Terrible customer service, rude employees. Never spoke to Gary, just his staff. Horrible payment system. Wouldn’t even take any of my debit cards over the phone and told me to make money orders to pay them. No auto pay tf? Waste of time. They don’t even answer the phone half the time.

We hhave had Allstate insurance for more than 30 years, and we recently moved to Texas. We transferred our policy to the Gary Daniels agency and have been treated in the most professional, yet friendly, way. This agency really makes us feel that we are "in good hands."

They were double charging me for my car insurance. They had it insured in two states for months. I tried to cancel over the phone and I was told by Makayla that I have to write and email to cancel my policy and I cannot cancel over the phone.

Some months back, called in to enquire of added another person to my policy. For some the young lady Cancelled my policy. In her doing that help me when you attempted to bring harm. Everyone is not equipped to work with People!!!!!!!!!!!

Allstate owns National General Insurance and they are the absolute worst insurance carrier on the planet. They do not stand behind their policy holders and repeatedly refuse to pay legit claims.

At one point I felt like this agency was a trusted advisor that had my best interest but then I realized I’m just another policy to them. Could’ve handled my auto policy way better.

My premium is very high for me; even as I work from home. I have a **** Nissan Altima, which has a little over 14k miles on it. Most days, I don't drive and I have meals delivered.
