The manager lady was extremely rude. She harped on my wife who is disabled and wanted her to leave the cart in the store to walk out when we told her I was driving the car up to pick her up. The lady argued with my wife and we told her that the distance was too far. The manager said my wife would need her walker. I pulled up my car and took the cart out to let my wife in the car and I brought the cart back in and plugged it back up. The lady didn't even say thank you. I told her she should have apologized to my wife for being rude and she said she didn't owe her and apology. She said y'all paid 3000 to fix the wheels and that's fine, yet all we wanted was to get my wife to our car. The manager lady was rude and my wife said she almost said take the stuff back we want our money back and left. She didn't. We are not from there and where we live we've never had these issues at the store close to us. The lady was rude, the cashier was rude and you'll never catch me in that store again. Your manager showed a disrespect for the disabled and overweight. That manager can go to you know where. I hope the GM reads this and says something. I told the lady I would provide my phone number and she refused to take it. I called her rude and told her where she can go. I don't like being that way but this woman was way out of line. We live 2 hrs away and we're there around 8:30-9 pm Saturday 3-26-22

I love this store for my interior home needs, especially for interior decor (the expanse of their wall art and wall hangings and decor, such as picture frames, mirrors, metal sculpture type items, etc. is impressive), patio/outdoor living, holiday decor, and kitchen and dinnerware items! Vast selection and steady selection, unlike Marshalls, TJMaxx, or Home Goods which are hit and miss with their inventory of home items, and where finding duplicates of a particular home item is oftentimes a very rare occurrence. At Home also has competitive pricing on all of their items, in my opinion. And their late (or late-er, as in later than most stores aside from big box retailers) hours are just another plus! I will say however that their website, online ordering (both with in store pick-up and ship to home options), and ship to home components and processes leaves a lot to be desired when compared to the majority of other retailers, but that’s a trade off that I’ll take for their positives.

Terrible Customer Service. Okay, so I get that sometimes people are having off days, and it's not exactly a place that there's expected to be much interaction between customers/employees. I was there with a friend trying to pick out a Christmas tree, so there were a few we liked. I put up a poll on Facebook to see what everyone like the most, but there was only one tree left of one type. So taking the tree up front, I asked to put it on hold. The cashier WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. "Oh, you're not coming back for this tree." she said begrudgingly, as she wrote down both my name and phone number wrong. An hour later after getting lunch we came back and the same lady yelled at us from across the hall "YOU COME BACK FOR YOUR TREE???" And I said, "NOPE!" and we walked out. Went to the At Home store in Avon instead to get the same tree. The cashier there was much nicer. I'll just shop at the new Home Goods store in Greenwood instead.

Store was a disaster. Product was literally all over the floor. Pricing information consistently missing on product throughout the store. Staff seemed unwilling to help in anything that required something further than telling me they "didn't know". Another employee was audibly and visibly annoyed with me after I said "excuse me" 3 times only to be ignored and accidentally knock a pillow off the shelf in an effort to avoid hitting her with my cart. The cashier at checkout was very polite. I have worked in retail for over a decade. I get it. Hours, payroll, product allocation, whatever. It's tough, but at the very least you should pretend to try in front of your guests.

I found a small table, about 8" square that had no price. I ask an associate for the price and he came up with a plausible price and I bought it. Turns out it wouldn't work for me so I went to take it back. That's when I found out the price I was given was for a table four times the size that was on clearance. I was then told that clearance items are not returnable! WRONG! After some complaining, the cashier grudgingly gave me my money back, only after making me feel like I had done something wrong. This isn't the first time I have had problems with their customer service.

This was my first time there. I wasn't a fan. The furniture part was good, they had a lot of modern style pieces. But as far as everything else, I would rather go to hobby lobby or tj maxx. And the restrooms were absolutely disgusting... they were the worst public restrooms I've ever been in... it looks like they never clean them! My husband said in the mens restroom it looked like their was vomit splattered on the wall and that it looked like it had been there a while. In the womens room there was feces on every toilet and toilet paper covering the floor.

This store has changed names so many times, that its hard to keep track. I would compare At Home to a Big Lots for home decor. They have pretty good prices on most items, as well as a lot of items of slightly lower quality. I always make sure to go here first when we are looking for home decor in an effort to save money. The store used to carry a large selection of books at very low prices. However, they've had no books the last few times my family has been in.

Updated review. Their shelves are not always completely full, as they seem to have a stock problem like every other store is currently having. However, they still have a wide variety of a lot of different items. For instance, the amount of halloween decor is very pleasing for anyone who loves decorating for that holiday. I'm sure it's the same for other holidays. Definitely recommend, if looking for anything for your home or for a house warming gift!

This place is literally JUST decor. Nothing useful, nothing functional. And the stuff they carry at this store is limited to 3 or 4 very "Americana" style senses of style. If that's your jam, you'll love this store. Personally I didn't like it. Also, they were blasting the Xmas music before Thanksgiving! As if giving thanks for your family, friends, and everything you have loses its importance in the face of Christmas Consumerism. No, thank you!

I asked for some help from a woman who turned out to be the manager and she said she would be with me when she was done with an order she was working on. I I waited a while, then went up front to the cashiers to ask for help. The first woman came up and was not exactly happy that I had done that. I don't feel that this was handled properly by the manager having me wait around and then complain when I looked for help elsewhere.

I love going to At Home. The merchandise is so nice, a big variety. Always buy something. BUT the store is a mess. There a few aisles you couldn't take a cart down because there was merchandise all over the floor. And the bathrooms are just nasty. Only 1 stall in the women's had any toilet paper at all. The floor was filthy. I wanted to not go in but had to. And it isn't the 1st time the restroom has looked like that.

  • Felicia Wilson

Absolutely love this store. For all your decoration needs this is the store to visit. Can get some deals if you search and become apart of there perks program. Sometimes they give you coupons for it. I will say get your outdoor cushions when they first come out cause I did have problems finding a complete set once people went through them. But overall I recommend this store for outdoor and indoor decor needs.

  • Cindy Schmoll

I have been searching for larger area rugs my home and Came Upon This Place with the recommendation from JCPenney's and I was so overwhelmed with the selection they had it was so large and it was so impressed I couldn't even pick out one yet so I have to go back very impressed! They have a large selection I think of several items with very good pricing very good quality what you looking for.

  • Megan C.

I was here looking for cute baskets to try to get my kids' various play sets under control. Other stores have a "I guess this will do" selection, At Home's selection lets you pick from several you actually like...while trying to avoid the products with cancer/infertility warnings on the tag. I was very satisfied with what I came home with.

I've loved shopping here - especially for holiday stuff. There is a noticeable increase in prices. Since just about everything is made in China, I'm guessing the tariffs are to blame for that. Great place for mirrors, rugs, small furniture and holiday decorations. I'll just give our cashier a pass. She was clearly having a bad day.....

Large warehouse-style store that much resembles a Hobby Lobby store. We spent about an hour inside the store, but never saw an employee. We were never offered help to find what we wanted. Luckily, we found it ourselves after traversing EVERY aisle. That's why I dinged it a star. Such a large store should have people available to help.

  • Rebecca White

They closed the one on Lafayette road. Which I went 3 times a week( lived down street). Now I have to go to the one on 86th street. Can still find everything, I look for! Prices are very reasonable. Did Christmas shopping for 10 people and 3 co-workers. I really like this . The prices and quality of the products really fit my budget.

  • Patricia Vaughn

This store is located in Greenwood. I will never go to that location again. She gave me a hard time, and made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. She was rude and impertinent. I usually visit the one on West 86th St. They are very professional, kind and helpful. I'd say, "Greenwood location, learn some manners."

  • Jennifer Baker

I was rudely barked at for trying to take an electric cart outdoors for my 80yr old mother. Now tell me is that how you treat all elderly people? If they don't want motorized carts outside then they should either post a sign on the door get rid of them completely. They have definitely lost my business

  • Bry

The employees are so nice every time I'm in. But the products don't last long. Bought a set of drawers, they fell apart within a week, here we are a couple months later and the lamp I bought keeps having issues. Unfortunately the products just don't hold up. They're cheaply made and overpriced.

  • Tammy L Landers

So much to pick from, hopefully when you get there you've already got something in mind, otherwise like me, you'll spend much more time looking at everything. Good quality, some pricey stuff too! They are currently removing summer goodies and getting out Halloween & yes, Christmas …

  • Deborah

Nice place to shop. They're advertising a 50% off sale. BUT you have to go through ALL of the isles to find the sale. Not many signs to show what is on sale. If you're using one of their electric carts, beware... MANY of the isles are crowded. As well as the end of the isles too.

  • Nikya Mcclendon

I've been a faithful shopper of this store since it was Garden Ridge. They used to have a better candle selection, but honestly, how many candles do you need? I've been able to find plenty of items for my walls. If Hobby Lobby isn't having a sale, this is the place to be.

  • Erin Elizabeth Breen-Wemer

It's like Target on steroids. It has so many choices. Staff was helpful. Store was easy to navigate there was plenty of signage. I will go here before I go to Target anymore to buy stuff for my house because it's cheaper and they have so much more of a selection.

  • Ajminder Dhami

Would give them 0 stars, this stores management is the worst I’ve seen. The Store director changed the story on a product availability twice. Been here a few times, won’t be back. Best go give your money to a company that holds integrity to the highest standard.

  • Barbara Bush

Every time I go to this store, it never fails someone is ahead of me with either a big purchase or a complicated return. Usually only one register is open and the check out person is extremely slow. Love the store just hate going through check out.

  • Vinod Kumar Gupta

A complete 'Sweet Home' decoration place. Think of any decor stuff for home, hopefully one gonna find over there. I visited this store after a long time. There used to be 'Flower Factory' in the same store earlier. A must visit store at least once.

  • Ron Capuyan (RythuM)

Mobility cart died in the middle of the store, very dangerous for those with severe disabilities!! Sent the email but also contact the local employees who are being ignored by corporate & pleading with customers to help them out.

  • Stefanie

If I would live in this store I could. I just wish their products were more affordable. I can only ever buy things when they're on sale. I'll never be able to afford their larger items - they're just simply too overpriced.

  • Gena Pinkard

A ton off cool finds. A little of everything you need at home! If looking to furnish or decorate on a budget this is the go to place. They were starting to put xmas trees out this week. Found some odd new styles.

  • Essence Doucet

This store literally has EVERYTHING! I need adult supervision when going in here. The selection is amazing and the prices are great. If you need anything for your home check them out. You won't be disappointed.

  • Eric B

Perfect place for cheap home decor. You get what you pay for, though. Don't go in expecting anything high end. I will say this, though, they have more cow paintings than the world could ever possibly need. Moo.

  • Ana Wallace

I don't know why it took me so long to discover this place. It's awesome! I'm coming back every season for decor. They also have some great deals on furniture and household items. Good sales too!

I love this place. They've got a great selection of so much for the home. Plan to spend well over an hour if you don't know what you want though.

  • Cindy Kay Baker

Big selection but a little overpriced. Noone greeted me or asked to help as I walked around the store for about 15 minutes. Won't be back. Sorry
