Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! I purchased an outdoor lawn ornament at the Avon location a week ago, and the item broke within 2 hours of me placing it in my lawn. Today, I took it in to get an exchange and two things occurred: 1) the lady at the register didn’t say one word to me, and when I explained my story to her she rolled her eyes and turned and yelled for the manager to come 2) when the manager came he told me that it wasn’t At Homes fault that the item broke and he would not be giving me a refund or an in store credit since it broke on my property. For that to happen in today’s world where Amazon has made returns so easy even if an item did break on my property, it appalled me that this was the service I received. To top it off, we just moved and tonight I was actually looking forward to doing a little shopping at At Home, but with this experience, I immediately walked out. They were very rude and not customer focused. Even if they weren’t going to give me a refund, at least be polite about it!

First time shopper at this store and there will be no need for me to return, although I would like to shop here. My intention was to purchase 4 casual chairs, a table and lamps. My first visit to the store was to see if they had what I was looking for and they did. My second visit was to make the purchase. There was no indication on how to purchase large furniture items as there is one on display and it is a warehouse concept.. A customer needs to go looking for "help" but there is absolutely no staff on the floor. I finally went to the checkout, only to be given a dumb look when I asked how to make a furniture purchase. I then asked if I write the number down and bring it to the checkout. As English was obviously not her native language, she did not even have a basic understanding of my questions. Finally I got out of her to ask an employee. I had already discovered that there was NO one else working. As I left I saw "employees" at the side of the building smoking.

Warehouse size store filled with a huge selection of home furnishings and decor. You could easily spend an hour in here just browsing. Their decorative items are great and priced reasonably. I was shopping for a small end table and a dresser. They have an impressive array of end tables, of many styles and sizes. However, I was looking for a good quality (heavy and sturdy) dresser that could support the weight of a TV on top. I wasn't happy with the quality of the dressers I saw -- they felt cheap and the drawers did not slide out smoothly. I was willing to spend the money for a better quality piece, but didn't find the right one on this trip. Overall, this place is definitely worth a stop if you are shopping for home furnishings. However, if you want a high quality, heavy, sturdy piece of furniture, you may want to also plan a trip to a different store.

I love to shop here but I will never order online for pick up from them again. Maybe I should only use cash when I do shop here because the store personnel let some stranger pick up my online order. He had my order number so they just let him have it! I don't know how he got it and I didn't assign or authorize any one to pick up my order so the store clerk didn't even question it! Every place else that I shop online makes me assign a pickup person that has to show ID, even I have to show ID to pick up my order but not at At Home, you can walk in with anyone's order number and pick up anyone's order. Not good At Home. Also, check your phones, if you leave your Bluetooth on, your phone can be compromised, this may be how the person who stole my order was able to get my info.

So our original trip bus to go to IKEA which we ended up going to anyways but for different reasons. We purchased at this store a couple towels that were beach towels at $9 we also grab the shoe rack that was less than $30. My biggest disgruntlement with this store is their marketing strategy. Show that things are on clearance with signs all over the store yes you have to find those items and pray they have a clearance tag on them in other words there is no clearance section are you get the false sense that this item because the rack is labeled clearance could be on clearance and is not. For that you know better and did it intentionally which is why you got two stars.

Nice place I did notice a lot of empty shelves. We bought a nice umbrella and wind chimes.. This is when it went downhill we had picked out 4 American flag pinwheels for t our sidewalk in the summer. After waiting in line for a register we were told that the pinwheels had been discontinued and they couldn't sell them to us. We asked well what are you going to do with them the cashier said they would go in back then get thrown away. We are no we will pay for them! She said nope I can't sell them to us and showed us her screen. Doesn't make sense so I won't go back.

Very unhappy with this stores on line ordering process. Place an order for delivery at $100 fee. Received confirmation. I called the store to follow up on a delivery time because I had to take off work and need a better time. Called the delivery company and they had no knowledge of my order. Called At Home back and was told I had to place my own deliver order which was no where in the confirmation. Then was put on hold and told that the order would generate a delivery. Delivery has no knowledge of my order. I was not helped, I do not have a delivery date.

When I first shopped at the store before the pandemic it was great. Now this store feels more like a scratch and dent store. Almost all the furniture and mirrors we looked at had dents, chips, missing paint, or scratches. There were mirrors with imperfections, by the dozens, stacked against a wall. They also had empty shelf racks and display racks off the shelves on the floor. Granted they give 10% discounts for imperfections, if that's the case, they should just categorize it as another thrift shop.

Absolute worst customer service I have experienced. I came in with a $15 reward that I received. Showed them the code, the code specifically says "Present at check out to redeem code" and they said that they couldn't take it. Absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer that way and not even attempt to resolve the issue in an acceptable manner. Prices are decent, but customer service is horrid. I would bet this store will be out of business in under 5 years.

Nice store. So much that it can be overwhelming. Lots of knick knacks for gifting. Has everything you need for your home. Guess that's why it's called At Home. Lol. The guy at the register was nice but didnt ask my mom about signing up for the rewards program and when I asked about it he said it would take 10 minutes but it took less than a minute. Smh. Told me I could sign up online. Seemed lazy.

Was just in the store and was kicked out because the store closes in 30 minutes. The associate or manager, whoever she was, was extremely rude. I said I have been trying to find a specific item, thats why I was still there. Rather than offer to help, to give a customer a great experience, she told me to leave. If the store closes at 7, it should close AT 7! I won't be back.

I think this may be my favorite store for interior decor. It was previously the old Sam's Club so you know it's huge inside!! They have some new items that I haven't seen at the other ones!! So if you happen to be out by 86th and Michigan road stop for a look!! Let me know what you think!!! Also comment some other really great stores for home decor!!!

Found what we were looking to purchase. Got home and discovered the hardware for one of the largest patio furniture pieces was not in the box. Called store and associate that took the call was not helpful. Called Noblesville store and Manager named Trish helped us with a convenient solution. Will be using the Noblesville store as my new At Home location.

Great place to find awesome home decor. Many many many choices. You can find outdoor and indoor items. From bedroom to kitchen. There is something for everyone There are great sales going on now. 25% up to 50% of of many home items. This is a place you need at least a hour to browse. The staff are very helpful and polite when you have questions

Very interesting place. I thought it would be alot of over priced stuff. They actually have plenty of home items. They have a good selection of candles that are hand poured and use natural ingredients (sorry, I'm really into candles). Everything from bedding to bar stools are here. Start your home shopping here first...

This store has really wide variety of items. Truly something for everyone. The price point is moderate. I would really appreciate if they would put all of their clearance items /red tags in one easy to find section. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The store needs a map for ease & inconvenience of shopping.

In the store is a lady ms. G who is absolutely amazing! She was helpful and nice. I look forward to seeing her on my visits. this store pretty clean. Things could be in order with pillows always being dropped and customers not placing things back where it belongs but by being short staffed they're pretty good

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Prices were not correct for anything in the store. No manager/ supervisor for escalations. Cashier was rude and had no idea what she was doing. Will not be coming back. Did not give me my receipt. Everyone just standing around and talking. No customer care at all.

There is a lot of fun decor and home improvement items. The prices are fair. The only complaints I have is majority of the items are cheaply made and how there are seemingly no employees working to assist shoppers. It makes getting items off of high shelves impossible.

If i could give this store a zero i would. The storevwas a mess. The employees didn't even know where the pillows were. And they did not know how to look up an item that i called to have put on hold. And i drove over an hour to. Worst store ever!

Good selection of things, but very little staff in such a big store. If you are the type that likes to search out your own stuff the prices may be worth it to you. The chairs that I bought were on sale and I didn't even know it until checkout.

This store always seems empty, which leaves me scared it's goingnto go out of business. But they carry the widest assortment of home goods I've ever seen, and I'm absolutely obsessed with their many aisles of accent pillows and wall decor!!

Great price love the selection but very disappointed in the one on 86 th St in Indianapolis. Not organized at all in the Canvas and frame area in the store and when ask for help Sales lady was very rude. That store gets a one star from me.

Love love love this place. There are so many things to shop for that it can be overwhelming. I found exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will be returning to purchase other things in the near future.

Cavernous store lots of choices not a lot of depth of inventory if you see it while you're there buy it because it might not be there later lot of good options at different price points never fail to find something that catches my eye

The best At Home in central Indiana! I’ve had many great experiences here. Absolutely worth the drive. Very kind employees and generally a good assortment of merchandise. There is something for every season all year round.

Don't expect much service. I get the staffing issues, but after visiting twice and finding the right chair and in stock...I was told " sorry I cannot help you, come back tomorrow ". This was the manager. Lost my business!!

At home was a pretty cool place. I thought of it as sort of an Ikea with a focus on the decorations not the furniture. It also had no meatballs. Nice place though, decent prices on most things, though some were overpriced.

It was cool. I had to ask an associate to help me find what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate me there was not a large selection of the items I was looking for but it was a okay store. Thanks guys!

The front desk guy was very rude. I put my items away and left and will not return. I think that he was the manager.....! The woman up front as well was the complete opposite, very kind and helpful.

This home decor store is well organized and carries plenty of merchandise for decorating and organizing the home. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Brought home a comforter the other day to find it had blood on it. So gross! I know it's not entirely their fault but, still.....eww. Not impressed.
