I NEVER bother to make reviews for places because they aren’t bad enough for me to do so. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and never have I ever experienced such BAD and unprofessional behaviour. I thought that at first my father was unjustly upset, but then I took over the order. Firstly, my parents are older and I am not the strongest so we requested help moving our old couch. Saying “no” is one thing (because I understand it is an extra service) however they were rude to my mother. That’s when everything went south. Next, the product came damaged. We requested to replace it and they complied and I had MADE SURE they agreed to help us set up the couch as the people we hired for the time being couldn’t finish the job. We only set up the one couch in anticipation of them setting up the other and helping us out to make up for their damaged goods and horrible delivery guy behaviour. Upon delivery the customer service rep, Himani, said she didn’t say anything of that sort and that it was common sense that they would only set up the damaged part. Then, when we were inspecting the other parts in front of the delivery guys, we found another tear. He accused me of PUTTING MY FINGER IN to tear it more. First of all, you’re right in front of me? Why would I do that? Second of all, if I can put my finger in a tear, that’s the problem you should be focusing on. Why would I tear it more to deal with their customer service again? So I made the executive decision not to exchange that part as it was smaller and more hidden. All in all I’m not saying we were the perfect customers, but a part of being a good service provider is providing patience, good communication, and making up for mistakes. That may be going above and beyond (at least I always do when I’ve made a mistake) but that is was differentiates a mediocre business from a successful and trustworthy one. I do not recommend buying from these guys unless you want a hectic process that involves inconsiderate service reps, delivery personnel and damaged products.

***Beware, This is a gang of Professional Liars***....By far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. I highly stress to avoid shopping with this company as it is not worth the frustration & grief. For over 1 month, I've been going back and forth with this company and my issue is still not resolved. I'll break it down quickly below with regards to my purchase of a marble table & Sofa. - 1st Delivery. Only part of my order my order showed up. Table never showed and no prior calls made advising. I had to call customer service to inquire. Said it was missed and will redeliver. This was about 1 month ago. - 1st redelivery. Table top was the wrong size. The width was about 12" shorter than the frame and from what was ordered. Contacted Customer Service who advised they will send a replacement. - 2nd Redelivery Missed - No Calls - 3rd Redelivery. Call from the driver almost 2 hours after the delivery time expired stating it was left off the truck in error. Will deliver nextday. - 4th Redelivery - Wrong Colour delivered so drivers had to go back and get the right one. - 5th ReDelivery - Tabletop is cracked. For over 2 weeks now after I contacted Customer Service and sent pictures and still waiting on a resolution. Three times they have scheduled replacement and each time driver never showed or calls made to me. Customer Service (apparently their standard line) keep telling me tomoorow it will be replaced and still no resolution. Apparently they are satified with providing defective items once they get your money. Please, Please save yourself the nighmare and do not shop at this place. I'll update my review if and when they ever send me a replacement.

During our move, we were looking for a reasonable shop to buy furniture. We met a very nice and humble person @Ritz, his name is Mr. Satinder Ji. He is a very helpful and kind individual who helped us get what we were looking for. Overall, sales team is very helpful and kind. However, Ritz’s reception/back office and delivery team are extremely pathetic and have no manners on how to speak with customers. We wanted to confirm our delivery date and time, however, the back office staff spoke very rudely with my wife and myself over the phone when we contacted them to confirm the delivery. On the previous day of delivery, staff confirmed the delivery date and time and also the availability of the item. But he did not check for the item availability appropriately the next day and told us that our item is out of stock, and wanted to reschedule/cancel the delivery. They lack organizational skills and basic etiquettes on how to speak, which is SO IMPORTANT for any customer.

The sales team at Ritz Furniture are good especially Satinder ji. He is very detailed oriented and gives you appropriate information about the products. However, their back office customer service representatives are rude and don’t give you any solid information about the deliveries. I had called them last night to ensure that my couch will be delivered tomorrow, one of their customer service rep confirmed that it will be delivered between 12-3. I called them again in the morning to ensure my delivery was arriving today. Their customer service rep was rude and told me why am I calling repeatedly when that was my first call of the day. My husband also reached out to them and they were still very rude to him also Finally, my delivery arrived and the delivery drivers just dumped the couch in my living room and left. This isn’t the customer service that I was expecting considering I paid a lot of money for the couch. I am not going to shop from them again

Don't bother buying from them, they sent me a different colour of bed and bench then what we decided on. When I wanted to exchange it they wanted to charge me 250$ because i opened the corner to see the colour of the bed... like how do you expect me to see it without opening it SLIGHTLY and i taped the box back up and sent them pictures as well. All of the sudden the white colour was hard for them to sell and even when i agreed to pay 250$ they don't want to pick up my calls for the exchange despite me paying 4000$ for furniture already. Called also to order a dining table and Satinder only cared about his stupid etransfer and was rushing me to send it instead of answering my questions on the table. Save your money and don't buy from their stupid 22 thousand square feet showroom where all the guy does is make tiktoks and doesn't even care to show good customer service.

This an exciting place to visit not only for their furniture, but also for the customer-first culture they have created there. It is always full of people and the sales team is very enthusiatic. From the time I have been in Brampton, I bought furniture from them 2 times. In August, we a lot of stuff was to be delivered for our new house in Caledon. The delivery team came there without any delay and got there job done effectively and left with the place clean and tidy. My family was very happy with the service. The second time I picked up from their warehouse in Etobicoke and there as well no delays at all. Akash was very friendly and professional at the same time. I was quite impressed by the team. I would highly recommend visiting for any and all furniture needs because they don't match the price, they beat it..and the quality too.

It’s very seldom that I post a review raving about a business unless it’s truly deserving of it! This only comes after an enriching experience that we had dealing with their salesperson Mr. Manny who not only has wealth of knowledge pertaining to the furniture world but also went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements. Our feeling of contentment was further cemented by the customer service team who promptly coordinated with us to organize our delivery. We have recommended this place to all our family/friends for their future furniture purchases. And we would recommend the same to you too. Also, don’t forget that not only you get plethora of furniture options to choose from but also the Indian snacks and sweets you are ardently offered by the sales team on the weekend! Happy shopping

Poor quality products and no warranty! Felt like cheated ! Need to open a case in consumer forum now. It’s been just few months and bunk bed center wood completely shreds up ! The upper part is shaking a lot and feels complete insecure for kids! Even no finishing of wood slats and drawers size etc This is $500 product in just 8 months became piece of junk They do not even considering manufactured defect warranty even though I was told at the time of purchase ! Oder# 03632 NEW REVIEW- June 21 ‘22 After lots of back & forth they gave me replacement part. As you see in new pics I added , replacement part is also not as per specification It’s longer in size and joints made with different clamp. All the hard work I did removing slats and driving to get replacement part for 2 hours gone in vain !

We bought bed frame and mattress from this store and paid $1000. They delivered wrong bed frame and wasted our 5 days in delivery process to correct it. We called this store, customer service representative Himani and Rahul were rude, they told us that you can create scene in our store we can not help you. After all that conversation with them , I have returned bed frame and mattress to them but they sent mattress back to my home without my consent and changed me $500 for nothing. I will not suggest this store to anyone their customer service is full of sh....they are not respecting customer's time and money. Please and Please do not believe in any video related to this store services. They dont know how to treat their customers after the sale. I would like to give them 0 star.

I would give no star if I could for the Service. We got a bed set and a dinning table with chairs, they delivered the wrong table and didn’t accept their mistake and asked us to pay half of the difference between the table, which they didn’t deliver so we had to pick up the marble dinning table. Then they sent us the wrong nuts and we’d have to go to the store again and pick that up. As if that wasn’t enough they sent the wrong marble and sent it again where they didn’t even offer the marble installation after such poor service. Anyone purchasing from there I’d say pls check the model number with the salesman again even after you’ve showed which product you want to buy, because then they won’t accept and charge you extra.

UNETHICAL DELIVERY PERSON, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. We ordered a mattress and instructed the delivery person with contact details however the delivery guy never contacted the right number given and he just delivered the mattress without verifying whom he is delivering. Upon multiple calls he answered once and he was rude and unethical as if he is doing a favour. He did not bother to respond to my question and just hung up without even bothering about the situation. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and definitely they don’t have a professional and helpful team members. 0 respect,0 ethics and manners. Running business just for money and hiring unprofessional service/team members.

Edited: A year later, my bed has started making noises despite tightening bolts. Biggest annoyance with that is that it wakes my baby up in the adjacent room. Couch's seats have sagged in even though we're only using the couch 3-4 hours a day as we're a working couple. Old review: I had a very positive experience at Ritz. Prince, sales associate at Ritz, helped me pick the right furniture. He is friendly, patient and was attentive to my requirements. When I showed him my furniture preference from pictures obtained on Pinterest, he would show me an even better affordable option at his show room. Recommended Ritz to family and friends. Thank you Prince and keep up the great work.

Don't buy from here, they don't deliver on time and will delay you several days from the delivery date agreed upon during purchase. Was supposed to receive furniture on the 6th from 12 PM to 6 PM but was delayed to 4 PM to 7 PM and then to 9 PM to 10 PM. Waiting more than 12 hours for delivery of my furniture but received no call from Ritz letting me know that I wouldn't be receiving my furniture today. Next day, they delayed my delivery again only to receive my order at 7 PM the next day. Go spend your time and hard earned money somewhere else where you are better respected as a customer. Bad Customer Service, Quality and Delivery.

Excellent service and coordination from Ritz furniture. I purchased all my new home furniture from Ritz Furniture, Mr Rohit (Owner) not only gave good deal but an excellent service by providing delivery and follow ups. Delivery and installation staff are friendly and very supportive. Thanks to Ratan and Akash for recent delivered sofa. They filled their commitment for the same day deliveries even though it was late evening,they installed the sofa and provided recommended service. I would definitely recommend Ritz furniture if anyone buying the new furniture, kindly visit them once before going to someother furniture shop..

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ritz Furniture.I placed an order for a bed, hoping to furnish my bedroom quickly. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. As they sent the wrong order, they took so many days to send new order. Everyday I call to ask about right product, their team makes new excuses. My experience with this shop was marred by delays, incorrect order, and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this furniture shop based on my experience, and I hope others will be cautious when considering making a purchase from them.

Being a customer with Ritz past few years but was very unhappy with delivery service in my last order. Paid $250 for delivery and drivers showed up late with no call or notification. Wasted half a day waiting and than a lot of attitude was shown by the delivery guys. When we tried to push back drivers took the item back and showed up again when requested by Ritz customer service. When reported back no concrete action was taken or even no plans to compensate customer after so much hassle. Don't think can go back to Ritz again in future.

This is my second time coming to this location. I came back because of how amazing the service was the first time …. And I travel all the way from Niagara Falls to come here. Came specifically for another bed frame and as the first time amazing experience found what I wanted and will be getting the bed frame soon!. Best store best location best people with customer service !. I will definitely recommend this Awesome place to my friends who want to buy furniture for first time.

I highly recommend Ritz Furniture Planet. Prince is an excellent sales person. He helped me with my order on April 23. He told 6 to 8 wks for our furniture delivery. We received our new dinette set & Chaises Lounge on June 30th. Furniture is gorgeous & excellent quality. We had to assemble dinette set & the instructions were clear & easy to follow. The delivery guys were very nice & did excellent job. The saving were excellent & worth the drive from Brantford to Mississauga.

If we are paying for something then we have right to take good furtinure from you and you guys are selling us the things which get worse after some months and you are not willing to make them good and you do not want to give us good service totally waste of money poor service and himani especially you please be stay on one statement don t give different statements all the time and please dont make your customers unsatisfied.

The customers service Reps are just the puppets of owner or manager who doesn’t care about resolving problems. The interaction I had with one female customer Service rep made me realize that they are just good on TikTok reels. Save your money and go somewhere else. I would rather spend more money somewhere else than this store. Such a poor after sale service.

Bought frame bed and mattress. Totally disappointed. While selling the things they mention something else and afterwards different explanations. They sold mattress saying it is under warranty but when i called to change it they said this mattress is not under any warranty. They pay no attention towards complaints. They always ask send us bill i sent it more than 3 times. -1 stars. Not at all recommended.

And the customer service is unbelievable same day of purchase they called me for the timings of the delivery and next day i got my delivery. I bought Ashley leather sofa set last year at that time the sales man told me that the leather will be under warranty but after 1 year the leather stared to rip at small areas so I called the store and informed them about my situation with the ripped leather but they told me that there is no warranty. Do not recommend to buy furniture from this store. Had a bad experience.

Ritz were scheduled from 2-5. They arrived at 1. BONUS! When do they ever show up early?! We had a bing sectional to be put together as well as 4 chairs and a kitchen table. The 2 guys were quick, pleasant and cleaned everything. Friendly and quick and my place looks immaculate!! Loved all the service from in store to delivery. Thanks guys.
