The service was way below average and I’m only giving it a 2 star because I liked the colour of the gel polish, otherwise, my experience at this salon wasn’t so great. I scheduled an appointment a day ahead and when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes for someone to get to me. I asked the nail tech for medium length nails and she informed me that she would charge me $60 for long nails. I questioned the extra cost because I didn't ask for long nails and she was unable to properly explain why she wanted to charge me extra. Since she has already started working on my nails, I asked her to just make them short and I informed her that this would be the last time I’m coming back to this salon. She then immediately changed her mind and told me she’d make them longer at no extra cost. Shortly after, the original nail tech decided that she didn’t want to work on my nails anymore and another employee took over. That second employee then left me midway (without informing me of anything) to help another customer with her eyebrows, I waited another 15-20 minutes for her to get back to me. I also ask this employee to make my nails thinner so that they look more natural. She left the end of my nails thin but the middle of nails extremely thick and now they look bulky and I’m extremely unhappy with the shape. I was also charged $55 + tax for my nails but advertise a full set of acrylics for $40 in their brochure. This place is one of the most unprofessional salons that I have ever been to and the service is basically a 0... To “head office’s” response - I have every right to to provide the public with details to my experience at your salon and if your employees have misinformed you than you should really reconsider who you're hiring. If you had read my review properly, you would have seen that I had said that your employee TRIED to charge me extra but and if I hadn't questioned her she would have charged me extra for absolutely no reason. In regards to your brochure, it’s extremely misleading and if you’re charging customers $55 for a new set of nails then that is the price that needs to be listed.

It is really hard to find a salon with solid nail techs so I'm so happy to find this place. I visit Regal Nail Salon & Spa regularly, every two weeks for last two years. Staff is very sweet and friendly. Very reasonable pricing. My nails are always amazing. Perfectly shaped, no bumps or lumps. Do is fast and very talented !!! This place is very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to have your nails done regularly. Monika

Visited this place today to get the nails done and also for waxing. They're reasonably priced and very good in doing nails. Pedicure is really nice to be gotten done from here, and also a quick manicure before getting your nails painted. The staff and friendly and very quick in doing things, also because it's situated inside Walmart makes it easy to combine your grocery visit too.

I've received a pedi from this place twice. The first time was good, this last time was not. Though the tech was nice enough in demeanor, he was very ruff on my cuticles.. it's been 4 days since my pedi and 2 of my toes are still inflamed and aching from the ruffness of the treatment. I typically get a pedi once a month and have rarely had this issue.

I have very thin nails and can’t get them buffed down as much as normal. I expressed my concerns to Hanna, and she immediately understood. She took special care towards my nails. Leaving a great impression that she cares for her clients. She made my natural almond looking nails exactly how I wanted. In fact it exceeded my expectations! Thank you Hanna!

I went to this place for shellac nails with manicure. First of all associate peeled my skin and there was blood coming out. Secondly services she had done was so bad. In 7 days my nails are peeling out and i can notice i wasted money to this place. I would suggest dont visit this place to waste your money and time.

I never write a review for the previous salon I had been to, I'm not happy until i found this salon, never thought they have nails salon inside Walmart, getting manicure gel color done and it's last very long, I mean last than 4w, which is good. And decide to recommend to everyone.

Have been to many salons for gel nails and pedicures, the staff here are hands down the best. I won’t go anywhere else. Used to have nails start to lift or break after a few weeks at much more expensive salons. I have never had any issues and the staff are amazing.

I have been visiting this place now over a year. I always had a great experience but since last 2 times its getting worst. I got my nails and it came off the very next day. A gentleman did my nails and on few of the nails the layer was thick and i could see bumps.

I went in to ask them to glue 3 gems on and the said no come back. They were rude and don’t waste your time or money. When I walked in they all looked at me awkwardly and then made me wait to say no come back! For 3 gems and some glue ! Waste of time !

This is the second time I have been for a pedicure at this salon! Both times I have had Steve, a wonderfully talented person who is so gentle and detailed. honestly, it's one of the best pedicures I've ever had! I will definitely be back!

I finally found a quality nail salon in yeg! Regal Nails is run by friendly technicians. The shop is clean . Technician does some amazing work! I can bring him any idea and he'll make it a reality. Such a great atmosphere!

This tiny place has good quality nail colours, good shine n last for long time. As good or better than more expensive nail salon. 2nd update, got another special set, its pretty!!

Had my eyebrows waxed and one is literally half the size of the other. I didn't have my glasses so couldn't see when shown how bad it was. Wld not recommend
