Jake and Kalob did a good job except walking through mud outside due to rain (instead of the taking the pathway which is also straight, not round or L shaped) and dirtying the carpet in FROM location. They are not professionals. If they have been, then they would have used blankets and other stuffs, not to stain the carpets. So in TO address, we specifically asked them to remove their shoes when bringing in things inside the house. Also they were trying to move a three seater recliner and a CRIB, without dismantling. I had to tell them that the recliner had to be dismantled to move. Then Jake did dismantle to move it. When raised as a concern to Tyler, his reply was "There isn't anything we can do about mud if we have to walk through it unfortunately". After me replying that the pathway is straight etc, and requesting them to pay for cleaning the carpet, Tyler's reply was "I will be happy to pay for you to rent a carpet cleaner from home depot for a few hours.". So I did rent a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and cleaned the mess they made to avoid fines from leasing office. After cleaning, when requested to pay, no response for more than a week. Tried following up, but no luck. Only positive was they were quick and placed the items in TO location where we have requested. Kalob worked on assembling the CRIB. Better stay away from these inexperienced movers!!!! Never planning to use their service again!!!!

Two Twigs made our move from Charlotte to Florida very easy! Tyler came out and gave us a good price estimate, we explained that we were unsure about exact dates of our move and he was very flexible which put our mind at ease. On the day of our move, 4 young men showed up on time, had all of our furniture properly wrapped, and everything in the trucks in a few hours. They were courteous, efficient, fast, and careful. We had an issue with closing on our home in Florida but Tyler helped us with storage (for cost) which helped us immensely! The day of move in, 1 of their trucks broke down however they kept us in the loop letting us know where they were and the time they would be here. They arrived around 8pm and had the trucks unloaded in a matter of hours. These 2 young men were simply amazing! On top of being quick, they were courteous and careful in unloading and placing our items where I asked, even rearranging our china cabinet when I realized I did not like it where I told them initially. I was concerned because I was unable to contact Tyler a few days before our move in, I left messages and texts to keep him up-to-date as to the move in date but did not hear back from him. Caleb was awesome in letting us know what was happening and Two Twigs delivered perfectly. As long as Tyler keeps the amazing employees he has, his business will continue to grow. I would highly recommend Two Twigs!

Do not use this company. They are a cut rate. They broke numerous of my items. They decided to take a two hour nap during the move. It took them twice as long as they said it would. There trucks are broken down leaking oil and one doesn’t have lights to drive at night. They dropped my furniture where they felt like it and just piled things up. They literally dumped out boxes in my garage and when I caught them they tried to pretend to take things out slowly. I have pictures of the damage the pavement is stained with oil around the neighborhood. They are just sloppy and they don’t care. I gave them three weeks to make it right before I would leave a review and they did not attempt to make things right. I can’t stress anymore no matter how much you think you may save money do not take that chance you will be very disappointed and feeling like you should of taken these word’s seriously. Tyler the owner did not even reach out to me once to apologize. STAY AWAY I hope they go out of business. I will definitely be reporting them to BBB.

Super friendly guys and great communication from the sales, ops and the moving team. They were efficient and well-organized. The negatives: (1) lack of clarity on pricing, I heard different things as far as estimate versus firm price and whether inventory/truck weight mattered. (2) some damage to items, including scratched floors and a foot broken off a dresser. (3) my instructions were unique as many of our items were going into the garage storage space rather than into our furnished rental. That said, some items that we specifically discussed were still moved into the storage space… example: I ended up having to dig my clothes out of drawers that were buried well into the back of our items, despite asking twice that the clothes be boxed and put into the house. All that being said, these things were minor in the scheme of it all… they overall did a great job packing and moving us from NC to FL. Would recommend.

This was the first time my wife and I have used movers to help us - in the past it was always just the two of us packing, cleaning, loading, driving, unloading, returning the truck, etc. While we both hope we don't move again for a long, long time we would hire Tyler and his crew at Two Twigs Moving Company again in a heartbeat. We moved across town in Charlotte from the Madison Park area to Mint Hill and Tyler was super-responsive to any moving questions I asked via email and text, his crew showed up early, and was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. They were fast, clean, and took great care of our belongings loading and unloading keeping us informed of everything along the way. My wife and I can't recommend Two Twigs enough for your next move. The cost was very reasonable and was all-inclusive except for the actual packing! 5-Stars to Two Twigs, Tyler, and his great crew.

The Two Twigs crew was excellent top to bottom. These guys showed up on time, looked over the scope of items to be loaded, and then went right to work. They hustled and never slowed down. The back half of the job included unloading the truck and walking up two flights of stairs to my apartment. I truly wasn't sure how they were going to pull it off. Once again they got to work and never stopped. Also unloaded some stuff into a separate garage and did it quite well while leaving me a great path to reach all the items. Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had and the team was professional, polite, and rock and rolled the whole time. I will definitely use Two Twigs again my next time around. Thank you.

Reached out for a quote last night and Tyler was super responsive, honest and helpful, getting back to me this morning. He was able to set up a move for me on super short notice (the same day) and the team even showed up early! I had the pleasure of meeting two awesome and friendly young men that were fast and careful with my items. They even provided blankets and padding when loading into the storage unit. I wish I would have gotten in contact with them earlier. Also, they're more affordable than a lot of other quotes I received, and they're insured. This moving company is THE BEST from start to finish. The most affordable quote out of 3 other moving companies with one of them being a big name everyone knows.Tyler was quick to respond and get me pricing, our movers Kaleb and Emery showed up on time and diligently moved all of our furniture and moving boxes hours away. The movers had to move everything up multiple flights of stairs and never once did they lose determination or gusto, (and if they did, they did not show it). Impressive professionalism and timeliness throughout one of the most difficult times in having to move your family and everything you own hours away. I cannot recommend this company and the employees more.

We have a bit of a non-standard move, as we are in between houses for about a month, but Tyler and his team worked with us during the planning process. They showed up exactly on time for both the packing and moving days, worked very hard and did an excellent job of both packing and moving into our storage unit. Not everything fit (my fault), but they were great in determining what we could still take to our temporary spot. We will be getting them to come back and move our belongings from storage into our new home when it's ready, but know based on the first experience that they will be on time, work hard and bring professionalism to the job.

Two Twigs is hands down the BEST moving company I’ve ever used. Tyler quickly responded to my request for a quote, which was extremely reasonable, and answered all of my questions. The guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to and were very professional. They moved at a great pace, but we’re also very careful to make sure that nothing was damaged. Poor company to work for , literally told all his employees find another job right before rent and Christmas with no remorse .. now multiple ppl struggling for last minute work to pay bills and take care of family . As a whole company digging themselves into a deep whole . I highly recommend you to not use this company. There Trucks are even not safe to use they’ll most likely rent a uhaul tho . Overall I would avoid this moving company for experience!!

We had such a great experience! They were so diligent and careful and thorough. We did not have a single thing damaged or broken even with a two hour drive! We even have the peloton tread and bike and both were handled with such care we were at ease! We also have a tricky driveway which they got in and out of easily! Our movers were Jake + another kid that I don't remember their name but they were amazing! We cannot recommend more!

Tyler and his office staff are professional, extremely patient and flexible. We changed the moving date so many times I didn’t know what day we were moving but Tyler and Mike were spot on. Jake was my main man for the move doing a good job. They had to wait till 3pm to get started unloading waiting for attorneys to clear title. Pick up one day overnight on the truck and unload. No real issues. Hire these guys.

Tyler and his work crews were wonderful to work with! We had our entire upstairs hardwood floors refinished and needed movers to move everything downstairs and then back upstairs after the floors were done. Both times the guys were polite and efficient. They exceeded my moving expectations moving from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment.
