Engaged through my property manager to install a new bedroom door and lock. Invoiced $195 for a product which is readily available elsewhere for around $80 - $90. Can only assume this has been done to add extra margin, hoping that the property manager/ landlord wont question the quote. Unethical business practice.

Dropped in today after a part and with some enquiries and can honestly say, I received some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time! The team were all very friendly and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I can't recommend these guys enough, keep up the fantastic work guys!

Highly Recommend! Matt was brilliant! He fixed security screen door lock. He replaced it and added a new barrel. He was delightful, considering he was greeted by an over friendly & protective dog! He did an awesome job and ensured I was happy with repair etc. He even repaired my gate on his way to his car!

Very poor. Rang about car lock repinning. They had no key blades for my car model.. Asked me to get them myself which I did. Then when U did they couldn't even fix the lock. They knew the car model etc prior. Wasted a morning driving over. Save your time, go somewhere else.

These guys are legendary. Presented my car with the boot jammed shut and the boot release or key not working. The guys went above and beyond to get it open, then made me a key up to suit so this never happens again. Extremely grateful for

Fantastic experience! Jayde the technician clearly communicated of the time of arrival and actually notified me that he was able to make a earlier visit.I also had a issue with the motor being noisy and it doesnt make that annoying noise

Asked this company to install a rebate kit for the door lock for double doors. The technician installed it but after seeing the door couldn’t close properly, said he did what I asked for and wouldn’t do any more.

Prompt and courteous response. I called at 8:20 am and the lock was fixed within half an hour. Professional tradesman and affordable service however expect a high after hours call-out fee.

I highly recommend this company. Greg sorted out some issues with three locks at my place, he did a great job and for a reasonable price. Also it was quick and easy to make a booking.

Friendly staff who get straight on the job. I bought 8 padlocks and got all the barrels swapped to be keyed alike and they told me to come back in an hour for pick-up.

Used these guys today to remove a key that had snapped in the door. Was impressed on the service and professionalism. Would recommend these guys for any job needed.
