Went in there for a simple screen repair. They gave me back my phone and the back was broken - they then replaced the back which was half a replacement so they had to reset the phone. Was told all my data/icloud info would be transferred but It wasn't and they essentially sent me home with an erased phone and all my settings and configurations were reset. I had to go to my carrier to get my phone number set up again. Literally the worst customer experience I've had, and they were so quick and trying to hurry that no one explained anything to me etc. This was supposed to be an hour long service repair, but I finally left the place after 4-5 hours. All I got was "my bad, sorry".

I made a shopping reservation online and the appointment was on-time. The Apple employee was friendly and helpful, but he seemed a bit new and inexperienced. This caused a minor issue with my cellular activation, but the employee was quick to apologize and offer to help me troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue at the Apple store, but I was able to get my phone reactivated at the AT&T store in the mall. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received at this Apple location, and I would recommend it to others.

Great customer service! My phone fell while on the charger and the metal piece broke off in the charging port. I was greeted at the door by a helpful associate. Then instead of scheduling me for an appointment with a technician and making me wait he called over manager J/Jay who saved the day. He even helped me remove my broken Apple Watch band. My day was turned around by their kindness and helpfulness!

The Customer Service at this store is beyond five star. They even found my daughter's phone and helped get it back into her hands. They know their product well and always have a subject mater expert available just in case. Is it worth it, buying from the Apple Store? YES! YES IT IS!

This Apple location is doing the best that it can with the volume of traffic that it has being that the location in Northlake closed. My advice make sure you have reserved your spot before showing up. Apple we need another location in Charlotte quickly!

This is, of course, very interesting. For some reason there are a lot of people and a lot of consultants here. It seems a visit to this store is never quick.

Better explanation could’ve been provided for people wanting to pickup their new devices. Many seemed lost and didn’t know where to go.

Everyone is very helpful. Despite the large number of customers, we are always in and out quickly. Everyone loves their products.
