I am a new business owner; I had no idea on what I needed in coverage for my business. Overall, the AIP staff is very responsive and service oriented ….an excellent team of people!!! Jesus was careful to provide me with multiple quote options, as I requested. Have been with them for years. Friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service, and great prices. I usually pay my premiums annually so there's very little I ever need, but they're great come renewal time because they always keep me well informed about policy or pricing changes. For several years in a row I hadn't even thought about it until one of their staff called to tell me I might be able to get a better rate by switching.

My agent, Jesus Ortega, from AIP, provided tremendous service during my recent policy renewal. On his own, he took it upon himself to check the market before my renewal and found a new reputable carrier at a 30% saving from my previous policy.
