Totally disappointed with Albertsons customer complaint resolution.

Okay um Jodi. It's absolutely rude to carry on a conversation with a paying customer's toddler and never address the customer. I'm wondering what your are behind that. What a disgusting experience after spending hundreds of dollars. You are rude and unpleasant. As subtle as you may think it is, it's actually quite deafening. Where is your humanity and appreciation for the paying customer who ensures your livelihood in times like these with inflation at an all time high. Just because you are in a union does not give you the right to ignore a customer period. Fix it Jodi and look deep within yourself to heal that nastiness. Goodnight and actually God bless you. P.S. The courtesy was actually great. Thank you for getting my dinner rolls for me. You and Jodi should trade roles; I'd rather see you in the check stand as a cashier. Jodi, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER SWEETHEART Gratitude

I went to cash my check this morning as I do every week. They told me that no one showed up to work the customer service area. She said she was sorry but I couldn’t cash my check. What this means to me is that the person who didn’t show up for work was the only person in that store that was trained to handle my situation. The store was full of employees including the STORE MANAGER but no one could assist me. They didn’t even try. I have worked in customer service and hospitality my whole life and I can’t believe that this just happened. I am a shopper at the store. I spend my hard earned money there but they couldn’t even look further then the person who didn’t show up for work. So sad. What happened to customer service and people doing there jobs. How many people upstairs ignored this. Why couldn’t they just call a manager down to assist me. Very disappointed

My father and I was shopping for deli items that my sister requested. When my father and I approached, the woman behind the counter was very helpful, attentive, and was very nice to us. She gave us samples to try to make sure that we would like the deli meats and cheese that we had selected. The deli meats had a really fresh and delicious taste to them. She assured us that we woukd like them and we sure did. There are not many employees like her who care about their customers. I wish I remembered her name. Also the Hawaiian cashier named Collette was very super nice and friendly. My dad and I was very pleased with the service at this location. What a great shopping experience!!! Oh yeah!!! Cant forget!!! The doughnuts were very yummy!!! Thanks so much Albertson's employees!!! Great Job to you staff members!!!

I use Albertsons online order and delivery service 3 times a month .... and it's fantastic! (I started when covid hit.) Their app is easy to use, the deliveries are prompt and courteous, their produce is as you would pick in the store, and their prices are fair. 99% of the time, their deliveries are correct. The rare times there is a mistake, they issue a credit quickly--and they throw in a free item! What I pay in delivery and tip fees, I more than make up for in avoiding impulse buying if I'm in the store. I used Whole Foods online delivery, but no go (scroungy produce, overpriced, unavailable delivery time slots, smarmy customer service--I pass). Thanks, Albertsons, for showing your competitors how it's done!

I went today 7/29/17, to find some products for my niece, as she has a pretty bad sunburn. I asked a man working in an isle way, for help. He was so sweet. He immediately took me to two places in the store that might have what I needed, and then spoke with the pharmacist. She came right out as well, and looked for a while for what would be best. They both seemed genuinely compassionate about the situation, and the gentleman before leaving, wished me luck with my niece. I don't normally come to this store, but I might start coming a lot more often, because the people that work here are awesome. Thank you!

So accessible wherever you live in Vegas. Last couple of time there hasn’t been a good stock of meat in the meat dept. You have to pick the lesser of the evils when you only have 2-3 choices of cuts and those are normally the expensive packs that nobody bought. The rest of the store is well stocked. Employees are always nice and helpful. Their toiletries dept always has clearance items so it’s worth checking out. I recommend downloading the app and scanning to find coupons for items so when you pay you can experience the full value of shopping there.

  • Marie Voelker

Eliminating brand name products and put in their signature brands, which in my opinion are poor quality. Cashiers don't wipe down conveyor belts, don't change out gloves after each customer, touching products, money, machines all with the same gloves for hundreds of customers. But yet I can't bring my own bags in, stating that is unsanitary, REALLY??? Even IF I didn't sanitize them (but I do) they only go home and grocery store, much more sanitary than hundreds of people's stuff n money with no sanitation!!

It is hit and miss with customer service at this location. The store on Cheyenne not too far away has a bigger selection and friendlier staff. There is a blond checker that works days that is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Some of the staff do not say hello when you walk up to them, and other staff do not respond when you say hello. We spend around $500-$600 per week on groceries, and I would expect that we would be treated courteously by the staff. We have stopped going to this location.

  • Lisa Tollefson

It's ok. No line to get in, but a checkout line. I use the self check more often now because it's faster, but I prefer using humans. The place doesn't make me smile. It's clean enough, well lit, well stocked, but it never feels like a happy place. Never has, and I've been using this one for over 2 years. Their prices tend to be on the high side, but that isn't it either. The air just always feels heavy in there, like it's on an inevitable downside or something. Depressing.

  • Mark Niceley

I understand the lack of merchandise, however very unorganized. Management has no seeable leadership. Prices do not match up at the register. I would rather give big compliments rather than criticism. I've been in the grocery business for many years. Better yet, hire me to train managers to create a smoother running business that appeals to both corporate and consumer. If anyone really reads this I'll be looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

  • Rachel Valleck

Awesome customer service it exceeds my expectations all tha staff were truly amazing thank you for your service!!! yesterday on 7th of March the blond young lady cashier at at self check was super awesome and kind please have more respectful people like her kudos to her kindness it doesn't cost a thing to just be kind and empathetic towards anyone regardless of who they are thank you to the lovely young lady

  • Johnny Ibarra

The customers are their highest priority, and although they may get busy at times, they will still go out of their way to help you. They have a very diverse set of staff and are not prejudice towards anyone and welcome all. Every time I go, I always see someone cleaning and maintaining the floors. I see they work hard to replenish products on the shelves so that customers can be satisfied. All in all, I truly enjoy going to this store.

  • T J (Panderdash)

Store is beautiful and kept clean despite the demographic in the area. Have had a couple wierd instances where the self checkout people came up and pushed buttons to complete a survey on my touchpad... kind of odd but I get it. Only real downfall is its closing time. I get off at 10... they close at 10. Way too early! How can I smoke pulled pork for dinner at 4 if I forgot a crucial item and have to wait for them to open? I can't.

  • Jason David

They have higher prices than smith's. Also the advertised specials are only valid if you have their Spyware app. Check out the meat section. They charge double other stores and then make a 2-for-1. Sorry, 12.99 for chicken breast isn't a good deal even if they are buy-one-get-2-free. Also the lines tend to be long and slow. Generally the quality of their produce is high and the produce prices reasonable. That's why an extra star.

  • Phlufy Chikk

Love love love this Albertson. The cashier Lacey is an outstanding person very helpful and always make me smile with her glowing personality. The two young black men in the deli are so courteous and kind. They really treat everyone with respect and they have such joy doing so. The produce department are very helpful and knowledgeable about the in season fruit. Awesome place to shop. Thanks you to all the wonderful staff.

  • Ami McKinney

I normally try to avoid Albertson's unless it is absolutely necessary or a sale. This store is clean and they have nice produce, but they are very overpriced even compared to high end grocery stores like Whole Food's and Sprouts that have a much better organic and overall healthy food selection. The only positive is everyone working at this location is friendly. If it weren't for that, I'd probably just shop elsewhere.

  • Kimberly Cotton

I know that some people think that Albertsons is a bit pricey, but most of the time you pay for what you get and I get good quality, not to mention they actually have a lot of great deals even $5 dallor Fridays. I like shopping Albertsons because they have good quality meats and great deals. Thanks for quality and cleanliness it noticeably stands out every time I shop at your stores.

  • Maria-Danielle Braxton-Echols

So very, VERY clean and well lit. Employees are wonderful and extremely accommodating. I'm from the East coast, and miss A LOT of the seafood products that I use in my recipes, (I don't waste money on restaurants very often). One employee in particular, LaRonte G., went well above and beyond my expectations. He secured the products I wanted. It was a little expensive but worth it.

  • Shadonna Scurry

For the convenience, it wasn't so convenient. Bread was smashed, I got 1 banana instead of a lb, I clicked "no Substitutes but got turkey sausage as a sub for regular sausage and mostly 1/2 of what I ordered was not available. I feel bad for the senior or handicapped person, who really cannot shop for themselves. This would have been a real displeasure for the disabled.

  • Scott S

Listen. Solid grocery store but I would never buy liquor here. They lock it up and you need to call a cashier! Really?!!! Good choices all around for grocery. Stop putting the milk in back for decades-old tactic of forcing us to walk the entire store. I do like the quick check out lines. Some progress. All in all, average. I tend to hit TJ or WF more often.

  • Kierra Clark

This location is mediocre at best. Customer service is severely lacking, the store is pretty disorganized, and don't bother trying to cash your payroll check if it's over $500... you'll wipe out all the money in the store I guess. April, the Customer Service person's, words. But they have a Starbucks. So I guess they've got that going for them...

  • Tim Gormady

Sad to see empty shelves, and I'm told suppliers can't get the basic items I need. It's their loss when I have to search elsewhere for basics and actually find it. I blame overpaid and lazy management, who are incapable of thinking outside the box when it comes to supply. They seem more interested in making their job easier than stocking shelves.

  • Stacy Brookman

They were in the middle of changing up their store, so a lot of the price tags weren't accurate. Also, I hate that inputting my phone number isn't good enough to get all the discounts shown on the price label. You have to have the app and scan some of them. Such a pain! Not worth it at all. That's for all Albertsons. Minus 2 stars just for that.

  • S Lea

They seem to carry higher grade of meat than they're competitors, worth the few extra cents. You do need to catch the sales and stock up as regular prices can be significantly higher than few cents. The weekly "WOW" is great addition to their sales ad, and their sales have seemed to improve to where if you shop the ad it's worth looking at.

  • Erik Stouffer

I like Albertsons. I find there are some good deals, but i bought a box of microwave fingerling potatoes that had eyes already on them. Didn't know due to it being sealed and there are other weird things about them things like their meat or 5 dollar deals. 3.5 stars Bought on the 27th of Febuary eaten on the 2nd of March. Not okay..

  • Jenny H.

Love coming here to shop, store is always stocked and clean, BUT I especially love renewing my Truck registration at their DMV kiosk!!! So easy , bring your card you got in the mail from DMV. Bring insurance paper in case it wants to verify and also havevyour odometer reading. Took 2 to 3 minutes, beats an hour at the actual DMV

  • Kaye Burrell

Love Albertsons,it's great we live right behind the one on Craig & Tenaya. The Store is always so clean, the employees will go out of their way to help you. I put the Albertsons app.on & learning to play their new game, love just for U--"maybe I'll win something good" "Kaye" …

  • loveandhappiness

This is the 3rd time I've bought rotting produce from this Albertsons. I didn't check to see that the box of salad was 3 days expired sitting in the refrigerated section so that's on me, but you would think that they'd stay current on their fresh produce so that they are not selling brown, slimy lettuce to the public.

  • Mary Alaniz

Ordered a cake two days before I needed it and they were able to fulfill my order despite the short notice. The cake was nicely decorated on the outside. Unfortunately, it came up short on the inside. We asked for raspberry filling and they barely put any inside the cake. Picture attached for reference.

  • Judy J

We went to use their kiosk to get the new sticker and registration for our car, two people in line so my husband waited there and I went shopping. I had a few things to pick up. Got it all in one trip. Both of us finished at the same time. Great time saver. The store is always clean and nice employees.

  • Kevin Gamble

This location is the best!! Easy access to the liquor department, not like the other locations. They make it seem like you are making a transaction for diamonds, but I get it! Also the cashiers here seem to be happy, which shows that there is good management! This location is Craig and Tenaya. …

  • Vanessa Landry

The store itself is not so bad it's alot more plain and simple then the one im used to , however i have my handful of checkers that I love. Sletvana to be exact is my favorite she is always so kind and friendly . My thing is they don't have a huge variety like the other store . Not bad overall

  • Michael King

Went there to pick up a rib eye roast. The 2 girls working behind the meat counter were the most friendly and the most helpful. She went to the back to pull more out and she helped us on picking out our selection. And also grabbed us some marrow bones for our pups. Thank you Merry Christmas

  • Yareyous

I usually don't like going to Albertsons because it tends to cost more than other grocery stores, but I like this location. Everything here is in order and its well maintained. I never have any issues finding food or feeling back about asking for help finding a food. Excellent location.

  • d w

some of the deli soup is good like the chicken noodle and this other one. unfortunately they dont label what each soup is so i dont know. its a good grocery store. the best bbq sauce deli wings ever but expensive. the last few times i checked i dont even think they have them anymore.

  • Joe Marino

I'm sick and tired of your digital coupons have had too many issues. I see posts from many other people about the same thing. Have a sale or don't but when you've clicked all of them and you're told it's not in the system it's time to go to Smiths where I've never had a problem.

  • OZ Truvill

Very clean place and the cashier and service personnel were helpful with the exception of the meat department. At butcher's personnel tried to stay busy for them not to help you but when they do help you they are dry and sour people. That's the reason for the 4 stars.

  • Jacky MIller

Great store...Craig Marketplace! Clean, great produce, great staff, great service...do not change a thing, it works! However, prices could be a little more reasonable...just saying! For budget minded people a little bit of a stretch! Always returning though!! …

  • teresa frederick

Deli not so great fruits were a bit beaten up. Employees were kind &, helpful. Dependent heads/ Management were well informed and helpful. The store was clean and my overall Experience was good. The Amazing Employees are what made my shopping experience a good one.

  • Christopher McCormick

I work for a company that resets there shelves but it is pleasant and the employees are nice, everyone practices social distancing and all workers are scanned before their shift if they don't pass a temperature check they will be sent home. LG! Life is Good!

  • Jeffrey Desler

Albertson is the best and only grocery store to carry Gino's East Pizza. Three types to choose from spinach, bacon, original sausage and other toppings & ingredients. Store is clean, fresh produce, good deli selection and best of all good customer service.

  • King Peoples

Anita! Antia! Anita! She's The Real MVP She Takes Pride In Her Work And Has Definitely Crafted The Art Of Being Such A Sweetheart By Far This Is The Cleanest, Most Organized Albertsons I've Ever Shopped In. Very Satisfied..Thank You Guys

  • Rebekah Jackson

I like how clean Albertsons is, however I feel they are very expensive and lack options. Produce is not very big. I feel like Smith's has a wider variety of feeds that are way more affordable. Edit: they updated their self checkout and it's much nicer.

  • Julia Hopkins

Their staff supported me through some of my toughest days. Even when they didnt know it. The staff knows all the ins and outs of the store must he exceptional training. Only thing i could recommend they do better is knowing when to double bag haha :)

  • Always Evolving

Do not shop here after 10pm. They funnel everyone through one register. My experience tonight was especially frustrating. Standing in line for 18 minutes to checkout 4 items behind an employee who just had gotten off her shift and decides

  • Hunter Esp

Check produce for mold or for spoil, I sent two photos of moldy food to the store director after contacting them about unprofessional behavior from some employees and management. I waited a week after sending the photos of the bad produce

  • Microbudget Filmmaker (Microbudgeter)

Corporate, while you have many great employees at this place, Svetlana and Michelle are two of them. I highly recommend that you invest in their leadership and professional development. I say this often with reviews, but I mean it: don't

  • Raven Noir

One of my favorite Albertsons in Las Vegas. I go to this one over one that is closer to my house. It's huge & has a great deli, meat department & pharmacy. Of course you can play the slots if you like to buy groceries & play slots all in

  • Mike Klemish

Alberson's Deli food and service are awesome! Summer Slaw and Mustard Potato Salad are my favrit! Produce selection is great also! This Albertson's has the best check-out people too. Sure do wish I could get me a Tombstone pizza there.

  • Keisha Campbell

Customer service is good. Meats very good & seafood fresh. They are mostly self check-out, but that can be pretty fast. Could use more regular registers open, esp. on weekends.. but overall- it was a great place to shop …

  • Angel Muerto

The last thing I wanted was to feel uncomfortable when I go to self checkout here. I came here today as I do almost every week and go to the self checkout like I always do, and halfway through checking myself out I noticed a worker

  • Adrian Ornelas

Everything is always well taken care of. Everything feels wide and open. Produce looks fresh. The Avocados are always some of the best quality. Some stores have some that are too ripe. I rather go here than the location on Cheyenne

  • Gerald Harpin

Only a mile from my place, convenient but pricey. I only use them for "just in time" shopping. Usually, I choose Walmart Neighborhood Market or Trader Joe's for an expanded more affordable grocery shopping experience.

  • Dave Williams

Always friendly staff David in the morning is just a great guy. Reminds me of my favorite uncle. The new girl Pippy is a breath of fresh air. Makes you feel right atv, salt of the earth. Love this place more now.

  • A Adams

This has always been a great store and it's DMV Kiosk has never failed me like they have everywhere else. It's deli is good as is its pharmacy. It stays stocked and the advertised specials can be found.

  • Patricia Winkle

This store needs a deep cleaning from the floors to the air vents Lacking knowledgeable staff App rarely works inside the store so clip your coupons Ad priced items run out quickly so get a raincheck

  • Missë Robinson

Great selection, pretty good prices. Has a lot of stúff other grocery stores don't have, in stock. Friendly, attentive staff and everyone seems to enjoy working together and for the Albertsons brand.

  • Diana Tomsich

Not too happy with some new changes. I don't like the self checkout. Now the alcohol is locked up and you must ring for assistance. I have shipped there for 16 years and will consider another market

  • Juston Harper

This is my neighborhood store, I may be bias. They always have a great selection, definitely use the app to save. Please don't forget you can save up to $2 off gas . Use your number at Chevron also

  • Matthew Kluk

Always great service and friendly stockers. Sometimes, products run out, so there's one star off for that. Maybe it's an issue with their inventory system or maybe it's people overbuying.

  • donald gilpin

Good quality food and friendly service everything is always clean floors and bathrooms included and they have seniors and veterans discounts which is a plus for me because I am both

  • Sally Mosher

I shop Albertsons quite often. Close to my house. Very clean store and good prices.I am always greeted by store employees. Love the savings and use Just for U every time I go there.

Store was fine only thing I didn't like was that they changed their app used to be you could click on the items you were buying to put them in your your cart hope they change back

  • First Last

I found good granola here. I didn't see trout. It was good to find good fruit... but the oranges were not good... too old. This place is recommended. Can't find this at Walmart.

  • Dan Mulcahy

This Albertsons at Tenaya and Craig has an awesome cashier named Jodi. She has outstanding customer service skills and is always upbeat, pleasant and helpful. Great job Jodi!

Last week we bought the New York strip steaks bone-in that were on sale for 477 got home cooked them up and they made me and my son sick. Was not a pleasant experience

  • Kate Dalma

Product quality is good but the prices are way too high. Definitely not for a budget shopper. I do like the variety of coupons available through the Just 4 U program.

  • joseph vachon

Great place to shop!! Staff is friendly and helpful!! Ask and they will do there best and if they don’t know they will find someone who does!! Love shopping there!!!

  • SASSY “Tink”

Friendly store. Very clean. Safety is in full swing. I don't shop here much. It's a little spendy. I catch deals on meat. Buy one get one free. Totally worth it!!!!

  • Helen Murphy

I just moved to Nevada from Illinois a couple of months ago. Albertsons is just like the Jewel food stores back in Illinois. Great selections and good prices.

  • Chris Zuniga

When I've had enough of Wal-mart and also feeling like I have that "happily retired after 30 years at the same job boomer money" this is where I shop.

  • Antonio Inserra

Very convenient, lots of different products. Now more organic, Vegan & Gluten free products. A bit more pricey than target, but closer and good staff.

  • Teresa Dismuke

Download the app & checkout allllll of the great deals. Many deals to try new stuff. I got chicken dinner rolls & soda for $10... great dinner

  • Amanda Rodriguez

This location is clean and the staff is really friendly. Self checkout is popular because they only have one cashier or line open at a time.

  • Teresa Sams

Nice big store with space for you to go up and down with your shopping cart in the aisle. Great selection friendly people very helpful

  • Paul P.

Had to return something that was bad, and the lady at self check out seemed to lack customer service skills…… (white lady with jeans)

  • Deedee Silva

This place has amazing personal. Albertson use to have great deals but now it's so over priced & the sales aren't even great sales.

Great deals if you have the app and scan everything! Also, they had these new yogurts based on the flavors of my childhood
