Had to make appointment and it was set far off. I was continually notified of all earlier appointments available and offered the chance to be seen sooner. I was able to get an appoint more than a month and a half earlier than previously scheduled. I was promptly checked in by the lady at the first check in desk. I'm terrible with names but all of the ladies up front are amazing. I've being going to this practice for over 26 years, so the ladies are more like close friends. They always remember me and all of my kids, grands and few other relatives. After being checked in 20 mins early before my scheduled appointment, I was quickly called and screened by my doctor's amazing nursing assistant. While I arrived well before my appointment, I still was placed in my room and advised, after my vitals check it may take a little longer because I had arrived earlier than expected. But I didn't wait long at all. My regular primary doctor J Patel schedule was dull so I had the pleasure to see Dr. Kennedy. He came in and greeted me, quickly and fully discussed and addressed all of my concerns and made several plans to them resolved. I also was sent to the lab for blood work, the young lady back there is extraordinary in her skill. One of my best visits ♥️ Great Team❤️

I love Dr. Kenning but me having to jump through hoops when I need to speak with her is ridiculous. I love her but every time I need my prescriptions refilled it doesn’t happen for 2 weeks. Signs all over the office that say call 7 days out for refills and not ONCE have I actually received them in 7 days. It takes multiple calls to people who state it’s going out in an urgent message but I never hear back from anyone and have to keep calling. They even “lost” a prescription and tried to argue with me that she never prescribed it, this is after her prescribing it for 6 MONTHS. I’m beyond tired of this and want to find a new practice after constantly dealing with it. Why not be like every other office so that when you call in you leave a message for the Drs nurse instead of calling and getting people in a call center that aren’t onsite just sending the nurse emails? Get your process organized as I see I’m not the only one who experiences this!

I spent 3 nights here. I had enjoyed being a patient of Atrium up until I landed on the sixth floor of the hospital. Not satisfied at all with nursing staff. Most were not friendly which did not make me feel any better with my care in their hands. The nurses and aides didn’t do rounds,to check on patients needs thru out their shifts ( maybe I was missed?) The person who came in to represent the IV team was the worst. That one should not be allowed to remove a bandage from a wounded animal. The Doctors and the nurse manager on the unit were the most helpful but of course I only seen them once in the 4 days I spent here(once every morning) It just seems like when it came to the nursing team they had no compassion. Seems like the nursing staff is just here for a paycheck not for patient care. I am so disappointed because my prior experience with Atrium had been Awesome! At a lost for words with this experience.

As a potential new patient grace and understanding is important. I have living in this city for 2 months and a fellow Dr. recommended this location for my general practice physician. On day of apt I called twice for better directions as my GPS did not specify the letter or my exit to take, no answer! I call for the third time and the lady so nicely tells me well you have a 15 min grace period, I explain to her I called twice and my gps says I'm 4 min out at 8:04. I get to the hospital and there are no sings directing me so I stop and ask for directions. At this point I am 17 min late and the lady tells me I can get you in and hour later this was not a good way to welcome a new patient hat was recommended by colleagues. I guess I should have listened to my colleagues and went to a Novant physician.

My wife and I have been patients at Elizabeth Family Medicine for decades. Our primary (Dr Price), recently moved onto a different specialty so we were looking for a new primary within the practice. My wife scheduled an appointment with Dr Kennedy to establish a relationship as her new PCP. She arrived for her visit and was asked if she minded seeing a resident physician first, which she did not mind at all. After that she was told Dr Kennedy would not be seeing her at this visit and that he was not accepting new patients. She at that point terminated the visit and asked to speak to clinic management. We are very saddened and disappointed by her experience and feel no choice but to change to another health care system. As a nurse myself, this was very bad practice and customer service.

My experience with this location was concerning. When I scheduled my appt I made it very clear what my reason for scheduling was for— a physical especially since I get $300 in credits through my company. I also had 2 other medical concerns stated on the call. When the doctor entered the room she said “we werent really sure why you set this appointment” and I reiterated that I provided the reason during my initial call to set the appointment. At that time she stated Id need to pick which concern I wanted to talk about as she/Atrium only slotted 20 mins for my appointment. I was a bit taken aback by this and didn't feel valued. Blame America, blame insurance, whatever but this was disappointing to say the least.

I am a doctor as well. We had an appointment for 1 pm. We started waiting at 12:45. No call by 1:15. Called. I was assured they would call by 2. At 2:20 no call. Informed that they called the wrong number. Every administrator and scheduler could see the correct number to call but the NP and associated nurse apparently could not read the notes on how to reach the patient. Called to find out when we would actually hear from the doctor and told they cannot reach anyone in the office at this time and there was little that could be done. I am highly disappointed in the quality of care provided. You failed to read notes and then tell me there is nothing more you could do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The providers there are great takes a while to actually be seen by them. My child needed a follow up appointment and couldn’t get one because they are so booked already apparently. Mind you when my child was born they called and made me reschedule his very first appointment because someone else needed that day. I have no idea who I talked to on the phone but I could have been rude seeing as how she wasted my time telling me something I was told yesterday. How are there no appointments available until June for specific providers? So my son can get multiple shots at one time? No thank you. Im changing his doctors and not coming back.

Dr Jay Patel is the best. He actually listens and seems to have a genuine concern about your well being. I never feel like he's rushing me to get to the next patient which I have felt with others. He makes you laugh sometimes, explains things thoroughly and truly makes you feel at ease. Previously Dr Abu was my PCP and she was absolutely great. When she left I was extremely worried about seeing others but I am so happy to have found Dr Patel here. His nurse is very kind also. The ladies at the front desk have always been nice and helpful also even when I got my appointment date wrong one time. The facility is clean and I've never had a long wait.

I've gone to Elizabeth Family for almost a decade and have seen their quality decline drastically. They routinely brush off questions/concerns as anxiety (I'm a cisgender woman). Most recently, they gave me a test and the results were vague (said testing for "other") so I requested a written copy of the full results but for some reason they haven't been able to provide them. This has been ongoing for a month -sending messages, I went in to the office, etc. They are either lazy or incompetent, or both. Average office and doctors for very basic needs, but don't rely on them for anything serious.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my 16 year old son here. Dr. Morehouse and the nurse Melinda was phenomenal. I’m very thankful we found Dr.Morehouse!! The front staff was very understanding about a insurance problem we are currently experiencing. I requested to talk to the office manager about it (Steven) just to get clarification about my sons insurance. He called me back and was extremely helpful and very nice. I couldn’t say one bad thing about this place.

I have been attending Elizebeth for 8 years. They were my first care provider when I moved to Charlotte. I have been here since I had my very first son in 2016 & however 3 Children later they are still my care provider.. I don’t trust anyone but Elizabeth, they are so professional & cool that I would definitely recommend Elizabeth. No other doctors office ever treated me with kindness & respect how they have.. I love it here & my kids do too…

I had a 4 PM appointment, Almost no wait time. I was seen by Dr. Goldstein who was attentive an listened to my concerns and came up with a mutually agreeable treatment plan. I had labs draw by a wonderful technician with one of the best blood draws I have ever had. THanks to all the staff from reception to nurses to doctors to techs

I love this doctor office my daughter been going for years. I was told by one of the doctors that the pain was all in my child head. The doctor recommended her to go to counseling. So I took her somewhere esle. Come to find out something was wrong!!! My child had to be in pain when the problem could have been solved!

I love all the doctors. I have been going here since I was 16 years old and never had a problem everyone that I have met has been so kind and caring. The doctors are great at communicating what is going on and letting me know everything that will be happening when I take my kids they love it.

My experience was wonderful! Doctor Kennedy treated me with care and professionalism. He listened, not once he avoided any of my questions. I felt comfortable and knowing that he would do the best of his ability, helping me any way he could. I feel grateful, having a Doctor such as he.

If I could give zero reviews or negative. I WOULD, they are so unprofessional and do not know how to manage a business I had an appointment and told me a time I arrived they told me it was a different time! And couldn’t be seen. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!

Awful customer service. Receptionists are cold and rude. When I'm sick and try to get an appointment there are never appointments available within the week and I'm told to go to Urgent Care if I really need to be seen. Entirely overbooked and no regard for patient wellbeing.

The staff was great, my doctor wasn’t her usual self the day of my visit. The companion she usually expresses wasn’t like my past visits. I felt like I was a bother to her about my illness. But over all she’s a great doctor, an I love coming to my visits a seeing her .

Well our visit to Atrium is a good experience, everyone was polite, and courteous, and we didn't have a long wait time before visiting the doctor the doctor spoke with us concerning his condition and everything gets fighting to us was very understanding.

The visit went well but when it comes down to the Doctor getting back to you and your meds they fail me terribly I have not received any feed back from them and it's been a entire week at Elizabeth family Practice... They don't care there just there

Dr Martin and the staff were outstanding to a guy that has put off his healthcare too long. Made me feel right at home and took all the time needed to get me headed back in the right direction. Would highly recommend everyone involved in the visit.

My primary doctor was training new doctor , It was fun he let the new doctor come in to talk to me first so he can get to know me. Then my doctor came in we all talk they agree on what I needed to do.

I had a very short wait to see my doctor. Visit was very pleasant. Went to the lab and that was quick and painless. I also had a flu shot by my doctors nurse. It was painless. Great visit in total.

Even though my favorite doctor left Dr. Price, I am very happy with my new doctor that I have she listen very patient and I’m very happy and I look forward to having her as my new doctor

The doctor doesn't listen to you about your health. They just let you be in pain and send you on your way without addressing the issue.
