Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I had spent many hours trying to troubleshoot some inexpert wiring done by previous contractors as we were DIYing repairs to list our home. We should’ve saved ourselves the agony of not being experts ourselves and gone with Alphonzo from the beginning. Very affordable, which was one of my main concerns as we were on a tight budget. Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. Definitely will use them again.

I would rate 0 star if I can. How could you send a person that not even electrician to do electrical. Couldn’t done the job after 2 hours. Wasting my time. Then didn’t even give us one call back to follow up. The company just disappeared after his agent couldn’t done the job. Bad service. Not even professional at all.

I had noticed my mast was damaged. I wanted someone to come out before the problem grew. Jimmy was here next day (on Saturday) and fixed us right up. I personally messed up the payment and they were more than understanding with my confusion. Great value. Highly recommend!!
