Do not use this company! I have made the move from one bedroom apartment to one bedroom apartment every year for the last four years. Sadly, the company I typically use was not available, so I tried All My Sons. I called a few months before hand to get a quote and schedule my move. We were scheduled to move between 8-10 am and around 8:30 we receive a call from a VERY rude employee letting us know that our movers were not coming between 8-10 and that he was not sure when or if they were coming. When I explained that we were on a deadline to move out, he simply stated, “Well I will just cancel your move then.” I have never experienced anyone as rude. His attitude was very unprofessional and we were about to take him up on that cancellation (which we should have, looking back). After a few hours, I received a call at 10:30 letting us know that our movers will be arriving at 11. By this time we had taken a majority of my things and we just had a few bigger items that we could not take on our own. The movers were in no rush and took over 2 hours to move the few bigger items left, which was unacceptable. In years past, with the same items, my previous movers had packed and unpacked everything within a 2 hours time frame. Their laziness was unacceptable and it wasn’t because they were being careful. They were throwing my dresser shelves around and scratched up my walls and furniture. It gets better. I was moving 10 minutes down the road. They sit at my first apartment for 20 minutes before leaving and going to “take a break”, we find out later. There was 0 communication, they told me they were leaving when we did. We called dispatch because it had been over 45 minutes since we left my first apartment and the movers were no where in site. After they arrive an hour later, they have the audacity to charge us for that break. When we questioned them about the charge, they were not able to help us and we called dispatch again where we again, talked to the very rude manager. He told us he would take off 15 minutes for their break but that did not cover the hour that we were waiting. When we questioned him, he got even more defensive and more rude. Again, I have never spoken to anyone as rude as him. To top off this horrible experience with this horrible company, our final bill was double what we were quoted. When we asked for a breakdown of the charges, again, they were not helpful. We had to talk to the defensive manager, who again, had the worst customer service. Apparently the quotes do not include travel time or material and our labor time was higher than quoted because the movers had no urgency. Not to mention we paid for their hour break. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had and will never use or recommend All My Sons again. ***Editing because they responded to this review, I emailed the provided email and never got a response, adding to the low standard of customer service.

Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. What should have been a 6 hour move took 9 because the staff was too busy chatting and talking and learning how to do their jobs while I subsidized their training. Heard one admit it was his first day on the job. And he was provided with zero training evidently. Outside of that, let's discuss the damage - a brand new bedroom set was ONLY wrapped in plastic wrap and everything was set on its side to ensure that the finish was completely scraped off the edges of each piece of furniture. I watched them take a nice file cabinet they had placed in the truck, realized they had only wrapped it with plastic wrap "since it's metal," and then proceed to push it on its side across the entire length of the truck to unload it. The side is so scratched it looks horrible. This was a brand new item prior to them handling it. I asked them to stop pushing things in the truck on the side to prevent damage, and they looked at me as if I were crazy. I had just had hardwood floors redone spending almost $15,000 and asked them to not roll dollies directly on the floor - they tried to put down blankets, but those quickly got scurried to the side - and my brand newly refinished floors sustained dolly damage from them as well. I understand things happen and mistakes occur. I just want the company to make this right - instead, I am completely ignored by them and they refuse to address the 50 pages of pictures, receipts, and documentation I have sent to them. I moved with a POD from another city to Charlotte that I packed myself and not a single item received a scratch or any damage. These "professionals" are paid a premium to move my items and cannot even properly use blankets or protection on anything and I have brand new furniture that looks like it's 50 years old now. All my sons has never spoken to me about my claim I filed over one month ago. I receive a strange Docusign email - upon finally opening it, it's an offer for $460 - when they caused over $8,000 (documented with all receipts where I purchased the items) of damage. Accepting that offer waives my right to ever pursue any further damage from them. Not only that, but the company sends me another Docusign made out to a completely different customer - for the same amount. They are so incompetent they cannot even protect customer information. While I hope this is my last move, rest assured I will never hire this amateur act to move me again. I have moved 10 times in 10 (4 of which were interstate moves) years and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS TRASHED!

So need to edit my original review that was a 5 star review, while the movers themselves deserved 5 stars, management and this business as a whole really needs to work on being both honest and ethical in the way they charge their customers. (I was asked to leave a review using their company tablet at my door before the final charges were made to my account). I like writing reviews, but I had too many issues with this company not to provide feedback in hopes that it can help others make an informed choice, but also to help them improve their business. Reasons for a 1 star review: 1.) The company overcharges (by a lot) if you do not have all of the packing supplies needed. They require all of your furniture to be completely wrapped with clear wrapping - otherwise it's mandatory for them to do this and they will charge you an unnecessary amount of money for that. For example, I bought the wrong size mattress cover from Lowes (they price a cover at $12.99, I was charged $45 for theirs). 2.) Travel fees are also not upfront with the hourly move rate. I was charged $127 for them to travel 2 miles down the road. 3.) The "end time" determined by the movers is based on when the car leaves (tracked by gps/car turning on). So when they leave your house, if they aren't gone in the car in the next 10-15 mins, just remember you will be charged for this, which happened to me. 4.) False charges & Dishonesty from management. I called management because I was overcharged for their services. I was charged for 2 hours when it took 1.5 hours for my move total. I called to ask about the refund I was promised based on when the driver left. They checked my order, saw the driver left earlier than what they charged me for. I was told I'd be reimbursed $80, which never happened. So not only did they lie initially by charging me for hours not rendered because they failed to check the time the service was complete, they also lied to me personally about the refund. In total I was charged $618.72 to move 12 items 2 miles down the street into a floor level condo while having a 3rd person help unload the truck: 1 mattress, 2 bookshelves, 1 wicker basket, 1 tv stand, 1 small office desk, 1 bike, 1 small desk chair, 1 larger U-Shaped couch, 2 barstools and a box. I spent ~ $250 a few years ago by renting a U-Haul and movers on the side (who did just as great of a job) moving just as much stuff 11 miles away. This place is a waste of money, unless you have money to spend and don't care. I would never use them again, ever. I really hope you guys can step it up, people deserve better. Especially in this economy.

When I first called All My Sons to set up my move, I was given an estimated quote. Now I do understand quotes are estimates and not always 100% accurate, the quote that I was given ended up being double the amount of time and price. I was moving out of a one bedroom apartment down the road one mile into another one bedroom apartment. I was told it was take about 3-4 hours, which the hours matter here since they are paid hourly, instead of for each move as a total. It took 8 hours for the movers to finish, which was double what I was quoted at. Like I said, I understand that not all quotes are 100% accurate, but to have the quote time doubled is ridiculous. It should not have taken the movers 8 hours to pack up a one bedroom apartment and move one mile down the road anyway. When the movers first arrived, they as well said that the move itself should take no more than 4 hours, but then took 8. I also do not think it is a coincidence that the employees smelled of marijuana when they first arrived. I also gave the movers some water bottles to help them stay hydrated, but they left my apartment completely trashed of the water bottles I gave them as well as their own supplies / tape. I have posted a few photos below. The way that they left my apartment trashed should also tell you how little they cared about my items / broke some items in boxes that were even listed as fragile, bc the boxes were handled with such little care. They were very unprofessional, except for one gentleman who was kind and was the only one who handled my items with care. I called All My Sons to speak to the manager about what I had experienced, and was quickly speaking with a defensive manager who did not want to hear about the issues / did not care. When I told him about the issues with the time it took to move being double what I was quoted, he stated that time estimates and quotes shouldn’t be given out “because of people like me” who call and complain. I then questioned him back and asked if this is how they treat all of their customers and if they then lie about time estimates / quotes to everyone, because that is dishonest and misleads people when deciding who to book movers with. I am here to tell you, DO NOT move with them. The employees are very lazy and management does not care. Whatever quote you receive, double it. They are very dishonest and unfortunately, based on the way the manager handled this issue, they know they are dishonest, and do not care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

****I do not like to write negative reviews because I never want to negatively impact a company however, this company lack of compassion and disrespect has left me no choice. Outside of Tommy who was the initial person I spoke with in regard to hiring All my sons, the experience I have had with this company has been disheartening and stressful. I had to pull teeth for them to refund me the cost of my front door due to the movers literally knocking my front door completely out of the foundation. It took them almost a month to refund me , even after I sent pictures in real-time, videos and filled out a claim. After moving my valuables from their storage to another, I discovered that they were storing someone else's couch with my belongings without my consent or knowledge. Then to make matters worse, the company neglected to remove me off of autopay. Which resulted in me being charged on November 16th, 2023, $288.00, after I had already discontinued services with them on Oct 31st, 2023. When I called (November 16th, 2023) to inform them off their mistake, Brock was very kind, understanding, and stated they would refund me. After waiting almost, a week, I called to follow up. Brent, I believe was the first representative name, was extremely short and RUDE basically stating the funds had been refunded and that it's my issue to handle now. I asked to speak with someone else and was at first declined. By my third request, without warning, Brent transferred the call to another extremely rude person, "Chuck". The two "gentlemen" I spoke with treated me as if I had owed them money. They kept stating they refunded me the money on November 15th, when I did not report the funds being taken out until November 16th, which is also shown on my bank statement. Chuck basically told me to take it up with my bank. So, I did, only to find out, there was never a credit sent/pending from All My Sons. To think that I have spent $5,229.30 with this company only to be mistreated, mishandled and dismissed, infuriates me. I truly urge you all to please think twice before using this company.

Unless you have a passion for being scammed out of your money, I would chose literally any other method to move your stuff. *This is long but it is worth the read After being quoted $515-$615, I paid a whopping $1,100 to be told by the mover that he “gets payed hourly so they are not in a huge rush” and that he was hungover from the night before. After filing a complaint, the company offered me a generous $10, lucky me. Despite only having one bedroom of stuff, no living room furniture and even helping them move numerous small loads of things to save time, it took these movers 5 hours. The same mover that said he wasn’t in a rush sat there for 10 minutes taking the legs off my tv and didn’t even pack the screws for it. They proceeded to only take trips loading just one small thing at a time and waiting 5 minutes between trips. My favorite part is how when I called to complain, the customer service representative said that since I didn’t stop the move the day of, that they would not be able to give me a refund. He then went on to question me aggressively saying “if you knew it was taking so long, why didn’t you stop the move??” Good point man, I should have stopped the move, despite needing to move out that day and also being physically unable to lift heavy objects since I am recovering from shoulder surgery. They did not care at all about my complaints, offered me $10 and after going back and forth they said they could only offer me $100 back. I never write reviews but I felt like I need to for this. I’m also convinced half of these reviews are fake, because if you look on Yelp, their average rating is 1.5 stars

This is an edit from a previous five star review… While the team was very nice, and seemed to be doing us a great service (after my wife told them to get to work, that the rain wouldn’t hurt them), that was not the case upon starting to unload and unpack our belongings. First bad sign should have been when one of the two trucks left without the second truck being completely unloaded. Second was when the foreman had us sign off with still about a third of the second truck left to be unloaded. Upon unpacking our belongings, we have found multiple broken items that were carefully packed and labeled fragile. Even saw 2 foot prints on top of a bin with multiple fragile stickers on it. The stabilizing legs on our bed were not installed, so when we finally got into bed (after a long day of moving and unpacking), our bed broke in the middle. After further unpacking of our boxes, we have found multiple items missing, including our nieces new scooter we were giving her for her birthday next month, a wallet that was in the top drawer of my nightstand (and they had the audacity to take my passport card out and leave it in the drawer), and all of our liquor, and I am a bourbon collector. All of this is after we paid $5k for our move, tipped $700, and bought $150 worth of sandwiches for them! We feel violated that they went through our belongings, and stole from us. Hopefully this will be resolved, as there has been a claim made for the broken items, and now I’ve asked to escalate it further, due to our missing property. I would not recommend their services anymore.

TERRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!!!!! A few weeks ago I trusted this company to move my possessions to my new place. I trusted that they would take care of my property & protect my valuables. I believed them when they said they would reimburse for any lost or damaged goods. 3 of their workers moved my belongings to my new place which consisted of bedroom furniture, a few other miscellaneous items, & a few boxes. I ended up with the entire right side of my dresser completely scratched! As well as a stolen watch! The box I usually keep the watch in was completely empty. Even the watch holder was taken out which I never did. There was also a temperature control device that belongs to the company found in the middle of the box AND the tape of the box was pulled off. All of my boxes were completely sealed prior to the move. I reported this to the company. They stated I had no evidence & they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to rectify this issue. I’ve sent several emails in which I have not gotten a response to. On top of all of that, due to a last min address change, I believe that I was overcharged for my move. I was charged over $1,100 to move less than 15mins down the street with not even a one bedroom amount of belongings. I have requested an itemized receipt to ensure the charges were correct which they have not provided yet. CHOOSE THIS MOVING COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

DO NOT BOOK W/THIS COMPANY. I booked w/All My Sons. Here are all the red flags. First, they could not give me an ETA even on moving day. Second, they called to cancel w/me mid-afternoon and were trying to persuade me to accept the cancellation and down-payment refund. I refused. Third, they provided me w/the # of another moving company they often work with and was told this other company was available to move me today, and for a much cheaper rate. Fourth, I call the other moving company and the man I spoke with clarified that he was pretty booked but wanted to find a way to get me moved. Fifth, he then explained he only provides labor i.e. he asked that I rent a truck and he would find men to move my things. Sixth, one of the general managers I spoke to was unprofessional, giving me a list of excuses as to why they could not move my things [one of his men got injured, but then he said they've been dealing w/issues all month, it's summer and June is fully booked, etc.] making me wonder why a moving company is not prepared to handle a range of situations. Seventh, I was able to find another moving company thanks to a contact of mine. While explaining my situation to this other mover, he chuckled when I told him ALL MY SONS was trying to cancel with me and said, "They do that all the time." Don't be fooled by the reviews. Don't trust this moving company.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review because usually I would just let it go if I had a bad experience, but I am seriously just annoyed with my experience. It started when my original moving day was cancelled because people in the office got “covid”, so my moving day got rescheduled for the next day. The next day when ken and ishmael arrived, they admitted nobody got covid and they just rescheduled my moving day because they were short staffed. I only hired a moving company because my boyfriend got hit by a car days prior to our move and would no longer be able to help me move due to having a broken leg, so it was annoying to hear they made a silly lie for having to reschedule because I really needed the stuff moved before my boyfriend got out of the hospital the day before… I was also asked to pay before they finished because they “estimated” they would be done at 11:30, but they ended up finishing at 11:01. I should’ve known better than to pay before they were finished, but the fact that I paid for 1 minute over the hour is pretty ridiculous. They probably wouldn't have made it past 11 o'clock anyway if they hadn't taken 20 minutes to come from the first place to the next, considering the locations are a 4 minute drive from each other. And to top it off, they broke something off of my bike and a leg off of my desk while moving my things.

I learned an incredible life lesson by using these movers. The move was a simple 2/2 apartment into another 2/2 apartment .75miles away. Quoted at $408 for a two hour job. Turned into a 5-6hr $1300 job. Moreover, the movers were discrepectful to my signficant other who has preexisting injuries and is unable to lift heavy objects (hence the movers). The movers took frequent smoke breaks (Still billable hours according to their managers) and held our furniture hostage until we agree to pay them additional money. Once the unloading process began the movers has no incentive to unload the truck as it is in their benefit to bill us more. After the movers left we found numerous damaged items: couch, coffee table, dresser, and scratches to our floor & door frames. Once concerns were raised to the managers they show little to no regard to the obvious time theft & even after my significant other had to be admitted into the hospital due to difficulty breathing the managers blamed us for not informing them prior to the move that their employee shouldn't be smoking during the job. Overall, I only recommed this service to individuals who want to spend their money on an unprofessional moving company who want to run up the bill on you.

$189 an hour which is a decent price. I was charged $100 for packing tape, one hand cart and plastic wrap. All My Sons LLC should have been very transparent with me upfront about the charge for supplies.This supplies charge was discussed with me the day AFTER the move due to not receiving the invoice the next day via email. -It was tacky for the driver to stop for a whole 30 minutes to discuss payment prior to unloading my items at the new destination. -Not only did the driver receive $189 for the one hour that is negotiated prior to the move. All My Sons LLC received an additional $94.50 for the 30 minute halt for this discussion. **Once the driver halts the move. The other mover(s) stop until the main driver says go and lets management know that the payment has cleared.** And to top it all off, the main driver didn’t assemble my bed frame, correctly. Mr. Too Worried About Payment was more focused on receiving payment than the quality of his work. The bed frame fell apart in the middle of the first night in my new residence. The driver didn’t screw in the nails right. The pictures are below.

I called this moving company and asked about a quick turnaround move. Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. She told me they couldn’t do a move in two days which I understood. I asked her what was a “quick turnaround” for them. She repeated that it wouldn’t be Thursday or Friday. I said “check, check,” noting that in my mind, Thursday and Friday wouldn’t do and she began yelling through the phone. She asked what did “check, check” mean? I told her that I was checking off in my mind that they were not available for Thursday and Friday. She proceeded to say that “You called me. You need me, I don’t need you…” I calmly throughout the entire call was trying to find out what was their quick turnaround. Thats it. This young lady went off because I said, “Check, check.” She hung up on me as well. So, no biggie there. She probably needs anger management classes and better overall job satisfaction. The seconds it took her to start yelling at a potential customer was ridiculous. I hope this company knows who they have as the face of their brand.

This review isn’t for the movers as they were quick and excellent! This review is for Ken who may have been the manager? I asked for the military discount and he tried not to honor it at first even though it’s on the site. After that, he tried to pull a fast one and claim that he added it to my quote but they had to charge a 3% card fee (ironically, the same amount as the discount). I told him that he made that up as the bill already said that there was no card fee and that nobody on earth said anything about that until then. We went back and forth after he raised his voice at me for telling him that he didn’t update anything as I had already received an invoice earlier with that same price. He asked me “are you gonna pay it or what?” And I said not until he updated it to reflect my discount. He then said “I can just have my guys take the stuff back where we got it from.” I asked how that made any sense as we already moved in and just needed the discount added. Refrain from using these people until they do something about Ken!

RUN RUN RUN. Booked with this company for a move on 9/1. Get call the day before saying drivers out sick for a few days and would have to move appointment from Friday AM until Friday PM. Chuck assured me they would be there Friday afternoon when finished with first stop. Did not hear anything Friday after lunch so I called to check about ETA. Got transferred a couple times with no set ETA. Finally got call from Chuck at 3:30 with word that they would not be there for move. Lease was up on 30th so move time was critical. With no place to stay I ask Chuck if he was paying for place to stay and it was a solid no, not my problem. Did however refund my deposit. Only good thing about this company. Labor day weekend and leave people hanging. Thank goodness I was able to get someone at last minute to move me. Thanks PREFERRED MOVING for a job well done!!!Will spread the word about AMS and unprofessional service and bad attitude CHUCK. Even if have to move yourself pass this company by and save yourself a lot of stress.

I utilized All My Sons for a move in October. They were able to provide help with relatively short notice, but the team provided was unprofessional and not capable of completing the task without help. They were notified of the size and scope of move but sent a truck that was massively oversized for the area. They still tried to get me to agree to two trips. I was assigned two movers. One of those movers had likely not participated in a move before, which caused her to slow down the process. She was out of shape and constantly wheezing. When the two movers were finished, they took a smoke break in front of my house, which I believe added to the time and cost for the move. Additionally, the operations division and confirmation email beforehand said that there was no minimum time for the move (example 2 hours). However, afterwards, operations tried to explain that there was a mandatory 2 hour minimum. I regret using the company and have advised my peers to not use them.

Scheduled a month in advance, and scheduled for an AM move. Three days before the move they changed the move to the PM even though it was going to cut it close, we gladly accepted. This being due to my disabled veteran mother having had surgery a week prior and I having a knee injury. Not that seemed to matter to Chuck. When we called to get an ETA he seemed to get rather emotional and sensitive on the subject. After notifying him once again that we just want a ETA he then said “If you’re going to act that way fine I’ll cancel your move”. Even after begging him not to, because we had no one else he continued his tantrum and called us “aggressive”. Moral of the story spend a little more for a reputable company. Btw if you’re reading this Chuck no worries a very nice man helped us move out in time and on top of paying him, he also got a nice fat Ben Franklin; hope your estrogen levels return to normal. I was very disappointed with my experience using All My Sons. There were several reasons why I would not recommend using them. The dispatch center told me that the crew would arrive between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m., but they did not arrive until 1:30 p.m. Several items were broken during transit and multiple scuffs and gouges were collected on our walls. All My Sons stored our possessions in their warehouse before delivering them to us, but no inventory was recorded and several boxes were missing when they brought everything to our home. The crew even brought a couch that wasn't ours and tried to deliver it to our home. I filed a claim for the damaged and missing items and was offered a very small percentage of what was requested. I asked three times for a breakdown of the settlement amount, yet no one responded and their offer was revoked.

I do not recommend using this moving company! The movers broke 2 TVs and have yet to call us back or patch us through to the claims department. They did not bring enough tape or boxes (which we paid for when booking). They also were incredibly close to hitting my neighbor's car when parking. Once parked, it was 10-15 minutes before they got out of their truck to start unloading (adding to the cost). When asked if they were ready to unload, they waited another five before unloading. The movers were very slow until we asked if we could help unload to speed up the process, and then they really kicked it into gear and got it done. Which I'm thankful for, but they should have started at that speed from the start. Moving is expensive and stressful, but I would recommend going with a company that is prepared, reputable, and responsive.

Genny Ishmael Jaden Respectful, nice guys, but 1/2 way through, one is tired. Sitting on the couch, wrapping stuff.Ugh! At the end, when everything was almost in.. now, We= "They", just want to fit it in, to get it in. Slightly disappointed, but at that point, I could do nothing about it, without creating a bad vibe. Couldn't get the $3,000 adjustable couch to disassemble, but kept yanking on it. UGH! Well, amazingly enough.. The labor workers that unloaded uS, brought the couch in in pieces, because they took the time how to disassemble different furniture. Lesson learned, Watch, supervise, assist, direct. End game is, do NOT fill out review until you are loaded and unloaded. That is when you will see The Truth. 1st 2 pictures, the pack job in truck. Last 3 pic's I packed and wrapped personly.

I was so disappointed in how this move went. When a table was broken and the policy on broken furniture was explained, things were not handled correctly. If some thing is broken during the move due to some type of an accident, that is one thing, but absolute miss handling, in proper wrapping and legs, being taken off a table and bumped into a door frame, causing the legs to break off a table when they did not measure to see if it would fit is an absolute atrocity. Not being reimbursed, for the cost of the table is a disgrace. I do not recommend this overpriced and incompetent moving company. let’s mention that the move was no more than a mile. Maybe even less. Lazy, improperly trained movers do not represent your company well. I highly recommend people go elsewhere.

My first experience with all My sons was great. They were on time, communication was great and they did an awesome job. Second time was a disappointment. I booked a move for 9/3 and paid the deposit, yet I had to keep calling for updates the day of and then they were a no call no show. I wasted my whole day waiting for them to arrive when it was originally told to me that it would be between 11am - 2pm. Here it is now 7pm and still not a word, even after I called and sat on hold for 30 min. I understand that things happen, but for the company not to even call or email when delayed/canceled for a booked move is very unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to book with a different company for tomorrow.

Jose, Kevin and Ryan were absolutely fantastic!! They were professional, courteous and took great care of our belongings, including antiques. They also took great care of our new home, even picking up little pebbles that came in on the hand truck as to not damage our new floors. They laid down blankets and mats as well to ensure everything was safe. Jose is also a master at driving that massive truck! We live in the mountains and he maneuvered that truck up our very muddy and curvy driveway in reverse with ease. As far as the company we thought they were great too! We got a quote, were booked and moved in less than 48 hours. The price was great, less than quoted and timing was phenomenal.

I decided to go with movers for the first time ever as I recently moved apartments in Charlotte, NC. The price was the most affordable I could find in the area, and was right within my budget. They also were extremely responsive and could fit me in the next day. I had two movers, Ishmael Baldwin and Kenwil Vizcaino. Both of these guys were wonderful!! Ishmael and Kenwil both worked efficiently and timely, and had wonderful customer service. Kenwil was a great driver as well, figuring out how to fit the truck in my apartment complex parking lot. They made my move much more comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend All My Sons Moving company, and 5 stars for both Ishmael and Kenwil!!

By far the best customer service I have ever received with a moving company! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and know how to get you a good deal! Our friends recommended them. I shopped around MANY different moving companies for the best deal, and this by far was the most affordable with the best value. Highly recommend. They even wrap your dressers so you don't have to unpack the drawers, which saves so much time and energy. Will be sure to give them another call if I need moving services again! Make sure you schedule early if possible to lock the best rate (deposit is refundable). I did not schedule early, but was still able to get a great rate by booking a weekday!

We hired them for a long distance move, they gave us an accurate weight estimate but upon loading the trucks they ran out of room. Nothing was packed in the truck, just thrown wherever. I ended up having to rent my own U-Haul to move the items they should have taken. They also left our house a mess, water bottles everywhere, tape rolls on the floor, I had to clean up after them. They were also 5 hours late for the unload. Management didn’t seem to care. Never again! Just an update, I had emailed Nina my contact number and order number and were never contacted. I guess this just lip service.

Seemed like a nice group of guys that showed up. All the stuff got moved, went quicker than I figured given how hot and humid it was, and nothing got damaged (had a couple nail biters with some heavy shop equipment, but they muscled it through). My head for names is awful but Im pretty sure the crew lead was Derrick. I have friends that have used about every moving company in charlotte and half of them were horror stories, so I feel like All My Sons was about as good as I'd expect without paying huge dollars for white glove handling.

I had to move the day after Thanksgiving and All My Sons accepted the job. Austin, Melvin, Brandon, and Zorian arrived right on time and proceeded to impress the heck out of me! They were efficient, professional, and very patient when I had questions or needed assistance. I mean, where do I start? My wife and I moved here from out of state. We struggled to find good help, but our search ended when we came across this wonderful company. We received 5-star service from Ishmael B. and his team. We planned to carry the lighter items, just needed assistance with the heavier ones. But at no extra cost to us, Ishmael insisted we sit back and allow them to handle everything! We are moving again in July and I can say with certainty this will be our first call!

I was able to request a quote via the website and do a over the phone walk through with Tommy H and he was also able to easily adjust the date on my quote. Day of my move they called me 30min in advance and Deon, Joseph and Michael showed up withinthe 30 minutes. They were quick, friendly and professional on packing furniture and hauling what felt like my 300 boxes. Delivery and unpack went quick but safe as well with all the furniture placed where I needed it and unwrapped.

We scheduled All My Sons to move us on a Saturday. They were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10am. They called us at 9:55 to cancel and told us they may be able to get us in later in the week. We had to twist their arm to get them to move us the following day. I moved a bunch of stuff myself and they still did not fit everything in their truck even though the estimator noted everything we needed moved. The actual movers were good, but the company is a mess.

This was a NightMare !!!! a job that was quoted 2-3 hours to move 2 beds , 4 dressers ,3 TVs and 1 tv stand took 9hours!!!!! Our movers were absolutely fantastic and we could not have asked for a better moving company to help! We did have an issue getting the sofa through the front door, but the guys were quick to figure out how to get our sofa inside and they did it by hoisting the sofa up a ladder to our outdoor deck which is on the second floor, then through the sliding doors. Jenny, Julian, Jamie, Cory, Reginald came to our house and spent 12 long hours moving two truck loads of furniture and boxes to a four story house. They did some back breaking work and worked as a team to get it done. Besides working hard they were the most polite and considerate young men I have ever met. If you want your stuff destroyed, floors scratched, and Steven to make it your fault when their estimator under estimates your move and sends too small of a truck after coming to your house for a detailed walkthrough, use them. Thankful my father in law and I had our trucks for the rest of the move. But at $2,800, it was pathetic. Movers were very friendly, just didn’t value our property.

Joseph, Genny and Nigel were amazing! I was moving stuff into a Morning Star Storage and some items were too large. I had to choose different Bays and it took a lot of time to figure some stuff out. The guys (Kenwil Vizcaino, Deangelo Johnson, and Aaron Coney) did a great job packing and moving all items safely. But keep in mind before booking, weekend rate is way higher than weekdays (or at least that’s what I was told by customer service). Also, the job will take longer than you think. But overall great service and all items were delivered without any damage.
