March 2023 we bought a reclining love seat from Ashley's located at 333 Matheson Blvd W, Mississauga, ON L5R 3G3. When the delivery people came to deliver our furniture, They dropped the love seat on the front right corner. This resulted in a bent frame and torn material on the kick out when he tried to grab and hold on to it. I informed the driver I did not want the sofa now and wanted it returned. As I went to call the store to tell them, the delivery guys told my wife they had to leave and someone would call leaving this broke piece of junk in my living room. Ashley sent out a tech to change the ripped pad and he left. Once again I had to call telling them it was still not fixed as it was all loose and clunking when you sit in the seat. once more they sent an other tech that tore the back a park to adjust it and after he left we had a gap between the console and right side back you could see the window through and the outer side of the bake was loose and wouldn't lock in. Every call ends in text us pictures in detail and fill out the form. The third time they sent a fellow to change the frame for the one seat only rather than replace the sofa as I continued to request. Their excuse was we have to send a tech every time rather than solving the problem or satisfying the customer. After the third tech we now have a 1 1/2 inch gaping opening on the side they continued to make worse and can now look out our window through the back of the sofa. One again I had to call, Once again was told text us pictures. This time almost 5 weeks passed waiting to hear from them and what they were going to do to fix this, but no call. When I called them I was told a supervisor would be calling me. Finally a fellow by the name of Jason called telling me he was from head office and as far as they were concerned it meets manufacture spec and they were not willing to repair it or do anything for me, so it was now my product, use it and live with it. After spending good money and having them damage the produce I now have to live with a piece of junk that looks like I bought it from the thrift shop. This company does not honour it's obligation to the customer and will leave you with damage goods. I had to shim the bent frame my self to help close the gap they created and left me with. I now have subpar product sitting in my living room that I will end up replace and wasting more money. The replacement will NOT be purchased with Ashley. Buy Be Ware!!!

Re-rating the original review. The sectional was delivered and the chaise back is slanted. Called the customer service to report the defect and a technician was sent to assess. Technician took pictures and informed us that the chaise had to be replaced. Fast forward 24 hours and received a call to let us know to take pictures of the sku which the technician took already and we were told that a part will be fixed rather than the chaise. Trying to get a refund so that we can get another model as the sectional cushions keep on moving and dislodge every time we get up. Went to the store and were told there's nothing they can do and will need to handle it through customer care. Try to contact them on a Saturday and message that we get is that there office is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Called at 10am, 11am, noon,1pm, 2pm, 3pm and same message. Unable to get a live agent. So unprofessional not to mention lack of after customer care. AVOID, AVOID We've purchased in the past from Ashley and the furniture is great, trendy and great value. Sandeep was great. Very knowledgeable and no pressure tactics. However, I found the manager of the store abrasive and disrespectful towards the sales staff and customers.I find it unprofessional for a manager to do their mascara and makeup out in the open while customers are perusing the store.not to mention being abrasive to customer who are asking for additional info about an item.

Extremely Disappointed with Ashley Furniture My recent experience with Ashley Furniture has left me thoroughly disappointed. We made a purchase that included white glove delivery, and it has been nothing but a series of mishaps from the beginning. Firstly, when the bed was delivered, we discovered that a crucial part was missing. Naturally, we expected this to be resolved promptly, but that's where our ordeal began. The transport managers initially gave us hope, assuring us they could rectify the situation on the same day. However, this turned out to be far from the truth. Now, we're told that we have to wait until Tuesday for them to either exchange the bed or miraculously find the missing piece. This unexpected delay has left our room in complete disarray, with a half-assembled bed taking up space we desperately need. It's far from the smooth, white glove service we anticipated. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Ashley Furniture's inability to deliver on their promises has left us with an incomplete bed and a room that's practically unusable. This is not the level of service one should expect when making a significant purchase. Needless to say, we won't be recommending Ashley Furniture to anyone based on this frustrating ordeal.

It was delivered on 13 th Dec 2023, i called the store to exchange me my sofa and side bed drawer that i like in the store, they told me wait 48 hours and after that i waited 48 hours for them to call, but there was not any response. So called them complained about my items and still they kept telling me is their fault they will follow up, i still waited another 24 hours again no response. I have been calling the customer care and the store they are just playing with me transferring me from one call to other and other callto another. Like is this kind of a jok ?? its been a week now today again i called and A lady called Tatiana i said same thing again she telling me they sent my request to store on Saturdayand now againg i have to wait another 48 hours . Do you even that what is 48 hours mean have you been to school no ? From the day of delivery 48 houes is over and now is a week now. Do you even have shame at all that they are playing with customer. Im asking for my refund and they should take their sofa and drawer back and give me my money. This employee ls need to get fired from their work if they do not that their work seriously. Not responsible.

Don't waste your money! I want to share my (three months of repair) experience with Ashley Furnitures. I ordered a dresser from ashley on Jan4 2023 deilvered on jaunary 7th 2023. As soon as i opened the box, I found a chip on the leg of the dresser's left front leg at the bottom. After calling several time and uploading pictures again and again, finally, they decided to repair it. After one week of pickup, They repaired and did more damage to the dresser. You can see top damage, and then again, they took back the dresser to service. While delivering and bringing back inside on stairs, they tipped off the wall frame, and you can see the damages to the wall and stair in the pictures. They repaired the dresser again and did more damage to the dresser. The last visit was the technician who accidentally hit the repaired patch. Now, their repaired patch is peeling off. Now they said we do not cover peeling off. Some of the rude staff sitting on other realize you that you made a mistake buying this thing from us that you signed a contract with us to Repair your item again and again rather then replacing with the new one. It was a horrible experience with me, and never in future deal with Ashley again. Don't waste your money!

Revised Comment July 07, 2023 BUYER BEWARE WARNING: This is after several efforts for getting a resolution on the recliner sofa back where I was told that it would be fixed before dispatch. Now, I am finally told to do it on my own expense as the purchase was "as is".... The sales representative promised us that this is a minor patchwork which will be done before delivery. We even allowed an extra week for this to be done. I know that we bought this ‘as is’ but if this patchwork was not promised we might have not purchased the sofa. This is deceptive, unethical and extremely disappointing. I called Bhawan Ajmera, the salesperson later to remind this and he said he will get back to me which he never did. This is not my first or last purchase from Ashley but I am feeling befooled and tricked. I also called customer care and they issued an email to store to call me but they didn't. I demanded this to be fixed as promised immediately. I would never rely on the promises by store staff and ask them to document it in writing. Original Comment May 28, 2023 - before items received. Ashley clearance store is an outlet of choice for quality, style and price savvy shoppers.

If you are buying something from the store, you are okay, I guess. You see, you know and you buy!But don’t let the sales person convince you to buy new items through them. You are better off placing an order online. Once you place a new product order with them, you are doomed. In case your order is not what you expected it to be, they would tell you it’s the delivery team’s fault maybe, guest care will take of you maybe…all in all they have no power, if you are an unhappy customer. I received a brand new sofa with two different coloured seat cushion and guest care first convinced me it’s just the cover. But they are two different seat cushions. The firmness and even the seat depth is a big give away. I had opted for white glove delivery, but they didn’t bother checking this when they assembled the sofa. Now I’m stuck in the customer service cycle. The showroom cannot do anything it’s not from their floor. So if you have a bad delivery, you better have a lot of time and patience on hand.

If I was able I would say -1 after purchasing I found the identical set at another Ashley location for $300 less and approached the store manager for the difference he advised they don’t do that although is says right on the receipt. I had spoken to another associate who confirmed that it would be honoured I provided pictures and all information. However once I spoke to the store manager he advised that the employee was new and no longer works there. I just feel like I was misled. Warning to other customers you are better off going to Leon’s, the Brick I have heard this kind of issue before but didn’t take heed. As always blame the employee who no longer works there. You trained them!!! Funny manager asked me if the item was already delivered which leads me to think he would have done something if I had not received my delivery! BUYER BEWARE! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

This review is for a purchase made in Dec 2021 re: quality and re: the finance option experience. 1st. 2 love seats were purchased in a grey fabric and by 1 year use, the material was pilled and areas tearing. These are similar to the ones another reviewer here posted. They do not offer quality products so buyers be aware. Secondly, We took the don't pay for a year option and this was set up at the store through Fairstone financial. We paid the amount in full 1 week before expiration of the plan, Dec 5th. They had sent us a bill just prior adding a $21 plan renewal fee so we called to close the account and they agreed the fee would be waived. Here we are in Feb and Fairstone still wants the $21!!! Do not use their financing if you can help it!

Worst product experience. Can't give 0 Star. Last year we bought PURE leather Power recliner Sofa(AFHS-2920087) and power rocking recliner(AFHS-2920098) and spend almost $2000. Sales person was Ian Chaudhry. Almost after a year use the leather Started ripping off and I can't use it any more. Below are few pictures of my recliner picture. I think this is a worst product I have ever used. While complaining to the store, they mentioned about 1. No guarantee/warranty on product 2. my mistake about not using product properly. However my other leather sofa which I bought 6 year back from other stores(Non Ashley) works fine. I would not recommend Ashley products to anyone.

We drove to the Matheson Blvd W. store in Mississauga to pick up furniture ordered & purchased at a different location. We walked into the showroom before going to the warehouse and were greeted warmly by the General Manager who was holding a staff meeting (just prior to opening time). We looked around and unexpectedly found some chairs and a comforter we were interested in. We were assisted by Lalit Minocha who was extremely helpful and professional. He did a great job answering our many questions and responding to our needs. We left not only with our ordered products but these unexpected new items as well. Thanks Lalit for an enjoyable experience. We will be back!

I bought a king size bed and a queen size bed upon delivery the king bed Head and foot board were damaged probably due to the delivery process and transportation challenges. I called the Store and the King bed was replaced without so much stress and consideration. The staff member by the name Nadia Fawaz went above and beyond to take care of all complaints with the best possible resolution, though it took some time but Nadia was extremely calm kind with words and respectful. She made sure the King Bed was replaced and followed up with me until the bed was delivered and properly setup. Huge Thanks to Nadia Fawaz and to Ashley Home Store for the great experience.

Would not recommend purchasing from this company. We bought a lamp in January and it took over 6 months to arrive. It would have been nice if they had given warning about the major delay. In addition to this, once we finally brought it home, it wouldn't turn on. They give you a 24 hour window to contact customer service and any issues past that point are not dealt with. We complained about the major lag time and the broken lamp and were given zero customer service or effort to make it right. They also seem to hide any negative comments on their website. I wrote a negative review on the lamp and they aren't publishing it. Never buying from them again.

I have visited this clearance centre twice and haven’t found anything that we liked. However the staff is courteous and welcoming. The good thing is they don’t stick around and let you shop in peace. The prices are good and even though the prices are marked down from original, they are still negotiable! A few months ago we were looking for our breakfast room furniture band now for a TV credenza, both time they had a few stuff, but nothing we really liked. Tons of choices, and if you like them take action. Also, if there is something that you like from the Ashley site they will order for you and knock off some decent discounts I was told.

Worst location to shop at and overall the Worst company to deal with. They lost my dinning table and brought one to my home that was significantly damaged. They had a technician come to my home to fix said table, that I did not accept from the delivery guys. Their customer care said they would send me a brand new table but didn't! Instead they sent me back the same table patched up. Their dishonest, delivery date and times mean nothing and customer care people ( Mike ) likes to hang up on you, and Grace whom I don't even think knows what a tentative delivery date and actual delivery date even mean. If I could rate them 0 I would.

I came in today (Sat May 13th) to the 333 Matheson Blvd W location and the customer service was absolutely exceptional. My sales consultant was Grace and from beginning to end she was personable and professional. I knew coming in what I was looking for and she didn’t try to upsell me in any way (and I really respect and appreciate that). I also had several questions about financing and she took the time to go through all my questions and helped me select the plan that suited my needs best. I have been looking for a couch for over a month and all stores said it will be ordered and take a minimum of 4-8 weeks or even longer due to covid affects on materials and production. I went into the store at 6:30 half an hour before closing, and the representatives were so helpful and did not rush me either knowing their store was almost closed. They showed me a variety of sectionals and offered great prices that suited my budget. Very pleased with their customer service. My delivery is even confirmed in the next 2 days.

Unreliable and untrustworthy sales persons. Made a deal for a table and chairs on Thursday evening, just went home to measure dimensions - called the salesperson immediately afterwards to confirm the sale with him and the manager. He said he wasn't working the next day but all was confirmed for Sat AM. When I went to get the table as discussed, it was sold. Very uncool and sneaky. Will not be coming back to this store ever again, and would not recommend to any of my friends/family to deal with this kind of sales.

For now 4 stars as we got L shape different side that we thought, quality seems good but I have feelings that the couch pillow soon will be down... plus it's not stable in, it's moves when you sit down, inside and out off couch. Delivery was great, boys did a good job! Tracking system Couch-bed inside really feels stable though! But looks like not complete or like not with a couch. Maybe it's supposed to be like this. Anyway, for now looks good. Gonna add some after a while.

I got the exact same sectional sofa in stores that had a promotion going on for 35% cheaper here! I ordered the sofa off the floor from the 3333 Matheson Blvd location. I was told delivery would take place three days later and sure enough it arrived on time. The staff here are helpful and even gave me free white glove shipping. As this is a clearance store it is hit and miss though. I got lucky because the sofa I grabbed was on the floor for just one day.

Beware, they will say anything to sell you the product/delivery. At time of purchase was told the delivery would include drop off in hallway/garage at least, but no set up which I was fine with…however day of delivery they left the couches outside on my driveway and said this was a “free delivery” does not include putting it inside. Had I known this I would not have paid for delivery and just picked up myself. Awful experience, buyer beware.

The customer service was wonderful, the staff were all incredibly friendly and eager to help. We were assisted by Sandy, who was an absolute gem to work with. The prices were quite fair and there are some pretty good finds if you take your time to browse. In terms of shipping, their next availability was quite soon (would wait 2 business days). I can't comment on shipping services yet but will update when the item arrives

I bought a bed from one of their retail locations, went here to pick up my purchase. In the front, they have a huge area filled with furniture. Around back is the customer pick up. You enter through the customer pickup door, they verify your pickup and you backup the ramp and wait for the employee to bring out your purchase. I'm happy with my purchase. I could've used another strap or two, but I was only 20 minutes away.

Worst customer service ever !! Don’t go by the brand name “Ashley” means nothing after you get damaged products. Instead of replacing with new items they will do patch work!!! All items ordered 3 months back arrived with something broken. And yes the customer service manager will be not be polite when we you request for a brand new replacement. Sales team will take no responsibility after the sales is done.

Never buy a mattress from them. Even if they say its the world’s best mattress. We bought our bed set alongwith one of the expensive mattresses they have(the mattress was expensive than our bedset). The sales lady said the mattress is top of the line and the foam will not go flat. Its not even a year and the mattress now has bumps on both sides where we sleep. WORST mattress ever.

BEWARE. I would not ever buy anything from Ashley again. My saga has lasted 3 months with no end in sight. Empty promises from "Guest Care", delivered damaged material, months of waiting and no response from the store. They will gladly take your money, but no after sales service or care at all. Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had from a retailer.

We had such a great experience buying furniture for our new home. We are so happy with the deal we received from Ashley! The price difference is significant for the quality. I just received the delivery of the beautiful sofa purchased for our new house! It is absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was very efficient and quick but I only hoped if one of the people caring for the furniture handling had taken the shoes off for the new carpet we laid out for the sofa.. but they were very nice people honestly. Before you buy, they could provide average service, but when you paid, everything had U turn. Store manager started to direct you to their customer service and customer service said it was responsibility of store manger. You will never get any service after you paid for your furniture. Nightmare experiences in this store.

Garbage. Their sales people are stupid. They ask us to come to store and pay difference and get a new item. Go there then they say you have to call customer service. Complete waste of time. Their delivery people are incompetent. They leave garbage and do not fully unpack the item that you paid for delivery.

Very poor delivery service. They promised to deliver on 14th Oct, and now once I paid them, they said they want to reschedule it by a week. Not sure who their delivery partner is, but Ashley being a big brand should choose carefully who they partner with.
