We are a Strata block of 27 Units that required a tiled roof replacement as part of extensive remedial works to the building. We have dealt with Tony the owner and could not fault the attention we received , the speed of response and accuracy of information that we would receive. Despite a year plagued with bad, wet weather once we got a start date, the work was completed very efficiently, the end result is spectacular in looks and any issues that arose during installation were promptly dealt with and resolved. We have no hesitation in recommending APT roofing for the quality of work and the trust that was built up during the project. As the project was complex and ran at the tail end of COVID restrictions, we did get caught up in the building industry price and manpower issues. We feel we have ended up with a great outcome and a roofing relationship into the future.

Our roof comprises a central tiled section and two metal clad sections. The roof was many decades old and was leaking in several locations. We decided to replace the lot using APT Roofing Pty. Ltd. My first contact with APT was about 11 years ago when I engaged them to replace my roof. I was very happy with their work. APT replaced both our Tile and metal roof on our 100 year old terrace. The job was carried out by two teams ( tile and metal ) of very highly experienced tradesmen who have transformed what was a sad and sorry leaking original roof to being the best roof in the street using quality Boral tiles and colorbond. All staff and the teams working on site at APT, were courteous and professional and are a credit to their profession and the business.
