Please , especially if you are a widow or a lady do not buy anything from this company . I spoke to Nick on the telephone who was so pleasant and charming during the sales process . As soon as there was an issue with the TV on arrival he was very rude and put the telephone down on me before I had chance to discuss . The owner of the store , Dave snapped at me whilst setting the TV up when it was not as described to me by his colleague Nick during the sale process correctly and this issue that arose was not my fault but Nick's poor telephone sales . I had suggested a solution to the problem we were having and Dave relayed to me his primary concern being cost and profit to him , certainly not finding the right TV for the customer and excellent customer service . Historically I would have kept the very expensive TV for fear of upsetting the man but this time I correctly rejected it . This is when Nick turned from charming to nasty . My late husband has just died looking after Covid patients as an NHS surgeon . I have also just lost my father . If this is is how they treat me as a vulnerable customer , imagine how they would treat you They are frighteningly and savagely only concerned about making a profit even from a Covid widow . I am still crying , triggered by Dave's tone and Nick's behaviour . Both men showed no emotion or basic human decency , even during this time when we are all supposed to be showing kindness to one another . The worst experience of customer service I have ever had in my life and most importantly caused me huge distress at this time of grief for me .

Went into this shop on Saturday with a view to purchasing a camera that I had researched heavily and was 95% certain I wanted to buy, but wanted to hold the camera in my hands first to check how it felt. The display models had large plastic poles attached so it was impossible to get a true feel of how the camera would handle. An assistant came over and asked if they could help but when I asked if I could hold one without the plastic pole attached they said they can't do that. I then asked if they have actual stock in the store for sale (which they did) and if I could hold one of those. Again the reply was no and that there was nothing they could do. All the time this conversation took place, the assistant didn't even look me in the eye, they just stared straight ahead at the wall. In the end I left the shop and went somewhere more helpful and I will now buy the one thousand pound camera there instead. Response to owner reply..... I appreciate that you have to secure your cameras etc. but if the assistant had been prepared to enter a real conversation with me I would have come up with suggestions such as handing over my wallet, phone, car keys, house keys etc and/or asked to handle an unboxed camera in a side room etc. But as it was, the assistant wasn't interested in finding a solution. They couldn't even be bothered to face me, he just kept staring at the wall.

I live in Liverpool and have been trying for over 2 hours to get help from Sony re a fault with a Playstation. It is impossible to get to speak to another person on any of the numbers available on the internet. I decided to try phoning a Sony Store and picked the Leeds Sony Centre. I spoke to a brilliant young man called Lewis who was very professional and helpful and was able to give me the number I needed. I am a valued customer to customer service - this is clearly not the case, and the customer care title is a misnomer. Why Sony need to make contacting them so difficult is beyond me. Lewis is an asset and gets 10/10 from me - thank you Lewis.

The Ultimate Customer Experience! As Concisely as possible, the service from Anthony has been exceptional. I purchased the XR65A90J and after a couple months thought i should have gone bigger. I thought id "just ask" to upgrade expecting a rejection but to my surprise i was privileged enough to keep the model i had until the release of the model i required. Which was 3 months. Not only that, but Dave drove 3 hrs one way to assist in assembling and lifting the mammoth XRZ9J onto my stand at no extra charge! Many thanks Guys and keep doing what your doing.

Anthony was true to his word he called me mid Monday morning to say that he had cancelled delivery of the first tv and was processing a refund, fantastic service i can highly recommend Leeds Sony centre.

Great service once again - Purchased 3 TV's from the Leeds store back in 2015 for our new house - Just purchased another today over the phone. Dealt with Dave and also spoke to Anthony - Always sound advice and professional Service. The multinationals are doing ok, or better than the smaller stores during these times... If you want great personal service and excellent advice, please support these guys, they really do appreciate every bit of business..... They really are great and once we are through Covid, we need these stores in our towns.

We visited this store to purchase a new OLED TV. We were blown away by the amazing service from first walking in to the store right through to delivery of our TV. Nick was our initial contact and remained in touch throughout the process and was amazing both in terms of his knowledge about the product and in his customer service skills. The person who brought and fitted the TV was equally fantastic. I'm not the most easily pleased person so when I say these guys were excellent, then believe me they were and I will be shopping here again.

Fantastic service all along the line. Great range of Sony TVs to compare and help make the right choice. I could only find this Leeds Sony Centre that offered the full range of new TVs up and running within an hour's drive of where I live. Staff were knowledgeable and provided sound advice. I couldn't find a better price online, delivery was free and within two days. They even helped to unpack and advise on set up. The Sony 4KHDR TV is brilliant and well worth the money for picture quality and what it does.

Went in to store today to purchase a new tv. The assistant could not be bothered to speak to me or put in any effort to sell me a tv. I asked to see some hdr content on the tv he put on a you tube video to fob me off. No help was offered his reply’s was one word answers. This man should not be working at a Sony centre no customer service skills what so ever. Do not approach for any help. Middle Aged man with beard!! Wasted my journey in to town and a waste of Parking fee. Was excited to buy a new tv.

Came in looking for a better set of headphones as mine keep breaking. Connor who was the salesman, really helped me out and directed me towards wireless earbuds.What a life changer! I absolutely love them. Nick and Dave also were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had while Connor was in the back sorting my product. I will definitely be coming back to get some more tech products as the store is amazing and the staff are super friendly. 10/10.

I own a Playstation 2,3,4, an Xperia Z mobile phone, 3 Sony Bravia Televisions over the years and have been truly blown away with the picture quality, good build quality and strongly made design. Upon making a decision to upgrade, I found the staff very knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice based upon my initial requirements. Also have a Sony Soundstage which I recently bought which I have been really impressed with in terms of audio quality.

Really poor customer service. I went in to check out headphones and listened to a few pairs and the whole time the two staff were just chatting to their friends who were also in the store. They waited until I was heading for the door before asking if I needed help. I went next door to superfi and got much better service and a much better product!

A real waste of time. I drove into the city to use the sony store to get accessories for a xz phone , They had absolutely nothing . Just a direction to buy from the sony company directly. Whats the point in calling yourself a sony centre if you dont stock products or have the ability to order them in. This just lost you a £180.00 sale

Very helpful Staf- quick and free delivery. When my first tv had a minor damage it was quickly replaced and installed without any cost. Also the only place where I could find my tv of choice on display in the entire Leeds/Bradford area.
