I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Ashly, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with their services. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. From the delayed delivery to the poor quality of their furniture, and the dismissive customer service, Ashly failed to meet even the most basic expectations.Ashly failed to deliver my order on time, despite having a scheduled delivery slot. To add insult to injury, when I reached out to inquire about the delay, I was shocked to learn that my order had been scheduled for pick up instead of delivery. This was particularly frustrating as I had specifically paid for delivery services. The disappointment continued when I finally received the furniture from Ashly. The quality was subpar, to say the least. Unfortunately, Ashly's customer service was equally abysmal. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delivery mishap and the poor quality of their furniture, their response was dismissive. They acknowledged having service issues but only regarding delivery problems, completely neglecting the concerns about the product itself. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. Based on my harrowing experience, I strongly advise against patronizing Ashly. If you value your time, money, and overall satisfaction, it's in your best interest to steer clear of this company. Ashly's service is plagued with problems, their furniture lacks quality, and their customer service is incredibly disappointing. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that Ashly refused to assemble my table that was delivered!!!

Sales people are decent. But couch was delivered damaged in multiple places. Store could not help. Customer service took two and a half weeks to address issue despite reporting it immediately. They tried to send a technician out to fix a broken frame. Finally, Replacement piece delivered damaged again. Still haven’t addressed initial tears on the other half of the originally delivered couch. Customer service is absolutely horrible- at first telling us “Too bad, its final purchase (never tried to return it, but also was never told that in store!!! was only told clearance rug was final sale so i take back the sales people being decent) and you signed it as delivered”. Then tried to open up a claim against our warranty, which of course would have guaranteed no store credit returned to us if we otherwise never needed it. (like ill be sooo thrilled to use that credit) Its next to impossible to speak to someone that can use critical thinking to solve the problem and they immediately blame the customer. Oh yea, and dont get me started on these disgustingly cheap plastic hollow legs that are more like college bed risers than any decent furniture. And how cheap this upholstery fabric must be to have ripped in three spots in transit while packaged. This is now the third time we will swear off Ashley. Shame on us for trusting them again. ZERO stars EDIT- see!!! customer service response on here is even awful- this isnt a protection plan issue you delivered damaged couches TWICE!!!

My experience was excellent. My sales person, Dustin was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the couches end tables, coffee, tables, and dressers that I bought. My only complaint would be the delivery time. It seems to take them quite a while to move product from one distribution center to another and then to my home (it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks) It would be nice if they could improve on that a little bit. You should inquire about the cost of delivery and particularly the warranty program they have. It’s an aftermarket product that all of these furniture stores try to sell you. With Ashley it is based on the “total amount of the sale”. So if you have one couch that you want to protect and you by five other pieces of a hardwood furniture that you do not want to protect, they will charge you based on the total invoice amount of the “total sale” not just the price of the couch. Not a good deal and can dramatically inflate the cost of the protection package. Not sure why they do it the way they do but what it is is what it is. That said, the quality of the product was fantastic and at a very reasonable price point. I would highly recommend Ashley’s furniture store to anyone who is interested in buying good quality furniture in a very reasonable price.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Bought 2 recliners. Received prompts all week that they would be delivered later that week. Day of delivery comes and get both text messages and emails giving us the time window for delivery and that our order is the 8th of the day. We attempt to track the delivery through the link but it wasn't working. 10 minutes before the end of the delivery window we called to check on it. First they told us that despite the texts and emails they had nothing scheduled for us and that they had our delivery for 5 days later. Then they come back and our chairs were discontinued and to go I to the store. We asked to speak to our sales person and a manager. The sales person said he can't do anything and to pick new chairs. By the way... the discontinued chair was still on the floor able to be sold. A manager never approached us at all. We went ahead and had them refund our purchase and took our business elsewhere. This was horrible service and we have bought from them several times in the past. We will not be back. Seriously, your manager can't come speak with us? Your delivery team can't give proper updates or even know that the chairs were not on the truck for you to constantly send updates that it was out for delivery. Horrible service.

I purchased an $700 desk, it arrived, they set it up and one of the drawers wouldn’t go in. They said a tech would be out in an hour to fix it. Just to sign that I received it so they can order a tech. Well I did. Then they said I needed to make a claim. I did. I’m upset and call the store and asked them to come get the desk the same day, I don’t want it. They said once it’s delivered they can’t take it back. Then I jump through countless phone calls and chats (I wish I could send screen shots) they’re useless. Half the time they ask a billion questions just to verify you. They said they ORDERED PARTS and mailed them to me…then they would send a tech. I haven’t received the parts. I use their chat AGIAN to find an update and they can’t find me AGAIN. Jump through all kinds of hoops for them to say, “oh we can’t help you call this number.” And disconnect the chat. I call the number…guess what….they can’t help me….gotta call this number…circles, circles, circles and NOBODY cares. They made the sell. Now I have to put this nightmare of an experience ALL OVER THE INTERNET TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. Do not buy from Ashley. Just please trust me.

Worst customer service ever!! I bought a queen bed frame on July 29th with delivery August 1st. I received bed frame but no slats for the bed so unusable. Talked to customer service that day and "best" they could do was order parts to come to my house in 7-10 business days then I could call them back and set up appointment for technician to come and finish installation. After ten business days with nothing showing up I called to check on the parts. Nothing showed having been sent! Nothing enroute! After much talking they finally agreed to send pieces needed from their warehouse. I asked several times if they had all the different parts that was needed, that I had sent them pictures of. that was missing and they said yes. Today August 19th I finally had delivery of parts that 3rd party company put together on my bed frame. Still missing two parts! Unable to use drawers in footboard. Talked to "customer service " again. Now have to wait at least two to 3 weeks for missing parts. "Best they can do". Paid $100 for "white glove delivery". Worst company ever!

Would have been great if they actually dropped off what they listed. Table was supposed to have an outlet as described on listing , Nope table came damaged, over sanded in areas and has a huge stain on it from what appears to be an oily hand . And one of the legs is cracked! We also ordered a matching bench that has a huge dent on it , I I’m guessing they threw it out of the truck as I found it at the end of my driveway in a damaged box. We paid almost 2 grand for a new dining set and got this. Oh also don’t bother with a warranty we called and said that they would send a tech out and they never showed. Might as well go to Facebook market place or offer up if you want a damaged and used table UPDATE hello Ashley , as I have stated above we did call several times and we were hung up on twice, at this point we would appreciate not being ignored and they you’d just make good on your warranty. We’d like a different solution as it seems contacting you via number and email did nothing to resolve the issue.

I am VERY frustrated! We purchased a couch and love seat from Ashley furniture in Pflugerville. When they were delivered, the loveseat was damaged. It took MONTHS to get someone to just look at it, then they sent us cushions in the mail. I called them asking why they sent cushions, they then had someone else come out to look at the damage again. Then they scheduled a delivery for a new loveseat. The entire process took about 6 months! During all of this, our couch broke from just one person sitting on it. So, we had to go through this entire process again. That was almost 6 months ago!! We still to this day do not have furniture to sit on! I will NEVER order from this company ever again. You can’t even reach anyone via phone. When you call, all u get is someone saying they will send someone out. There is NOBODY to talk to about these issues! If only I had read all of the previous reviews, I may not have ordered through Ashley furniture because it seems apparent, this is a common thing with them.

I had purchased a couch from Ashley and I also purchased a 5 year warranty on the couch just in case If something goes wrong with it. As I noticed that something was wrong with it I called Ashley to get a replacement and due to having a warranty i would think or anyone else would think that if the item is damaged they should replace it. They told me to that theirs nothing they can do and even if I have a warranty on the couch I can not use my warranty to get it replaced.i am thinking to myself why offer the warranty when I can’t even use it. Not only that but they told me to call gbs a third party and they told me to spend an additional amount of money to get my couch fix. Which does NOT make any type of sense. If anyone is looking for some furniture don’t go here they have rude customer service and if you buy a warranty you will be wasting money and time. I will never ever in my life buy one piece of furniture from this place again not even if it’s a damn pillow.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be stressed out while shopping for furniture. After walking into the store, a young male associate approached me. I very politely told him 3 times that I wasn’t interested in chatting and just wanted to look without being bothered. I keep trying to walk away from him, but he WOULD NOT STOP pestering/following me. This wasn’t even a hard sell; felt like borderline harassment by someone who can’t handle customer rejection professionally. I don’t understand the sales tactic of trying to make customers angry while they shop. We ended up in a small exchange of words as I set my boundaries once again; he then tries to gaslight me by telling me I can leave the store **shaking my head** Long story short: there are so many better places to furniture shop where the associates will respect your boundaries.

Ashley was our first stop to specifically shop for mattresses. We started at Ashley based on recommendations from family and friends. "Taco" and Josh were really great! They listened to our wants/needs, answered our questions, provided comparisons, and didn't make us feel pressured at any point. Josh's extensive knowledge of mattresses and pillows is quite impressive. So much so that after going over the things we wanted and Josh providing us with all the information we needed, we decided to look no further and purchased on the spot! We are now anxiously awaiting our delivery. We highly recommend visiting Taco and Josh at Ashley in Southpark Meadows if you're shopping for new bedding! Thanks guys!!

The experience was great when they were selling me 7 grand of furniture but now there’s an issue and no one wants to help. I even told them I made the mistake on ordering the wrong size bed frame. The so called “manager” Josh told me to handle it with the salesman. Couldn’t get him on the phone. Called Josh back again and he told me to handle it with the wherehouse which I new was wrong but I humored him. They said I have to take it up with the store. I just want the correct size and I’ll pay for whatever it takes. What the hell happened to customer service industries the last 5 years? Called for another manager and was told their a little busy so still waiting

We have had nothing but a terrible experience with Ashley furniture. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a sectional, once we decided on an overpriced piece of furniture we began the checkout process which took over an hour and a half. After coming home we decided we no longer wanted to purchase the sectional due to our negative experience in store. I called 3 days in a row to cancel our order to which the sales associate confirmed he had cancelled the order. Today, we get a confirmation text trying to schedule our couch delivery, so the order was never cancelled as I was previously told. I will NEVER be doing business with Ashley Furniture again. 0/10 Stars

Sales person was nice but I bought a TV stand on clearance but was not told about a hole on the top. When I picked it up I was given a dolly and with no assistance had to go to the back of the store, take the 6 vases off and put on the floor, then take the TV stand off of the TV stand it was on top of (which is why I didn't see the hole when I purchased it). I didn't mention it to anyone, just pushed the dolly outside and put it in my car then took the dolly inside and left it there. Was just bad service after the purchase but not being told about the hole and having to take a heavy TV stand off another one is bad customer service and a liability for the store.

Went in to buy a couch, walked out with nothing. Super sketch, no clarity on anything. Prices don’t seem to match online prices. Kept talking about what I saved, passively ignored direct responses. Incorrect quotes. Spent $6k and waiting for delivery. Hoping for the best, letting go of expectations. Pray for me. Update: Delivery came in 3 different dates. Total of 11 hours waiting for delivery people to show up. 3+ hours as they set up “white glove service”, 2 items not assembled and full mattress to go with queen frame. No accountability. Still waiting on lamps over 3 months. Just avoid this place.

I would never get anything from Ashley.I cancel my order & they told the finance company that I had the furniture it took about a year and a half for them to realize I didn’t get any furniture from Ashley‘s. Make sure when you cancel your order to get some kind of initials or signature because they can provide it like I did, they had too many excuses from the beginning why my order wasn’t delivered after I cancel I restarted receiving phone calls where I financed the furniture. Wish I don’t blame them. Ashley’s told them they delivered and I was being charge over $5000 be careful.

This deserves zero stars. Do NOT buy from this store or any other Ashley Home store unless you don’t mind poor customer service, misinformation, and confusion. We bought a leather reclining loveseat, were told it would be ready for pickup today. Arrived at 12:30pm. Our order paperwork said to pick it up at this location. Sales manager (Michael C.) informed us that there are no pick ups at this location. The warehouse is 45 miles away and he spent an hour calling around and emailing to try to locate our loveseat. They messed up BIG TIME.

Do not buy from this store, or company. They do not provide any support if your order arrives defective. I've been waiting a month to be able to get service done for a defective sofa and still cannot get in contact with support. They will give you several different phone numbers but none of them are helpful. Their support number just leads to people who tell you their system is down (but have been saying the same thing for 3 weeks). Imagine trying to get support for warranty, it would be a nightmare.

So far , it’s good . My sales person was Will . He was patient , friendly , and didn’t try to upsell us , which I appreciate . He offered the warranty’s , etc . But didn’t push . The price on furniture was closer to other stores online . Typically , Ashley’s prices are way higher than other stores online but they can price match and Will was able to tell me that one set I was looking at , he couldn’t price match that one . We ordered another set so we will see how it goes for delivery .

The store experience is great. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The website experience is a disaster and completely broken. Changes to information you enter, changing holds on your credit card that overlap causing double holds for days. Automatically canceled three orders saying fraud suspected. Tells you to contact your credit card company, when you do the company has no idea why? There's no problem with the cards. Completely useless online customer support

I wish they would have explained more about the process. It was my 1st time buying furniture. I wish they would have explained very clearly that once the furniture is delivered to the house that you cannot exchange or return it. In the store, I understood the lady helping me say that I had 30 days to return or exchange it. Also wished they would have told me to make sure on the size and color of the furniture to make sure it would fit and would match what we had already.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service we received. On 8/24/23 we paid $3,000 for a table only to find out it was delivered broken. Because I had just signed the iPad the driver had he said it’s mine and no refunds. So the driver left. When we called they said it could be a week for someone to come look at the broken table. I will never buy from this place again. I hope management makes things right. I have called numerous times and got nowhere.

I love Ashley furniture stores because the quality is pretty good but also because you can walk in to shop around on your own without having a sales person following around. I appreciate when furniture stores give the customer space to look around and explore on their own. I went to Rooms to Go that same day and the experience was the complete opposite. The amount of sales reps is overwhelming and it feels like you can’t walk around freely without compromise.

Kodi my salesman was great and helpful Also I would like to speak on the Managers of this Ashley STORE IN SOUTH PARK MEADOWS Austin Texas The outside grounds of the store is deplorable with all that high GRASS in the front of the store Me personally almost didn’t want to go in the store and shop. The grass needs to be cut. I have never seen an Ashley store front looking that horrible and unkept. I am surprised anybody goes in there to SHOP.

Recliner form Ashley locks in Recliner position from the time it was delivered. Ashley will not answer phone calls. After 2 weeks, I put a bad review on goggle maps. This caused Ashley to contact me via text within 24 hours. I went in to buy a dining table with chairs and came out in addition to that with a bedroom set, lamp and end tables for living room. He was polite and patient. We went to the Ashley store in Austin. It was clean and organised. We got great discounts and the service was fantastic! Addie did a great job at hosting, guiding us through the purchase, getting us good deals and was very patient about listening to our needs. Tried to buy a bed. First they didn’t know that it needed a box spring. Had to tell them. Then when promised delivery got changed with the excuse of “we got confused about address. It didn’t match buyer”. Tells me “our policy is they have to match”. Never bothered calling. Never texted. Had all contacts info. Red flags to ne. Service will not get better. Don’t recommend

Sales person was helpful in showing options. Bad part was that we were given inflated price and a big discount which ended up being similar to the price they are selling the furniture on internet without any discount. They should be more transparent about their pricing and not try to mislead customers. Please research price on their website before going to their shop.

We were greeted by Cody at the door. He enquired about what we were looking for, told us where to start our search and never intruded in our search but was nearby if we had a question. The item we were looking for was not in the store but that didn’t stop him from locating it online and getting it ordered for us. We were in and out hassle free in less than an hour.

Don’t purchase anything from this store!! They don’t need your business. At least that’s what they told my daughter when she went in this morning to purchase a mattress. All my daughter asked was if that was the best price they had to offer and the young man said he didn’t need to sell her a mattress today. They are extremely rude!

Very good store to shop for home furnishings. It is laid out nicely and easy to navigate. If Cody is working ask for him to help you. I would recommend going after lunch but not after 5 pm. Nice selections give it a try.

Absolute nightmare. Purchased new bedroom set just before the 4th. Delivery delayed twice. Then shows up damaged after waiting all day. Now now willing to work with me on a new delivery time. Go somewhere else.....
