Staff ready to help, but being an owner of different pets,I would know what to buy for my own pet. Sales was too pushy, and didnt need certain items. Felt interrogated about where I bought my cage from. By the time i got to the till had to take all the items out that sales put in my basket without really asking budget and if i needed it, the bill was also high. This place is too expensive and you can get similar items or brands from other pet stores.

I really cant thank these guys enough...the service. The experience.. the advice...the friendliness...really is an establishment that I can say every single cent is well spent.. thank you guys so much..super impressed with the extremely knowledgeable staff as well..just blew my mind and reminded me of how much I still have to learn

Is a great pet shop where you can get really good stock of fish at a reasonable price. The management has to work with how they treat their subordinates in front of customers. Overall this stuff is willing to assist you in choosing a fish and they are very much informed with various types and how to treat them.

Service was good when the sale is being made but after sale service was horrible....50% of the fish died as a result of a faulty tank within 24 hours of purchase and didnt even get a full refund...went to the store because I thought would support family....not making that mistake again.

They have a variety of animals, toys for animals, cages, birds and bird toys, owners are very knowledgeable about their animals big or small, from snakes to hamsters, fish etc etc... Its a very convenient pet store

The last time I went there, they had a bird in the back that was next to a generator that was on. When they had their branch in the mall, I saw a DEAD TURTLE IN A TANK. Spca should shut them down.
