Unfortunately before Easter I lost my diamond engagement ring. Having been married for more than 30 years this was a big blow. So I contacted Alliance Insurance where we had previously covered my jewellery separately from our contents insurance to make sure it was covered for its value. This off course cost us a lot more in our contents insurance but we thought it was worth it. I should have known that they’d shaft us but I put in a claim. I was told someone would contact me in 48hrs. Yeah no, over a week later I was contacted and told that we were not covered. Allianz is a waste of space, don’t bother taking extra cover they’ll weasel out of it.

Wait hours for them to answer the phone, terrible service.
