BEST nail salon I have ever been to! I moved to Edmonton two years ago- I have tried many nail places since then- they have all been bad experiences and I didn’t look forward to getting my nails done. The staff at this location are super friendly and actually speak English to you, they are very detailed oriented and always do what you want. It’s good to take a picture to this location for any interesting nail designs. I love stilletto nails, however no salon ever gets them even or the right shape. This place made my nails extremely even and well shaped. I look forward to going here, and if you’ve ever had a bad experience at a salon you should really give a call to make an appointment here! Don’t look through anymore reviews from different salons, go meet the staff and enjoy beautiful nails. Will always recommend this place to anyone.

Although the lady who did my nails was friendly I had called and asked for my nails to be done. I told the guy on the phone that I did not want gel nails. I was told they could do acrylic and so I booked an appointment. When I get their I told the lady 4-5 times I do not want gel nails. What does she put on me without even pushing my cuticals back ... gel nails. It is what it is, but they should listen to custemers and give them what they want. I have my wedding in 7 months and I can feel already just hours after that my nails hurt so much and that was the very reason that I didn’t want gel nails. My nails grow naturally pretty long. I wanted acrylic so that I could easily take them off after. My nails grow fast and I don’t want to pay monthly to get gel nails filled when I don’t even like them. Total waste of time and money.

Used to go here all the time and would always go to Tracey. I decided to give my nails a break and haven't been back until today and WOW was I disappointed. They called me to "see if I was on my way" for my 2pm appointment at 2:03....what the heck? Then she kept saying I was "late" for the appointment and didnt hsve time to give me what i wanted for nails,when it was literally 7 minutes after 2 that I got there! They've kept me waiting numerous times before when I had an appointment and that was ok but when a CUSTOMER is 7 minutes late you make it a big deal? This place has gone downhill. They only want to make money and do not care about their customers like they used to. Will definitely not go back.

Got my eyebrows done here they did not shape them very well at all they look like a straight line also I've got my nails done here a few times and the first time I got a French set and the lady made the white part too long even though I asked her to fix it and she argued with me got my nails here a second time and I asked for them to be short they made them long charge me an extra $5 for being long even though I asked them not to make them long this place ripped me off and complains a lot about the services they offer

Trust me when I say this is the highest quality manicure you will get in Edmonton! Every female in my family would agree. We have been going here for years. I am so hard on my nails and they never break, and they always look so cute! Tom and Tracy always make sure you leave happy and with a smile on your face. Highly recommend this place- I have tried sooo many other nail salons and honestly nothing compares. I never write reviews, but this place needs some credit. Hidden gem of Edmonton! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I have been coming here for awhile but this place has gone down hill. Today I went to have a full and even though I had never been charged for if a nail needed a fix, they wanted to charge me for a new set. I was told this after my nails had been half shaved off. I then had my nails shaved so thin by Tracy and her team that it hurt to have her touch my nail. It’s been stinging since the appointment. I will not being going back

I've been a repeat client for about a year now, I always get my nails done by Tom, as well as my mother and sister. He does an amazing job, my gel nails are perfect and they last for weeks! In the past before I saw Tom my nails would last for about 2-3 weeks , The nails Tom does last me about 5 weeks! The rest of the ladies in there are incredibly nice and talented as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been searching for a nail location that has great quality for a reasonable price and I have officially found that place! They did an amazing job with my gel nails and will guarantee their work! They are actually passionate about giving a great product and they were super friendly and informative. Even though it is a 25 min drive from my house I wont go anywhere else!!

This was my first visit to Art Nails and Spa and it certainly won't be my last! I have never had anyone put in such quality work to give me the nails I want - and for such a great price. The appointment was a little longer than I anticipated, but I would gladly take that over being rushed out for the next customer. Thank you, Art Nails and Spa for a great first experience:).

Always see pictures Soni going now for my second to e to get long nails and they never let me get the nail length I want.. I always get short nails and no length and end up hating them by the time I get home .. so disappointed I never have a problem paying extra fees however they never let me choose my length.. thanks for buyer's remorse and ugly short nails..-6/10

I was referred to Tom by one of my colleagues. I have been getting gel nails done by him for 6 months now and they always last 4-5 weeks! I went somewhere else ONCE out of convenience and they did a terrible job. They have a great selection of colours, he has never accidentally filed by skin, and is a pleasure to visit with! Highly highly recommend

this place is top notch. they are reasonably priced and have so many options. They pointed out that the last nail shop i went to was not using gel on my nails as they said and were charging for. They amazing at keeping appointments and do not double book!!!

These artists did not provide any input to this novice. Not only were the colour and styles hidden from plain view, but so were the prices and types of quality. I could only discuss these discrepancies to a superficial degree with the manager on duty.

The staff are pleasant and the pedicure was excellent. I was squeezed in for a “manicure”, which ultimately was just a polish application (no nail soak, no lotion or hand massage etc) which would have been fine considering I was squeezed

Tracy and Tom are the best! My nails last forever and I'm always getting compliments on them. I was happy they were able to open back up and their new safety measures haven't affected the quality of their work nor their friendly service.

I go there for Pedicures because I have a damaged big toe, cracking, and a new knee. I can't bend far enough to take care of my feet or clean my toes. Tom has done a great job with my feet!! Took the whole family there for Christmas fun

Been going for years now gels, you have to be really specific but as long as your talking to one of the many talented artists there you'll always get what you want. Bring pictures. That helps them with what YOUR looking for.

Had a great experience for a spa pedicure by Tom. However I was not told that shellac polish is $30!!!! Not impressed I wasn't told about the price beforehand.

Just got home from a spa pedicure. Hang was very meticulous and took her time pampering me. Happy feet and happy customer! Will definitely be back! :)
