So I run a diagnostic on my phone that says it needs a new battery (below 80%). So I use my phone to book into an appointment. I book today at 3pm. Now I don’t know about you but I assumed this meant I would drive 30minutes into Leeds, give them my phone and would probably spend about an hour or two in Leeds whilst the battery is replaced. A few hours before my appointment I get text asking me to run a diagnostic. I do so. 2pm and i head into Leeds. Takes 45 minutes. Get into Apple Store and get seated for 15 minutes. No issue, it’s busy. Guy comes over, gets my phone, runs the same diagnostic as my earlier message and tells me “yes, it needs an new battery, but it can’t be done today!! I have three options, leave it with them and pick it up tomorrow, send it off or book it in another day!” At no point did it give the slightest hint that I would walk away without a new battery. He told me in order to get it done on the day I have to get there by 9am as they run a first-come-first-serve system. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT SYSTEM THEN!?! For a company that prides itself on being integrated and seamless, this is absolutely ridiculous. Seems Apple is not as seamless as it likes to make out.

Need FCA training!! Went In to upgrade my iPhone. Was told by Asher I could either pay off the remaining of current finance with the trade In or use the full amount of the trade in to lower the costs of the new phone by taking out a separate finance agreement essentially then having a finance for my new phone whilst also having one outstanding for the remaining few months of my current phone. Wasted hours of my time then trying to back up my full phone. When I was ready to upgrade I had to be seen by someone else who then said to trade in I needed to use the trade in money to pay off the finance or pay off the remaining balance before trading in and I couldn’t as Asher said take out a new agreement! Paying it off would have been fine if the balance apple said I had outstanding was right and not considerably more than I do Conflicting / wrong info just shouldn’t be being given when it comes to finance!!

Bought a Apple Mac and discovered it crashed so had to drive to Leeds to have it looked at. Well when I walked into the Apple store it was like a kid walking into a sweet shop. If you are an Apple nerd like I am you could spend all day here. The staff are very friendly and approach you right away asking if you need help. I was about 20 minutes early for my repair appointment, but I was escorted to a work bench and a technician came and was amazing. Talked me through everything and answered every question I asked clearly. I was told it would be around one and half to two hours to see if it was software rather than hardware so I was asked if I wanted a coffee somewhere and they would ring me. Less than half an hour later they rang saying all was sorted and it was ready to collect. First class service. A very BIG well done and an even bigger thank you.

On 3/9/2023 had an appointment at 12 pm with (Sam) to fix my iPhone 14 plus speaker. However he informed Apple would not fix my phone and a replacement will be required even though I had two months guarantee left with my iPhone. He was not helpful at all… so had to arrange another appointment with a different member of staff on 7/09/2023 for the same issue and iPhone and this time round they managed to fix phone without any quibble or charge. If I was not cautious I would have had to pay £600 for a replacement even though there was no need.

Terrible service - buyer beware! I rang the store early yesterday morning and after having to wait the entire day for an appointment I arrived to this store only to be told that my warranty wouldn't be honoured due to "company policy" not something I expect when dealing with my 2021 iMac especially after being told over the phone that the matter was a "quick fix", I now have a £1500 paperweight, if there was ever a time to switch to android I'd say now is the time if this is the kind of service we have come to expect

I have visited this store multiple times and every time I do, I have an amazing experience. The staff here are welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They have in store sessions to learn and expand your knowledge. When asking about products, you never feel pressured into a sale but given sound advice so you can make informed decisions which I appreciate so much. You can test the products on display and the staff will have a laugh with you as you do. Amazing store, amazing staff and amazing atmosphere. 11/10.

Naomi gave me the worst experience. She is arrogant and her customer service skills are shocking. She does not listen and instead spoke over me numerous times. She refused to call me a member of management and told me she was the highest level of management however the next day I came in to put in a complaint. She definitely does require further training. I will definitely escalate this experience the ombudsman as she breached my consumer rights.

Paid a visit to this store today to repair my Mac, James from Genius bar looked at my computer and figured out the issue within minutes and offered an appropriate solution straight away. Fantastic experience at Apple Trinty. On both occasions Naomi has looked after me and my husband. What a truly delightful young lady. Very knowledgeable on the products we were purchasing. Don’t bother going to the apple store to buy an iPhone 15. Apparently no walk-ins are allowed. You have to order via website and book collection appointment. They have them in stock and plenty of free staff to help you buy other apple products including the new watches as I wanted both but they couldn’t sell me an iPhone and a watch.

Asked about the quiet earpiece volume on my iphone, while they were doing a report on another product. They cleaned the earpiece, charging port and speakers in a couple of minutes, which cured the problem. No charge either. Superb service, as always.

Two weeks after purchasing the new iPhone 15 max I noticed scratches on the screen and took it back to the store, they said it shouldn’t do that but I would have to pay to get a new screen. A week later the scratches continued to get worse

Visited the store on Monday, iPhone 14 pro max, was advised £720 repair of the motherboard as back screen cracked no warranty. Took same phone to electrophix in Heckmondwike and they repaired it for £50. Not too sure about the genius part!!
