I wandered past hoping they might have a Whitco Leichardt lock in stock which they certainly did. Not only did they sell it at a reasonable price (not the cheapest on the internet but reasonable considering they held the stock) but they also were happy to entertain a discussion on how I might fit it myself and the "tips and tricks". Of course they could have done the install as well if I wanted but I wanted to give it a go and they wished me luck. Sure you could buy something off eBay that might be a bit cheaper but you would wait, then it might not be right and you certainly won't get the service.

My family and I have been going to this shop for the past 15 years and their service has always been timely and reasonably priced. I had my RM Williams boots repaired at they were squeaking when I walked. Anyway the dude said the metal shank had broken in both boots. The boots were repaired in under a week and were done free of charge as I had the heels recently replaced. Ladies and gentlemen there are such things as customer loyalty and customer service!

Tyron went above and beyond for me. Responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable, he listened to my needs and came up with the most cost effective options to meet them. He also worked to my timeline and managed to get a lot of work done on my new home in the very short time frame I gave him. He since has come out again and has once again taken care of me. Couldn't recommend him or Sylverkey highly enough. I have a locksmith for life now.

Took a fuel cap in to have new keys made for it. Both lock releases were working when I went in a few days later, was told that it was seized up. Why were they working when I brought it in & then not upon picking it up. Not very good at all. Quoted $77.00 for 2 keys + to fix the locking fuel cap. Bought a new 1 for $32.00 How can you justify this kind of service.

Very disappointed to be charged the local business 'discounted rate' of $85 for one of the junior staff to walk 2 minutes down the street to my office and spend 3 seconds opening a simple door lock. Disgraceful would never use this business again, I think I am in the wrong business. On these calculations the hourly rate would have cost me $2,550

Robert was our locksmith and was called in when the original builder who was fitting our entrance French doors had no idea about how to fit the handle and lock I had chosen for it. Robert had to handcraft the space for the lock to fit into

I had one old key left for a shed which I took first to Mister Minit who said they could not cut a new one for that particular style of key. I tried Sylverkey. The first one they cut did not quite fit, the shaft was a just a bit too wide.

Locksmith Robert whom came to remove a broken key in a bobcat and then cut a new one for me, did a excellent job. Very professional and fairly priced. I definitely will recommend them. Thanks once again for saving my day. 5⭐
