BEWARE: OWNERSHIP HAS. CHANGED! Sad that I’m even writing this review. We live out in the Baker County area and were pleasantly surprised when this store originally opened. Closer to home for us to service our salt water tank. We’ve had several good experiences here. Always go for our water changes, etc. However, within the last year there’s been a change in ownership and we have been very disappointed since the change. Recently we bought 2 damsels. One was very aggressive and we returned him and bought 3 more damsels (different than the previous ones purchased). No credit for the one we returned but that was no problem. Within 30 mins of releasing them into the tank, 1 started dying. Another hid behind a rock and wouldn’t come out or eat. It was dead the next morning. All of these issues are understandable. We went back to the store so see if there was any policy pertaining to these issues. The young lady we encountered was very kind and stated they don’t usually give any kind of credit but luckily the owner was there so she would have him speak with us. We watched as she made him aware. He continued with his task at hand and never addressed us or even made eye contact. He continued to move about the store while we window shopped. Finally, we left without any assistance. If the end result was that no credit would be given, that would’ve been totally fine! We likely still would’ve purchased more fish (or plants bc I love them lol). But the total lack of an acknowledgment was such poor business. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I guess we’ll take our business back to Bio Reef and Coral Logic.

Drove almost an hour to the store to buy some pipefish, gorgonians and sponges. Was planning to spend quite a large amount of money but I was rushed out by the rudest employee I have ever encountered. The store closes at 5 and We we’re there at 4:30. I Was looking at the fish in the store, waiting to be helped and the man came up to me and rudely asked “are you wanting to buy something” and I replied with I’m still looking. The man then turns and looks at me and says “well u better hurry because I’m trying to close.” I was very taken aback with how rude this was but I walked over to the pipefish tank and asked him to get one for me. He then replied very annoyed with “I’m not looking for a freaking pipe fish, we are closing. I’m not going to spend my time looking for a fish that could take hours.” I was so appalled that I started tearing up. I have never had an employee at a store speak to me that way. I then asked him to bag me a sponge up, I was going to just walk out and take my business elsewhere but I remember I just drove an hour to come to this store. I paid for my 10$ sponge and as I was checking out one of the other employees offered to get me a pipefish and the rude man (I think he was the manager) told him not that he’s not going to do that, that it’s 5:30 and they are way past closed. I left in tears. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I left the time was 4:59. I will not be returning, and would not recommend this place to anyone, simply because of the way that man feels it’s okay to treat his customers.

Went to check out this location and it's not EVEN OPEN!! Why list it on Google when not accepting business!! Good job GENIUS! After waiting for store to finally open. Reeflections is a good place to check out. So far the owner had the plants I have been searching everywhere for. I am saddened by the open business hours. I usually don't have time during the week to get to the store before closing.. I would love to see later store hours for week days. Most people are getting off work at 5.. maybe a later morning open time to benefit a later close time during the week. Weekend hours are great; but when I want to buy something I don't want to have to wait til the weekend to see if this store has what I am looking for.. In most cases I end up going to another store across town to get what I want or need at the moment.

Waited a long while to go here , was worth the wait. The selection isn’t the biggest ever but it makes up 100% by having a variety that I’ve never seen before or heard of , and the sizes they have for the price are great! Coral selection is nice and is the best prices I’ve seen before. Other LFS charging double what this place does. The younger girl that works there super helpful and nice. Didn’t mind stopping her work to answer any questions. Definitely going back to get the stuff I picked out today. But I must say beware you can go broke coming here cause you’ll want to buy everything! Especially that BIG EYED goldfish (red) piranha they got. That fish looked like the goldfish UFC ocean champion!!!!

Love this place and Mike is friendly, helpful and you can tell he cares about the fish. Locations is easy to find, facility and tanks are clean and parking is plenty. We have purchased 3 blood parrots, catfish, and three yellow cichlids and all are thriving so well. I feel like Mike truly cares about making sure whether you're a die hard hobbyist or a newbie his advise and experience is worth the investment. All the fish are healthy looking and he has salt and freshwater, some tanks, decor, plenty of supplies and corals and plants. It is our new favorite fish and supply store. I took my grandson there and it was like he was going to a large aquarium tour. LOL!

This place is awesome! The best selection beautiful corals, numerous and hard to find saltwater and freshwater fish around. Very competitive prices. Various size fish tanks from nano tanks to showpiece aquariums. All the supplies you need to set up and maintain your tank. They’ll help you put together a complete set-up to get you started. Best selection around of freshwater plants. Great prices. Owner can sometimes special order for you. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff. They’ll steer you in the right direction. Follow them on Facebook for unadvertised sales and amazing deals. Excellent customer service. Will return and highly recommend!

This is a long overdue review. I have been doing business with Mike for a year now and it's been an amazing experience. Not only does the store have a great selection at fair prices, his team is friendly and knowledgeable. Mike also does monthly services calls on my (and my wife's) tanks for water changes and I've loved the hobby more ever since. No more messing around with water changes and my fish and corals are looking great. I would highly recommend this store for everything you could possibly need in the hobby.

Just went in for the first time couple weeks ago and oh wow. I've been purchasing fish and accessories my entire life in all different places, but this awesome little store blew the rest out of the water! Every single tank was extremely clean and very well maintained. They have freshwater and saltwater creatures alike, and they are all so healthy and lively. Their selection of healthy aquatic plants is amazing. Great customer service and I will be going back from now on. A hidden gem on 103rd Street!

I went there looking for some freshwater fish the The owner told me the fish that I was looking at was a breeding pair come to find out they’re two males now I want to bring them back he’s telling me he can give me half-price store credit for the fish that I bought now I can see if I got them just because I wanted them then yes Half price would be righ t but he sold me fish I bought under -false pretense now I can only get stole credit

The manager was rude, had a cocky/egotistical attitude and poor customer service. I don't recommend shopping here, I went in for the first time to admire the place and look around to see what I'd like to buy and this guy was just the rudest person I ever talked to. Insulted my intelligence, made dumb jokes, it's like how people talk to you on reddit. I'll never shop there, don't see this business lasting anyways.

Very nice store. Great selection of fish, plants and some corals. Also, their dry goods selection is great. Everything you could need to start your aquarium hobby or if you've been in the hobby for awhile. The staff is great and knowledgeable. Picked up a great pair of Black Ice clownfish today. Clownfish are another fish they have a wide selection of morphs available.

The owner Mike is very knowledgeable about tank selection and setup, fresh & saltwater fish, diseases/ how to treat, etc. I just began my freshwater journey several months ago, and he was able to travel to my home and teach me important things to know to keep my fish happy, thriving, and healthy. So my husband and I were over at Aquatic City on 103rd and had the best experience. The customer service was top notch, the fish were beautiful and the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came out with a 36 gallon bow front and will definitely get it serviced from them as well. Looking forward to a long fishship lol

The shop is extremely clean, the tanks are clear and the fish look healthy. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, gave great advice on tank care and maintenance. He helped me purchase exactly what I needed without overselling or overcharging. This is definitely my new go to Reef store for all of my saltwater needs.

This place is awesome. Excellently maintained tanks and super knowledgeable staff. The have the healthiest bettas I’ve ever seen for purchase. Wide selection of both fresh and salt water livestock. Great plant and coral variety, too. Their location is a bit of a drive for me but completely worth it. I will definitely be back!

Completely rude and not helpful at all, me and my girlfriend in the store for 20 minutes no one ask ask if we needed help, tried to ask a question and was short answered with no explanation and the fact that the employees would rather clean than help us shows the type people we will not be spending our money with!

Incredible selection of fresh and saltwater fish and corals. Tons of fresh water live plants, fish tanks, accessories for reptiles, freshwater systems, saltwater systems, etc. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, and has very fair pricing. We are excited to have a new store in town to do business with!

Impressive floor displays... They have the cleanest and best variety of salt water anywhere.,. Seriously it's pin clean in the variety is impressive of the amount of fish and other things they have in that location.,.. if you love fish you got to check them out at least

We discovered this AMAZING fish store on the west side and are so excited because it is clean, well stocked, pretty, and inspiring. But best of all is that the staff is SO knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend them for all of your needs!!

They got a great selection of fresh and salt water fish. Tons of reef dwellers too. Plenty of equipment to support the hobby also. They always take the time to answer my questions and I feel they have helped steer me straight when my fish got sick.

It's a smaller shop, however size aside the options are plenty. Good customer service, clean shop, good coral and plenty of options for those that have fresh or salt water.
