"I'm in this store at least 7 times a week as I live over the road and even when it's really busy all the staff are always helpful and cheery"
The store is small and busy, the staff seem nice enough but it feels chaotic. Its not my go to store but thought I'd try click and collect as its technically my closest store there was a bit of a wait but hassle free. Parking is free for 1hr 30mins but again the car parks busy so limited parking spaces.
The go to supermarket for us locals. Good staff, well stocked and a good size car park. Asda use to have a decent offer for Bluelight card members, however slowly but surely they have cut it right down to a near insignificant minimum. Please re-instate the 10% (at least) on all products.
Its fine if your in the area and need shopping as well. Sadly its a bit small and very busy! However staff seem nice and helpful including a security gaurd helping direct people to the opened check outs. Bicycle parking is provided as well as easy access byt walking and driving.

I'm in this store at least 7 times a week as I live over the road and even when it's really busy all the staff are always helpful and cheery. Can't understand all the bad reviews to be honest but I suppose people just like to moan ayy. 5 stars
I went to this Asda a few days ago, but they charged me the full price for a sale item? This is not the only time it has happened in Asda as it had also happened to me in another branch. Price checking is an important task for shoppers when
I purchased goods from the store and paid with my contactless card. The moody looking woman on the checkout informed me that the payment had not gone through and told me to try again, which I did. The payment went through. I checked my bank
This store is used to be a very good store, staff was very good, co-operative and always smiley. They still have some very good staff specially elderly but some are very rude. The other day a sales assistance misbhave with me for no reason
Although some of the staff have helped me in the past, there is a general atmosphere that most of the staff don't want to help you. They also do not offer exchanges or refunds for products purchased online and also at bigger stores such as
I was sat in the chair. Av very old lady came and sat with me. She was very upset about something. I questioned what happened and she told me she brought pears and the girl at the till charged for bananas. No one was sorting out her issue.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this ASDA branch. The cashier at the till does not care how difficult his scanning speed had made the customer feel when packing, especially with large amount of purchased goods. When i asked him
Used to be a nice store. Now, every time I go there are massive queues with few proper tills open and staff standing around watching people use self service who don't want to and who physically struggle in many cases. They literally don't
I no longer shop at Asda for a number of reason. I placed a order worth nearly £200.00 and when I cancelled it I was reassured by a Indian lady I would not be charged I chased this pavement over 4 years via phone and email and I have been
It's rather on the small side so therefore as you can imagine, they will not stock all the different varieties of products that a larger one will. Although I do think that most people will be able to do their weekly shopping quite easily.
Amazingly awful.. so apparently were not allowed to shop over an hour, the manager should be ashamed of himself, for having a parking restrictions outside, i shopped in asda kingsheath and had to wait for quite a while as theres only two
Overall a nice store, it's a reasonable size but I found that there weren't many products in each category i.e only 1 brand of pasta or rice. Parking is very good with a large car park behind the building, it's easy to get to as well. I
Great large car park, good range of food, clothing choice is tiny, some staff on tills get moody on larger shops but I've found most will assist with packing when I disclose I struggle due to my health. Negatives are some of the staffs
Not impressed had a trolley full of shopping and was told by the shift supervisor they wouldn't open a till at 9.10am considering the shop has been open since 7am is ridiculous. I spoke to another member of staff called Sharon who was
Charge you for parking, despite spending £100+ in store. Queued at the kiosk to talk to someone about this and was told there was nothing they could do as I had no proof - showed them my bank statement with a date showing that I spent
I would put 1 stars as today I want to but few tins of fish as I live far away and women told me as thers is crisis im allowed to buy only two and she's going to call manager. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Later found out they
People working in the customer service kiosk are generally laid back and too relaxed. They spend ages chatting to customers they know and take their time chatting about all sorts before serving the next customer. There is a lack of
No open tills, only self service, so I used till by tobacco , lady who served me was very not happy about the fact that she needed to serve me, even called me lazy because I refuse to scan my shopping at self service till.
They have recently appointed a GSM (General store manager) who was dismissed by another retail company at the same location, he was dismissed for bullying staff, in particular female staff members, great recruiting Asda.
Very well sorted. Always great offers on Drinks and Sweets. The staff is always helpful, although it gets quite busy at times. Large car park behind the building. Would definitely recommend it for weekend shopping trips.
Most of the staff are great. The only thing that let's the store down is empty shelfs (before the current situation) The story could do with a refresh as painting the outside grey does not make the shop more appealing.
This ASDA is selling out of date products Álle dried fruits and nuts and mayonnaise are out of date probably other things would also be I did tell staff but I’m afraid they are just collecting it and putting it back
My husband visited this Asda today after driving long way to buy brown bread for my son who has allergy, my son eat only Asda's one. He asked one of the staff called Michael a tall and grey hair men if there is
Just got back have to share ! Lady at the bakery was reducing items and I was waiting for her to finish. When she finished i asked can i have the pizza she had just reduced. Her reply its going in the Bin.
Customer service lady super rude for free… inserted herself in a seperate convo with joel and had a fit over a warranted damaged item with no alternative price reduction. Sort your attitude out
A very nice store for regular groceries, Nice and fresh bakery always, car park spaces are tight. Only 4 stars as the store is not as clean as it used to be
No lighting in car park and passageway to the entrance. Not good if u want to shop after 5 or 6 pm as winter is approaching. Asda must switch the lights on.
Such a pleasant store, and the staff are always polite & willing to help. …
Can you park here for other kings heath services, going to pub on an evening
It's a good place to enjoy your day with your family and friends
dog friendly as long as carried or keep dog on shopping cart.
Usually well stocked. Helpful staff. Good prices most times.
Clean and tidy store, purchased my items very quickly today.
There were only partly stocked shelves down some aisles.
Best supermarket around. Cheapest and the best selection
Big and have enough parking spaces.
