This store is a mess! So many new folks that have no idea how their systems work and how they impact not only their jobs, but the experiences they have with there customers Our experience with Jake started off well enough. My wife and grand-daughter had already spent the better half of the day browsing at another well-known competitor. Ashley's offerings were more limited, but did meet our needs. We explained to Jake that I was goig in for back surgery on Thur, 6/1. Settled on our preferred choice within minutes. Jake was helpful in getting paperwork started and finalizing the sale. Delivery was going to be the problem Jake said the earliest he could arrange for delivery was Th, 6/1. We reminded him again that we couldn't do it then or the next day, due to my surgery and subsequent hospital stay. In fact, 6/3 was probably not going to work if they kept me over a 2nd night, which was a real possibility. Jake looked at Delivery Calendar again and explained Ashley didn't delivery on Sun, 6/4, or Mon, 6/5. We chose Tue, 6/6 for delivery. We did not hear anything else from Ashley re: this order until Sat, 6/3, 4:34pm. when my wife received a text from Jenny stating "we have not received your confirmation for 06/06/23, Tuesday 4-7 PM. Please reply YES or NO to reschedule. My wife immediately responded, "yes, deliver my love seat" Jenny then resplied, "Great, you're all set. We'll see you on 06/06/23. I'll let you know when the driver is about to head over. On Monday, 06/05, my wife received a text mssage that Ashley was experiencing an unexpected major system outage. As a result, we are unable to deliver your schedule order. Your delivery scheduled for Tuesday 06-06-2023 is postponed unfortunately at this time, we cannot provide a new delivery date, however we will communicate as soon as we can. My wife exchanged a few more texts that afternoon. The last response at 5:32 PM we received was "Currently we do not have any information on what is causing this issue. You may call us tomorrow during normal business hours to receive a system update. We aplogize for the inconveniece. My wife drove back to the Ashley Store on 06/06, around lunch time or shortly thereafter. She spoke to Jasmine at the front desk. My wife explained the whole issue and Jasmine said she would figure out what was going on, as their phones were down to, and would get back to her later that afternoon or the next day. When we didn't hear back from Jasmine by early afternoon on 06/07, we drove down again. I asked to speak to a manager. There were 3 guys in the store at that time, Jake our Salesman sitting behind same sales counter, the hispanic cocky guy who spoke up saying the managers had gong home and he was the next best thing, and Robert (blue shirt) who commented we was done for the day and couln't wait to get out of there. My wife and I explained the whole situration to the other guy (and I couldn't remeber his name; that was my mistake. Ths guy said their computers and phones were down and had no way to look anything up. He obviously didn't know the difference between front office computers and back office servers. I even tried to arrange to cancel this order, but he said he couldn't right now. I told him I wanted a callback from a manager the next day (today) and again left my cell phone number. I reminded him that my wife had also left her phone number with Jasmine, who said she'd call back as well, but never had. The voicetree for Ashley today had been updated and did make mention of their systems, including phones, being down, but it also provided a text number we could use for any questions AND added that there were folks at the store that could assist with answering qustions. Not sure if that woule be questions outside of anything involving these issues, or even if text number was tied into their systes for voice calls. They all have cell phones, so a simple callback providing any updates at all, is better than no update whatsoever.

Update 12/8/2021 We have all of our furniture. One chair came thru damaged, and we had to wait another week to get a replacement. All of the furniture was fine except for the chairs were uncomfortable. My wife called the store and spoke to assistant manager Timothy Woods. Ashley swapped the recliners for different ones. They look nice are working fine. We are very appreciative for the swap with no hassle and prompt service. Summery, I want to thank Timothy Woods for being professional, answering his phone and being courteous to my wife. My wife said she tried to get thru to our original salesperson numerous times, and he did not return her calls. We have purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley's, and it has all been great. The original furniture we bought approx. 3 years ago is still holding up great and still looks good in appearance. We would buy it from Ashley again, but most likely online. Update. 10 11 2021 Dropping to 3 stars Make sure you get salesperson's phone number. The phone number on their paperwork and then option to sales, rings and rings, goes to answering machine and messages aren't answered. Also, you may get looped to an automated system. I spoke to customer service, and they said they were sending message to store to call me?? We had to drive to the store to get questions answered. Manager very pleasant. He said they don't have staffing to answer the phone. Again, poor customer service. Not sure who the lady employee was standing next to him, but she really did not have to interject herself into the conversation. Also, read your receipt closely before you leave the store in case items are missing that the salesperson said you were getting for free by purchasing a product and then changing without telling you. It was my fault for not double checking the receipt, but most salespersons would either give you what you talked about, or let you know why the product wasn't given to you at the time of sale. "We were supposed to get two free pillows and he said because we got additional discount, we would not get the pillows." The pillows would not make me or break me, but if you are going to tell me i am supposed to get something and then renege on your word, you should at least tell me. In my opinion. We bought a house full of furniture approximately 3 years ago from this store with no issues. The furniture and customer service were great. We haven't gotten the furniture yet this time, but I'm sure it will be ok. As far as customer service, not so good this time. We will not be purchasing furniture from this location again. Update 10 09 2021 We tried to call back with a question. We called numerous times and kept getting recording. With the number of associates in that store, you would think someone could answer the phone. Not good customer service. We were satisfied when we shopped here before when Vivian worked here, so we thought we would try it again. Our salesperson Jacob was very helpful. The store has a good layout and is clean. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. We liked the furniture we picked out.

Overall, the experience was absolutely terrible. We originally were very excited about the new couches and had a fine time with the sales people, although one was rather pushy. When the delivery day came, the delivery came 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time so I was on a work call and did not answer the door immediately. The delivery team did not wait 15 minutes. They came, waited a few minutes, and left. I also had a note on the door with the door code in case they came while I was busy, but they did not use it. I was on a work call and they had left just a few minutes later when I went out. I immediately called the only number I had from the email of the delivery and they said they had no way to contact them and were extremely unhelpful. I was told that my phone number was incorrect in the system, another issue which was not my fault. Although I was extremely upset and contacted multiple people multiple times asking for a timely redelivery, I was told that they could not redeliver until 10 days later. We had already gotten rid of our couches and had been sitting on yoga mats, but fine. I wait 10 days and both my boyfriend and I take the day off of work to ensure we do not miss a delivery again if the team does not show up when they are supposed to again. We receive an email at around noon saying the delivery truck had broken down and they will reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Neither me nor my boyfriend could take off the next day and we both would not be home so this was not ok. I was told that the next delivery day would be another 2 weeks out. After talking with multiple people in customer service, we were able to have the couches delivered that day (thankfully). The couches were delivered without the power cord so we have to wait on that delivery to come in as well before we can fully use them. I also was under the impression that both the couches I ordered were powered, not manual, but one is manual so I will need to double check my order. Either way, this is not what I intended to order so the sales team failed as well. The couches also seem to be the wrong coloring as I was originally promised and the material feels different. Although the sales team swore up and down that dog hair would not stick to the couches, that was an issue as of the first minute they got here. This was my ONE requirement getting new couches, and this is a huge fail. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase or support from a company. The entire team was incredibly unhelpful and does not seem to care once the sale has been made.

Let me just start this out by saying that I will never buy from Ashley HomeStore again! I went in on Black Friday and was pleased with the customer service. I got a great deal on a sectional and living room set. I left there happy and excited about my purchase. They said it would be a couple of weeks before they could deliver. That was fine. The day came for delivery and I got my message that the delivery window was between 6-9 pm. I made plans with my employer to get off and be home by 6. They messaged me telling me that they were on their way before 5pm. I could not be there, but my elderly mother was home so I called her and asked if she would be okay if they went ahead and came before I could get there. That was fine. I got home at 6pm to find the mess in my living room. There was a literal PILE of furniture and cushions thrown all over my living room! Tables were stacked on TOP of my couch. The cushions were filthy. They looked like they had been thrown out on the ground and dragged in my house just to be tossed in. They left dirt and crumbled leaves all over my living room floor. The sofa pieces had been forced through the door and rub marks were left on the backs. Needless to say I was absolutely furious at what I had come home to. I found my sales papers and found on there that they would set up the furniture. This was in no way set up. So I called the customer service number. It was after hours I guess because they never answered. I called the next day and left my number for them to call me back. They did. I expressed my concerns and disappointment and they did apologize. I wanted to speak to the manager of the delivery company that they used and she said she would give them the message. I never heard from them. I called the store and left a message for the manager. No return call. The next day I drove to the store and spoke with Jerry Vela. He immediately refunded my delivery fee and told me I would have to call the customer service number again to get a resolution. By that time I no longer wanted the furniture. Customer service told me the store had to handle it. I left three more messages at Ashley. No return call. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this store again and do not recommend that anyone have to deal with this. What was supposed to be a wonderful experience has turned into a nightmare. Any excitement that I felt for getting a new living room has been totally distinguished by their lack of concern for their customers, but hey, you got it sold!!

Before purchasing anything in store check the online price. Unfortunately we learned this the hard way. We went to the store looking for a power lift recliner that my mom was going to need before her upcoming surgery. They had one on display that she loved, unfortunately it was not going to arrive in time for her to have it before her surgery. The salesman checked their stock and found a recliner that was "similar" and would arrive on time. This recliner was priced the same as the one we saw in store. We decided to go ahead and purchase it thinking it would be the same quality as the one we had seen in person since it was the same price. Much to our disappointment, the recliner is not nearly the same quality as the model in store. I was not with my mom when it arrived and she panicked and went ahead and signed for it. I looked up the product number on Ashley's website to make sure the correct recliner had been delivered. Sure enough it was. What shocked me the most was the price difference. The online price was $500 less, not to mention the protection plan was about $200 cheaper online as well. No we understood why the quality was different from the one in store. I called the store and was told to call the customer service number which I did. Apparently Ashley furniture is a franchise and has different owners. They have a right to OVERPRICE their items and won't refund money once it has been purchased. We feel like we have been ripped off. I guess that's what we get for being trusting. I never would have thought that the stores were overpricing their items by so much. I understand they are trying to make a profit but WOW $500 over the online price. We are having to add pillows and other things to make this recliner as comfortable as possible for my mom to be able to use it after her surgery. Last time we buy anything in person from Ashley Furniture.

We purchased a new bedroom set in November right before Black Friday. Our new bedroom furniture set was delivered back in mid December. Nearly every piece had a defect. The delivery guy refused to take it back on the truck and instead told me to call Ashley. From there, we were told a tech would be out to look at the furniture and make repairs and set up replacements. It took two months and multiple phone calls to get somebody out to our home. The furniture repair company blamed Ashley, who then accused us of not even contacting the correct person. Turns out, the manager had given us the wrong contact information and that Ashley employee did not pass it on to the right person. At this point, we requested a full refund and to return the furniture. Ashley refused and assured us the matter would be resolved… Several weeks ago a tech came out finally. He photographed the furniture. He let us know that not only would they be repairing the broken bedside table, but would replace the headboard and footboard and repaint any defects in the chest or dresser. Today the repair tech finally came…four months after the initial delivery and told us that “the other guy didn’t have the authority to say anything about replacements or additional repairs.” So now I’m 8 months pregnant with a two year old son and a dog recovering from surgery and I get to hunt for a lawyer. I wouldn’t recommend this furniture company to my worst enemy because it would be too cruel. I plan on cross posting this review everywhere I can to prevent anyone else from dealing with the people as well as contacting the BBB.

I originally gave a 5 star review from the initial experience. Now I have an update of 1 star. - BOTTOM LINE: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! - Good luck getting ahold of anybody when you need help…even when you go back up to the store to speak with them in person. They do not have anybody answering phones. - Their warehouse and showrooms DO NOT COMMUNICATE by computer or by phone - We were told we would receiving our furniture (because they looked up the warehouse stock) in a little over a week. I call to check in since I did not receive the 48 hr notice. Guess what, now it’s scheduled for 6 weeks later. We were able to get some pieces, but not the bed, which is what was mainly needed immediately. Now we called to check the status, and the recording is saying it will not be available to schedule for another 7 - 9 WEEKS! That also means it could even be longer. - They will give you the runaround about the “fine print” with how dates may change. But going from about a week to getting your furniture to up to 13 WEEKS is ridiculous. - I even went in to say I will take the floor model so I can at least finish off our furniture set. They will not do it, which is fine if that’s the policy. But quit over promising and selling stuff YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE. *****UPDATE***** The picture shows how they left the unfinished bed. After two months they still can’t bring all the prices. Also, one is still damaged. Save yourself the hassle and go to a quality and professional store.

Edit to respond to Ashley's response - We have text that number multiple times. All we keep getting back is "due to system outages we don't not have any current information." How do you have system outages for over a week. How is this business running at this point? I have spent over 10K at Ashleys, the Victoria location, and never had this issue before. We bought our couch a few weeks ago. We ordered a sectional and they told us if we wait an additional week we will get the ottoman all delivered together with the couch. Well, the ottoman was nowhere to be found. The additional piece for the sectional was ripped. So the delivery guy told us it was the right one, but it wasn't and we didn't notice at first because right now it is only 2 seats on each side (since he took the ripped piece back) He lied and told us to sign because everything was correct. So we have the wrong couch and their systems are completely down and we have been trying for over a week to get them to replace it. We have sheets over the couch so it doesn't get damaged. We have no where to sit in our living room. This is ridiculous. I will not change my review until we get the $2100 couch we paid for. (As you can see in the photo, we didn't realize it was the wrong sectional. We wanted right arm, not left. We trusted the delivery guy who said it was right.) So we have the wrong couch and no ottoman after paying $2100

My review is solely based on my experience after my purchase. NOT MY SALES REP (who was great.) I ordered a bedroom set and was told we would receive it on a certain day and it was delivered. However, the bed frame was missing a few holes and the guys were unable to assemble it. We were told that they will escalate this issue to get someone from the manufacturing company out to replace or fix the frame. We were given a number to text to to follow up with the status. When we texted the number we received a response that they were going to get someone out here to get this fixed within 24-72hours. A few days later, NOTHING. We texted again and received no response. We called, they told us that the ticket has been closed and that we will have to re-open a NEW ticket in order to get someone out here to replace the frame. And that we should hear back within 24 to 72 hours. Now we do have couches we can sleep on until then however, we didn’t pay over $3000 to sleep on the couch. My husband went up to the Ashley furniture store to talk to one of the managers and all they could do is tell him that they do have it in stock, but that the replacement order still has to be approved. What an annoyance. Not really sure how you can avoid an issue like this if you like shopping here but just a heads up.

We came in and left purchasing $3000 worth of furniture from them with a delivery date of 8/21 for our kids beds and 8/28 for our table. They called 2 days before delivery saying the items weren't all ready so it was going to be on back order until October. Didn't tell us a new delivery date by the way but 2 days before delivery they call!!!, which means we do not have beds for the kids any longer as we got rid of them to make room for the new beds...but do they care? No! This store knows they are suppose to contact us about the order issues and redelivery but they will not respond back to our messages we leave after calling NUMEROUS times in the past few days. Anytime we press option 2 to talk to Corporate or whoever they are they still can't get ahold of this store. What kind of company takes people's money and then act like it's not their problem anymore after that? Apparently it's this company. These photos are just of MY cell phone call log to this store and corporate (whoever it is that's on option 2), not my husband's or using my daughter's phone to call. Losing customers due to Acima! Purchased furniture in May and still haven’t received merchandise that is not defective. Contract incorrectly written up. Acima: Predatory lending practices, consumer abuse, and fraud! This organization has used the reputation of other lenders who work with buyers with less than the perfect credit to commit utter abuse! I purchased furniture then realized I was being charged for items I never agreed to. When I asked for a copy of my bill no one would provide my contract for 2 weeks! Upon getting it I asked for the contract to be cancelled as I did not get what I asked for and was not going to pay 3k$ for it. It’s been exactly 2.5 months since I requested the return and cancellation. I have had people rudely hang up on me, lie to me about my “options”, accuse me of never making a payment, and blatantly yell at me. When I asked someone in the resolutions department to pull my call records as they have completely omitted the truth in my records I was told no! Next stop the better business bureau and consumer affairs! I never had this experience with Acceptance now and have had 6 contracts and purchases with them. This is unacceptable! I am now being asked to pay $1k to return merchandise… I’m appalled!

Every time I look at the pile of poorly assembled chairs in my garage I get more frustrated. Never have I had to prepare documents to file in court over fraudulent business practices. I ordered 6 pieces of furniture with the plan to buy more if the pieces came in acceptable condition. Literally every single piece was far below expectations. Pilots holes drilled too wide, screws falling out of the chair, horrendous fitment of parts, lumpy chair liners. If there was a way to do it wrong, they managed to do it. We have been going back and forth with their customer service for months now and they have sent a technician who did his best but had no spare parts, another technician who was provided incorrect information by Ahsley and also had no spare parts, and a whole lot of stonewalling from the business reps. They have acted in bad faith every step of the way and I will likely have to take them to small claims court just to get a refund. I promise you half of these positive reviews are fake, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

One star rating is for the customer service and lack of receiving any help with the furniture we ordered. We spent almost $8k on our furniture and $800 on the warranty. They delivered our furniture and forgot to bring a piece to the furniture that secures the middle piece of our two seater. The delivery men stated that he would come back the next day with the piece to secure and never showed. Customer service was contacted multiple times, we were hung up on twice. The last call attempt they said the piece had been mailed out…we were also promised a call back that never came. So then my husband went to the store and they acted like they were going to handle the issue and have the piece come to the store and then we can schedule it to be installed. Piece never came and we have been unsuccessful in getting our issue resolved. We have had our furniture for a little over a month. This is our second time being burned by Ashley Furniture. Never again will we purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture!

So apparently this site as well as Ashley Furniture Corporate offices like to SCAM people out of their money.. they like to send Furniture you didn't order and then send people items that are of lesser value and tell you you're stuck with it... Even though you tried to get the delivery guy to take it back... Apparently, the Assistant Manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to do her job... and nobody all the way up to Corporate wants to take accountability and responsibility for their negligence and incompetence.... I'd give them 0 stars 0️⃣ but that's not an option... The delivery driver Said it was the the salesmanship fault aka assistant manager...the assistant manager said it's the warehouses fault and corporate doesn't say anything..... .. GIVE MISHA HIS CORRECT BEDROOM SUITE OR GIVE HIM A REFUND...BTW THIS IS GOING VIRAL... YOU MAY WANT TO CORRECT YOURSELVES BEFORE YOU'RE JUST ANOTHER COMPANY CLOSING THEIR DOORS FOR GOOD

Dining set was assembled by a team who was more interested in asking me for a beer than putting the furniture together correctly. The wood in the chairs has splintered and is in an unusable state as it is now a safety hazard the screws have either fallen completely our or are just uselessly handing on causing other chairs and the table to be in a state of disrepair as well. We created a case with their help desk and the person over seeing the case is no longer with the company so no one followed up or responded to us until we went to the store to figure out what happened. A technician arrived a few days later and confirmed the pieces were unusable and broken and told us someone else would contact us in 2 or 3 days. We were not contacted again. So we have initiated a charge back and will ask Ashley's to collect their merchandise from our home. We have been operating as an undeclared offsite storage facility for Ashley's for about a month now.

I went into the store a few weeks ago to purchase a coffee table. One of the staff was helpful and helped put in an order for delivery when I selected the one I liked. The delivery itself was scheduled and came on time. However, unfortunately, when I opened the packaging, the coffee table was damaged with scuffs and marks and a fairly obvious hole in one of the pieces. I called up the customer service number to report the issue and asked if they could take it back, deliver a new set, or fix it somehow. They promised to schedule a technician to come visit to fix the issue. After that, I never heard from them again. I've sent an e-mail and nothing either. I'm a little frustrated having a coffee table with obvious defects still sitting in the box it came in with no resolution in sight. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture again.

I’ve never met so many people in one store that were just not willing to help. We ordered a bed for my daughter and noticed whey sent us 2 different things, a book case that was supposed to go to the bed frame we thought we were getting but instead they sent us a bed frame that did not go with it. We called explaining that and the manger told me send her videos and pictures just to tell us we did get the right thing. I also noticed her bed frame they sent me was actually LESS than what we paid for. Which then they refunded the difference and just told me call the technicians to try and put it together. If we got the right thing why are we getting a refund ??? The techs said we didn’t get the correct items either… We’ve been calling with no call back and when I do call they don’t care to help. Don’t buy from Ashley Furniture!!!! They tried to deliver the wrong pieces of a sectional that we wanted several different times. Nothing they brought would fit in our space without blocking us from getting into the kitchen. My husband waited several hours on each occasion and moved our old furniture back and forth in anticipation of our new couch. We didn’t accept the order each time. Now, they keep calling saying they are ready to deliver our new couch even though I told them to cancel it. Duh! Not a single person I’ve spoken with even cares. This place super sucks. I imagine I’ll end up being billed for nothing since I haven’t received a cancellation invoice. I’ve called them several times but the only people that call back are the ones that are STILL trying to deliver. Just don’t waste your time or money!!!

This "furniture store" doesn't actually sell furniture; they sell items they claim are on back-order but actually never arrive, the orders for which you will have to go back into the store to cancel, getting nothing but a refund. But they will hold your money through all this, and never update you on your order status! We ordered a dining room table in December. It's now May, and we were forced to cancel the order, after never getting it filled, and only being given worthless promises that "it'll be in soon." We even reached out 20+ times over these 6 months trying to get resolution. We wasted 6 months we could've been shopping for an actual table. Unfortunately, this store will scam you out of your money and never deliver your product. My advice: don't even waste a thought on Ashley Furniture.

I had the best experience walking into the Ashley Home Furniture store I was first greeted and then assisted with what I was looking for which was an experience for me what I wanted I was unable to get at that moment but Jasmine which was assisting me helped me out a lot and was wonderful reaching out to her manager Jason which was a GOD sent he did not let me leave the store until I was able to get a sectional affordable for me and the same with Marqwta she was great in helping me finance the whole order..They all just have me their time and patience I really appreciated that.. These are the people you want to talk to when you visit the Ashley Home furniture store in Pflugerville, TX..15424 FM 1826..They will take care of you..I WILL BE BACK!!

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! 5 out of 7 pieces were delivered damaged which is beyond ridiculous. I have been doing everything to get this issue resolved and I only continue to get the run around from customer service and managers for over a month. I went in the store to speak with Jason, the store manager, but he acted as if it wasn't a big deal then passed me off to another sales representative. I then sent Ashley, the sales representative, these same pictures which she could clearly see the damage. I have tried to handle this the most civilized way before blasting the company. I'm currently paying for damaged furniture which is very unfair! Getting furniture from here was one of The Worst decisions I've made so hoping to bless you in advance!

Spent hours looking at furniture and to wait for them to get back on availability ..which apparently can be known only after you place an order. Then if items are not available or sold out there are gotchas on colour and combo purchases. Update: 12/10/23 Ordered furniture again ( my wife's request..not mine never liked this place) and this time got help especially Jacob and Ashton initially. Then when I went there to request not to keep asking for delivery confirmation. And to order few more furniture. This time encountered demeaning and pathetic behavior to a repeat customer..who would do that..but Ashton of course. I am validated, never going back there . Please be very wary..this place reeks bad customer service as always.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Spent 10k on a bedroom set in April. Took them 6 months to deliver it, which is fine whatever I get it even though it was 90 days more than what was quoted. Fast forward to delivery. Not only did the drivers drop the furniture in the street causing damage, but they damaged my home in the process of then unloading it. We were told there would be no issue and to take the damaged furniture. We accepted and then spoke with a manager about getting it replaced. They are now refusing to replace it and won't take the damaged furniture back and return my money. I will not ever waste money here again.

We have purchased two major pieces of furniture here, a living room set and a bed. While we know walking into Ashley we WILL be followed, we WILL have a sales rep within 15 feet of us and they WILL constantly try to up sell us on products. We have had positive experiences AFTER we assume these things will happen. We have financed and paid cash for our purchases, the financing is a breeze but annoying to make payments and paying cash was a lot easier. Delivery and set up is always a pleasure as well, I like that I can track our delivery online much more accurately than calling their call center. We love using Ashley furniture to make our house, a home.

I was coming down to this local store to shop for our renovated house and my family and I were firstly welcomed by Reagan Parker. She was friendly and professional. She was listening to our furniture taste and showed us the area where we might be able to find them. We weren’t rushed or we were pushed to purchase any products. She gave us more information regarding deals and special deal on the day we were there. Overall, we were happy to close a deal on the furniture for our dining area and a coffee table. We would definitely come back if we need more furniture for our home.

My experience with Alvino Pacheco was an EXQUISITE series of demonstrations on a mattress that I could hardly live without. I recommend everyone to stop in and take advantage of the truly unique buying experience provided by this young man, he is the future of the company at Ashley Furniture, which I will personally be referring to as ALVINO Furniture moving forward. I wish I had daughters of legal age to offer Alvino in exchange for such a splendid process, the time spent with him was well worth 100 acres of grass fed cows freely grazing in abundance. Bravo, Alvino! BRAVO.

Worthless furniture. Lazy employees. Horrible managers. They charged me for a bed that came with a BIG NASTY stain on it. YUCKY I told them to take the bed back. But they still CHARGED me the delivery fee. What type of business are they running here?. While I was standing there, so many other people were in line complaining. About how late the delivery was how cheap and horrible the furniture was etc. Lazy customer service HORRIBLE STORE POLICIES. I own a business and I'm goning to tell everybody I know about how absolutely horrible this company is. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Worked with Christopher in the beginning of November and he told us we would have our furniture by our move in date in mid- December no problem. Found out the day before our move in date that we wouldn’t be getting our furniture for at least another 5-7 weeks and that we were never scheduled for delivery in the first place and we were completely mislead by Christopher. Ended up canceling the entire order since we were not going to receive our order until long after the guaranteed delivery date by our sales associate. Absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Decided to buy new bedroom furniture was very happy with the price and the salesman. I was told computer was down so they couldn't complete my order. No biggie it happens. After leaving I had a question about the furniture, so I called and I couldn't get thur. I have called 15 time's and I can not get anyone to answer. Says they are closed or unavailable. So I called the 1800 number no one can help me or knows anything. I am just glad I did not finalize my order. Still have not heard from the store if the order was even put in. .will not return

Had a great experience looking at love seats. My sales professional Antonio was extremely helpful and very personable. Super nice guy and no pressure. We visited a different store just prior to Ashley and I had picked out a love seat that I was going to purchase but no one asked if we needed any assistance. And it was difficult to get any associates attention to ask a question. When we walked into Ashley store Antonio assisted us right away. He is a great asset to Ashley Home-store. He is the main reason I chose to purchase at your store.

Bought 2 x sets of two stools but received 1 x set. Tried to rectify, but this Ashley furniture location blew me off. They told me it was a computer system error and pairs are only sold online whereas in-store purchases are sold by single stools. This is contrary to what I agreed to with Reagan, our salesperson, who “verified” that we would get two sets of two stools for the price we paid. I’ll stick to Amazon from now on to avoid the vulture salesmen from Ashley, get much faster shipping, and easy returns.

This is a very dishonest business. When you buy in store and pay, they give you a date when things will be delivered. But when the delivery came, two major items were missing and they still collected all the money. And the burden of proof came upon me to prove that two of the items were missing from the delivery. I finally got my money back but I promised to never buy anything ever again from them and I make sure that everyone among my friends know about their dishonest practices.

Yesterday was more first time going into an Ashley’s store and Jason, who is a new employee was so nice and down to earth. He greeted my bf and I as soon as we walked in the store. I showed him the table I was long for. He got his Supervisor also named. “Jason” to help us. They both were patient with us and took their time to find items to fit our needs. I definitely Will recommend people shop at Ashley’s Furniture store! Great experience! Jason (employee) deserves a RAISE!

This is regarding the delivery schedules that keep changing. We were supposed to receive the furniture the week of July 12th but now it keeps getting postponed to July 28th with no clear clarity on the actual dates. The store keeps redirecting to warehouse and claim that they have no control and the warehouse shipping team is responsive but at the same time keep changing dates for over a month. However while making the sale- they said it should take only 4 -7 days

Worst furniture experience. They assembled the bed without any center support. They said they will send the replacement parts but nothing has arrived even after 2 weeks. It’s a scam! They provide half the product and say there’s no return policy, neither are they sending the part. They keep giving a new timeframe for the delivery of the missing parts. We paid thousands of dollars for the bed and mattress, which we are not able to use at all.

We bought a couch from here it was delivered late. The next issue was within 24 hours we notice after sitting on the couch theres a loud creaking and something is clearly damaged. We call asking for a refund the next morning. They deny since we accepted the couch. We didn’t expect to have to check each seat and armrest. Ashley sells poor quality and does not allow refunds so I will never buy from them again. My couch costed over $2,500 btw.

She answered all my questions and she even showed us other options based on all the needs we needed. She gave my husband and I space to discuss pricing and our options. Jacob F was extremely patient b/c we are literally slow moving people. (My mom is wheelchair bound, and I have a hard time walking long distances.) He answered all of our questions and didn't do any strong-arming techniques. He helped my mom choose the right bed for her. He even managed to work up a great deal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quality furniture and great salespeople. Thank you.

I have had the best experience at this store! I have gotten a bunch of furniture here and the sales people are super friendly and helpful. You will wait a bit for your mattress but with a busy expanding world its understandable. The delivery driver I had HDL Jose was the best ever! Super polite and wonderful service! I am almost 60 and never have I been treated so kindly! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lots of furniture stores to choose from. Ashley's has decent selection and good quality. Alvino was our sales support rep who struck an amazing balance of being available for questions and delivering information we needed without being overbearing and intrusive. Once we made our decisions he executed the checkout process very efficiently. We have a good experience with the sales team every time we come here.

Purchased a table set from Steven who made the process super easy and quick! Then the table came almost a week sooner than they promised and I was so happy with the job Javier did delivering and building the table set. My table came 2 days before thanksgiving and I was sooo happy! They have true white glove service, and I was not pushed to look at more expensive sets, which I loved.

He was very knowledgeable about the different pieces, but never pushy or overwhelming. He was perfect at finding the right couch for our apartment and budget. I am updating my review. When I came to buy my $4300 sofa the salesperson was really nice, that was in 8/9/2020. Today is 11/17/2020 and I haven't got my sofa. I came to the store asking for my sofa and the Manager (She said her name was Amaya but I don't know for sure) was really rude, she didn't help me at all and I have to fix everything over the phone with corporate.

Stay away.. Two damaged items delivered I have been on the phone for over a week to get someone to come out and service the items. I tried to contact customer care and they keep telling me someone is going to call me etc.. I have 2 damaged pieces that no one will pick up or help me with and these were reported the day they were delivered. Awful experience junk furniture

I have purchased many items in person and online. In both cases, I had a good experience. However, everytime I needed customer service by phone, there is none, their phones are answered if they are answered by people working on the warehouse and you are told you must go to the store, which is 1 hr away in my case to solve or answer a small problem. Very frustrating.

Ordered a leather sofa from this store, after receiving i noticed it's extremally unconfutable due to getting very hot. Contacted customer service and realized they offer no return or exchange. i paid almost 2 grand for something i can't even use. So don't bother going to this place. find somewhere which offers some type of support.

I recently purchased bed in Ashley ( Pflugerville), people are very rude. They don’t want customers. I am fed up with these guys 2 months onwards but no response from the Ashley people. The fixing department ( dsg) they don’t fix item properly.literally I waste 5000$ in this store they don’t fix screws as well

Things were good before purchasing. After purchasing our delivery was kicked back two weeks and I could not get anyone on the phone past their automatic system. No one call but sent an email that the delivery was cancelled. So once again another store that get your money then treat you like nothing afterwards.
